Very huge and well setup Vaccination center with toilet facilities and huge parking area. Please note that there will be a huge traffic at main entrance. Hence, you should reach at main entrance of the vaccination center at least 1 hour prior to your time slot so that you can enter into the vaccination center on time. Tokens are distributed by the staff inside the center and you have to wait there for your turn. they have well set up seating arrangement with safe distance and a clean and sanitized waiting area. Once the registration process is completed, you can go for vaccination. they have a individual closed cabin for the vaccination.

The first dose was received very quickly, there was no difficulty, I did not get three attempts for the second dose and a week later the second dose message came. So I got the second dose. Thank you very much.

I went to this center on last Saturday for pfizer vaccine. No appointment required. Just walk in with a valid Emirates id. If you have taken sinopharm vaccinations before, then six months gap is necessary. They will ask to show al hosn app the dates of vaccination at the entrance security check. No appointment required. The after getting the token, registration to be done. After that proceed for the vaccination cabin. There are 50 cabins for vaccination. Very fast and helpful staffs. Very spacious interior. Drinking water is available. Separate toilets available outside the tent.Overall thanks a ton to seha for providing such a wonderful center.Vaccinations availableSinopharmPfizer (both doses)

First dose is fine though i got lost with the location since im still using the google map while already inside the Dubai Parks and Resorts and ended up on dead end.. Once reaching Dubai Parks and Resorts, turn of your google map and use their location guidelines. 2nd dose is even better and faster, as i was booked in the morning and 1 hour reached before my schedule, and maximum 30 minutes waiting time.. they will provide a band appreciation saying you are vaccinated. Just download the certificate through their Seha app.

After taking exit 5 fro. Sh Zayed Rd, the signboard on the ramp incorrectly diverts to the left side at the fork. This incorrect diversion will make you drive for around 10kms more (approximately 15 minutes). To avoid, pls follow Google map and ignore the signboard on the ramp. Vaccination center was well organised and the process was swift / hassle-free. Kudos to the organizers/ SEHA.

I was an outstanding experience. From the entrance, to the parking until I finish my vaccine, everything was so organized. The staff are so friendly and accommodating , from the security team, admin team and the health team. The procedures and instructions are very clear. I would definitely recommend coming here.

In the website closing time for vaccination is 10pm but security in the entrance on bridge is saying that till 5pm vaccination time only. Yesterday I visited there to get the vaccine for one of my friend who has tourist visa from abu Dhabi. Kindly suggest any other center in dubai or any Dhabi in evening hours to get the 1st dozw of vaccine. I have free time Friday and Saturday only in the evening. Thanks for your suggestion in advance.

If you are using Google Maps to reach here, please do not take the shortest part suggested by Google. I did so and it took me to a path inside Dubai Parks and Resorts, ending up in a roadblock. I waisted 40 minutes doing so.Instead, take Sheik Zayed Road southbound towards Abu Dhabi and then take Exit 5 (please see the screenshot from Google Maps I added). It is an obvious flyover and you will know it because you will see a long queue of cars. Please keep on the far right lane and follow the instructions.I suggest you take an appointment and not walk in. I had one and it took me 2 hours and 10 minutes (for the first shot) from the moment I joined car queue until I got out of the center.Thanks to SEHA and the Ministry of Health for availing the vaccination.

First doss, Ready to wait for hours. No idea why they give appointment and make people wait in line for Hours. Better to take vaccine from sharjah.I took my second doss on May 1. Not much queue.Thank you UAE, for providing free vaccine to all it Residents.Love you UAE.

Thank SEHA for administering pfizer vaccination. Went in Dubai Parks for my second dose. The staff and nurses are accommodating and helpful especially JOSE Marie who guided and help me finished my vaccine. I didnt feel any pain when JOSE MARIE gave the vaccine. Thank u and keep safe everyone!

Beware, new rule: if you didnt get the appointment for the second dose you will not be allowed to enter unless you show a plane ticket with a departure date within 2 days. If you travel in one week they will tell you to come back when the flight is in 2 days. I am very disappointed. The first appointment was smooth and easy, but I never received the sms for the second appointment and its not showing on their system. The new rule is mentioned nowhere and it has now been 32 days since my first dose, yet I am not allowed to get the vaccine because I am only leaving in 6 days. Apparently from August 20 the vaccine will be available for everyone but right now the rules are very strict. I would not mind if it was possible to get someone on the phone to ask for an appointment but even that is not possible. I tried calling, sending a message through the website form and sending an email, to no avail. Really disappointed.

Great place to get vaccinated. They have both kinds of vaccine and no appointment was needed for first vaccine dose. Service was fast. Only downside is that the second dose has to be taken in the same place.

Yesterday, i went there for vaccination with my family from Ajman. I have visas from Sharjah. I was scared that it might take very long because of some negative reviews but Im very happy to say the overall process was a breeze.We reached at entrance gate at 9:10am, the organizers see that Im with family they let me go in fast lane. Actually they have they have 2 lanes one for buses, vans and may be bachelors (it was crowded because of volume) and family/elderly lane was swift.There was zero waiting time. I went to parking from there we are directed inside vaccination centre.1. Show emirates id and booking appointment to get token2. Show original emirates id (otherwise take old one) and Al Hosn app3. Go inside to take vaccination4. Five minutes wait for observation then leaveExcellent Service !

Very helpful and done 2nd also in 1 july. but, only one thing make sure to get appointment in your mobile sms. In 1st dose not asked for sms and but this time security ask and if dont have sms in mobile, not allow to go for vaccine. for me and my husband already done with smoothly. very helpful everyone there. I went for my children age 13 and 14 vaccine.For directions follow dubai parks and resorts on google maps and then follow the roadside directions for vaccine centre.For first dose it wasnt crowded and was very smoothFor second dose yesterday we faced alot of traffic outside but inside the centre it was smooth again.Timings are between 9 am to 5 pmVery well managed and convenient.

You can walk in without an appointment. I was registered within minutes and was vaccinated very quickly. Whole process is really efficient and quick. No traffic. No waiting at any point.

We booked an appointment on last thursday at 4pm. My husband came from office we went through by taxi they just easily come on Saturday Today appointment over .but we went on correct time only. They didnt inform before if we want any information there is no contact num customer service also they not attending cal we waited for nearly 45min in call .we spent nearly 100dhms wasted .really disappointed with their service .I never expect this would happen in well developed place like dubai. If they want cancel the appointment they have to inform before . Very very disappointed with their service.

Google says it opens saturday at 8am, and 8:50am there were still employees coming.9am open!

Am writing behalf of my uncle, Firts Dose was fine, date was 5th june. they mention on paper second dose 26th, No message until, I went with my uncle 3 time 26, 27th, 29th from ajman to Jabali, Whenever we reached say come next day. from security counter They are behaving like street boys. Totally unprofessional service. Very very bad experience. I called seha helpline long que wait like 30mnts just to connect to some one talk, finally they say they cant do anything, Should get appointment from Seha park and resort, Dont know we do, Never expect from this.

Staff are very helpful and are everywhere to guide you. The nurses who are conducting the inoculation are very knowledgeable and professional. All in all this centre is well organised👍 No fuss. I was in and out in 35mins (had a prior booking). Very pleased!! Thank you SEHA.

Lack of entry organisation, prepare for average 3 hours queue waiting time before being able to take ticket for vaccination however the medical team are great and supportive

Got vaccine pfizer today dates 27 june.. Waited for 1 hour in traffic as there is much traffic because of Saturday after waited for 1 hour they allow us to enter once u enter in camp it will only take 10 to 15 minut max as everything is smooth and easy.. When they have too much traffic they only allowed people who have a appointment so try to get appointments as its easily available.. I have Ajman Visa and there is not a issue so all visa is allowed download al hosn app if your emirates id register with another mobile number dont worry they will fix it.. All family allowed.. Even there is also another vaccine center as well world trade centre, al barsha even there in al tawar qusais also which i know.. Dubai park is open Saturday to Thursday and other open from Sunday to Thursday.. Plz follow google map till u enter dubai park after that plz follow sign board of vaccine center it will take u to right place google will make u confuse.. Thx

SEHA UAE Government initiative. It’s a great job by the rulers giving Sinform (Chinese) Vaccine Free for all their residents holding EMIRATES ID only.Steps I followed Before getting vaccinated.1). Just walk in no need appointments as of today 29/12/20. But when I visited again on 05/01/21 for my friend. Huge cues. So I think it’s better appointment better than walk-in.2). Should wait in your own car till security call on your turn to enter.3). Carry EMIRATES ID must to the emirates Field Hospital entrance show ID take token and wait for counter. Vaccine only for above 15 years.4). After reaching counter give ID give mobile number for communication and immediately you get sms confirmation. Then you will be sent to a room and the nurse to check your height, weight, any history with virus and other health disorders in general information and signature on CONSENT form (max 10 min)5). Then you would be asked to a dr. To have any questionnaire about vaccine.6). Next directed to a VACCINE room. They gave one free water bottle and nicely maintained toiletsOn 29/12/20 It took for me maximum half an hour as it’s weekday and not public crowded.On 05/01/21 too much waiting in my car more than 2 hours as many buses, cars are on cues.7). 18/12/20 exactly 21st days after we got 2nd vaccine appointment SMS. This day it’s very simple less cues in cars and got vaccined easily.There are many staff working on this.....HATTS OFF to UAE 🇦🇪 RULERS for conducting such a great social service in this pandemic situation for free to all his residents. There is no other way telling more than thanks but whole heartedly 🙏🙏🙏

Terrible service. Got the 1st dose after getting here took me almost 2hrs from Dubai Marina (public transportation). Had to take a taxi in the end because no public transportation comes out here (not these days, at least). When I got there, my appointment didn’t matter because it’s all walk-in, so it was complete chaos.Came back for my given appointment date for my 2nd dose, and the security at the gate said, “it’s closed today (Friday) because the workers here are human beings and need rest. Come back within the next 2 days, or else you’ll have to take the 1st dose again.”Absolutely horrible for many reasons:A) Difficult to get here, if you don’t have your own car.B