The services that I receive from PH Diggnostics centre is excellent. Dr. Viral and Mr.Nalla are friendly and ensure that I am properly informed about all process . I would have no qualms in recommending them to friendly and friends.

We visited the place today to get some test. The facility is very clean with free valet parking available. The staff is curt and polite. We had an easy experience throughout the engagement.

My mom had gone for various tests yesterday and asked whether she could check her blood pressure and this indian lady sitting there was very rude to her. She even told her results will be held if my mom doesn’t give her the prescription in better clarity. I don’t know what these customer service staffs think of themselves but i know for sure that her soul is also dark.

P H diagnostics center at kodwa is highly recomendable for sonography. All staff are very humble and highly professional. Ms.Deepa and Dr are very kind and supportive. They interactive and provided the resutls in short time. Thanks

Worst experience with the staffs...I took the appointment 5 days earlier. And the day I visited I have to wait for more than 1hr.Whats the use of getting the appointment before?People get appointment because they dont want to wait in clinics... Appointment is taken because they have other works... They have to schedule their work.When asked about the delay... All excuses started!!!!Please visit there if you have plenty of time...Useless reception staff..!!!One of the worst experience ever!!!Service is Good..Learn to improve with Service.

They give time of appointment and asking to come 15 mins early.. but they can’t assist you on time. I wait for soooooooo long.They should manage their time.. how many minutes/hour they can finish one patient for ultra sound…Not good really.

I was amazed with the experience which I had today at the clinic...!! I did check the good reviews before visiting the clinic but I myself wanted to check the hospitality and to my surprise, this would be one of the best clinic I have visited so far...!! Polite and friendly staff starting from the valet to the complete medical process which made me even more happy...!! I highly recommend this clinic ..!!

Please put sufficient staff to the reception because am calling the operator number last 2days no one is answering.

The place is just amazing, the staff members are good and kind, just visited to PH DIAGNOSTICS through the reference of my doctor for Mri test and im very much satisfied with their services.I would suggest you to go for any diagnostic tests.It took them 48 hours to finalize the report, i would love if they could do it quickly. Anyway overall it was very good.

Like the place, liked the staff, liked the service. Unfortunately, they should start accepting appointments for any of the services they are offering. Hate to come and sit waiting for hours to get your name called. It’s time for PHD to start respecting customers time, hitch is very precious.

I have been dealing with them for years ,took my friend Ghada for few tests and now 36 hours , calls not attended, result not received. visited morning from far distance and promised to send but not received yet.

From outside the centre looked dull, but upon entering its big and have all major facilities. Also, their staffs are excellent and keep up their words i.e send reports on said time and mainly without any followups. Mainly if you are paying by cash, I would strongly recommend this centre as I bet you wont get anyone do lesser than here.

This is the worst centre ever, there is no proper management or supervision.One of my friend went there on behalf of that i am reviewing she recommended not to go ever to such disgusting place. Long waiting period, no picking up calls, admin is th worst who dont listen or value patients time.Every body is doing there as if they are sitting at their homes.

Very co-operative staff, All facilities available under one roof. Very economical in pricing. Location and direction of the facility easily found on google maps.

Though there was a lot of people, the staff were very organized and I didn’t have to wait long. My OPG was done quickly and I was given the result the same day and it was sent to my dentist also.

I had an appointment for ultrasound at 1-45 and was delayed by more than one hour , had to pick up my daughter from school, but had to organize and pay to Uber for my friend to pick my daughter up. Very unorganized and other people were complaining about their service here in the clinic as well..

Appointments are not catered as scheduled. Please value our time, its very important.Just by good ambiance will not improve quality.

They’re landline number never worked. I tried calling it multiple times but always Busy. The reception was really nice and welcoming but the medical staff who assisted was out of this world.

The centre by itself was very efficient. Staff were courteous and helpful.Visited yesterday and was very disappointed that it took a 50 minutes wait to get my OPG done. The v=centre certainly wasnt so busy to justify thsi delay.

First of all I called for booked appointment no one answered and I touched them thru I care clinic. It seems by forced they Called me the guy who answered he told me he will send me location but he didn’t . The receptionist are very rude and not professionals and not helping. when I reached I said good morning no one reply back there were 3 ladies . There was one thin lady wearing black coat she even didn’t ask why I came there she was busy with her mobile.And my appointment was on 9:30 am but I waited half hour. I appreciated the staff who did MRI he told me all the things clearly and he is nice . Rest I don’t felt good at all. You have to teach the receptionist how to behave and treat their patient.

I had given the appointment at 12:30pm I arrived before my scheduled they took me inside the cabin for the procedure past 2:45pm. More than 2 hours of waiting I was already thinking of not doing it but I needed most. Please value the time of others. All good except the waiting time.

Test results are always delayed than the committed time and they need repeated reminder to send it in mail.Sample collection also required more time.No supervisor available and and staffs are not responsible.Reception phone is always unattended

The Filipina receptionist was quick to get up from her seat to assist me as soon as I entered the clinic. After that, I was asked to sit and wait for my ultrasound. Did not wait that long. I was then called by a nurse who took me to the ultrasound room. The room is very clean and very cozy. New sheets were on the bed for me to lay down. I waited for a few minutes for the doctor to appear to take my ultrasound but a nurse came by instead. It was fine since she was a fellow Filipina. They were very polite and very quick to answer. Good experience so far.

I really suffer from claustrophobia and was so nervous taking the MRI scan. Without the reassurance and caring approach of Tor and Steven I wouldn’t have been able to do it...amazing patient care. Especially a big thank you to Tor who didn’t leave me side throughout ...taking him away from his normal duties. These guys are the best 😍

Three times that I have been there, they have very poor appointment scheduling system. It is never followed. I had an appointment at 4pm, I came there 3:30pm and the procedure started at 6pm only. They could have told me to come by 6pm only if they will make me wait for so long. Their result is doubtful too. Telling opposite different result of ultrasound and MRI. What is more accurate then? When my nurse asked it, they said just consider the MRI result.

It would be pleasure that self have attend your PH Diagnostics and the service was be given in first class and will be recommend .Thankful for your kind assistance and appreciated .

Very friendly and accomodating all of the staff, very professional the way they answer to you on your question. the radiologist so nice guy and the nurse always checked if Im okay everytime she put a medicine, so its make me felt comportable for the first timer in ct scan even i felt nervous already. Fast service and result. Kept it up guys! THANKS!

Location was easy to find. When I reached the reception, I was assisted in timely manner. No long queues. The RadTech was also accommodating. Everything went smooth with the professionals.

The ambiance is great and the place is easy to find. The Filipino guy who took my MRI is very humble the way he treated me is extremely great i didnt feel that im sick that time because of him. Thank you for the good treatment. 100% i will suggest PH Diagnostics.

Service is excellent but the waiting time will take you 1-2 hours before taking the lab test. But it was fine because it was worth the wait.

The Indian lady in the reception was absolutely awesome with her customer service and the waiting infront of the XRAY room was bit annoying, as I waited more than 45 minutes near to the door.

Hi.. I was given appointment at 11.00am for Scanning with full bladder and I have been taken for scanning at 12.00pm only. Almost sitting idle for an hour with full bladder is quite uneasiness !!!Request you to maintain and allow the patient in their scheduled appointment timing since it is primed for that.Quality & Profession wise .. Perfect !!!

This just happened today. I already got an approved procedure when somebody called me at 11am that it will be scheduled on Sat. I re called around 12pm -1 pm to ask if theres a possibility to move it today, filipina receptionist promised to get back at me but NO ONE CARES. Then i tried to call at 3pm when i spoke to a very kind lady (maybe indian or pakistani, sorry again if i rant at you) confirming that there was an available schedule at 5.30 and its posted in their system that patient will call for the appointment which is totally different from my situation now. WHY NOBODY GETS BACK AT ME TO INFORM EARLIER? WHY DO YOU NEED TO SCHEDULE ME ON SATURDAY IF THERES AN AVAILABLE SCHEDULE TODAY? I ended up cancelling my request because of this tiring phone call. I wasted my whole day waiting. While nobody understands even if your speaking the same language.Anyways in this review they will not give a sh** at all.

We had a routine test for our 7 month old son at PH Diagnostics. I was impressed with the care and gentleness shown by Dr Viral Vyas and the support staff - specially sister Edna and her colleague. She ensured that he was comfortable before during and after the procedures specifically during the part when the lights were dimmed.We are thankful for the care and concern.

Excellent service by Mr. Sherry who sorted out the very painful issues for Ms. Erum Ehab Hamouda by sorting out her blood tests that were messed up by the Karama Medical Center JVC Staff, called Jyoti who treated the patient in the most negligent manner and wanted to charge for this blood tests while the patient was very ill.Sherry must be honored with an award and increment as the PS diagnostics must take pride in such staff and retain them by pleasing them.Excellent service by Shetty.We are obliged to him.Thank youDr. Suzanne Moore

Amazing customer service. This clinic is not crowded at the time of my visit. It looks clean and smells clean too. I also got my test result so swiftly.

It was a great exeperience. Staffs and customer service good. my test was done in 5 or 10 minitues and got the result on the same day. Good health packages with good price. I am very much satisfied with the service.

Service is good. I got the result of my xray immediately. However, the place is very hard to find.

The queue for the OPG was unbelievable even though I was advise that it will take time. I just did not realized that it will take 67 minutes to be precised to have the OPG done and it takes only 2 minutes to have the results on hand.

I have had very bad experiences . This has been my second visit and I had a similar bad experience. Was in for an ultrasound requiring full bladder .... the first time I was made to wait for more than an hour and uktimately lost bladder control and had to rewait for another hour and half till the next ultrasound . Had a similar experience the second time . To summarise bad management and no one knows what’s happening . Could see many other patients struggling and having similar issues

Frontdesk is handled by bunch of unprofessionals. No point in taking appointments. They serve patients as per their choice. I was late for the appointment by 5 minutes and they made me wait for an hour. No respect for clients time.They do not even care to inform that they have free valet service.

First of all i booked an appointment and i clearly ask them about the availability of doctor i touched them thru apple care clinic and they ask me to come there when i reached they make me wait for 45 mins and after that when i asked they took my papers and stuff and said we will call you after 1 hour when i went to ask again they said doctor is no available today come again tomorrow they just waste time. i wish i could sue them!! front desk is rude font know how to talk not answering properlyTHERE RATING IS FAKE! non of the patients were happy in the clinic.

Came over for OPG (X Ray) and was pretty impressed with the service overall. My experiemce overall has been great from customer service to request management, turn around time and post dealing services. This is based on the limited services Ive got while not sure on the rest.

All I can say about PH DIAGNOSTICSALL STAFF ARE VERY GENEROUSAND THE SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT
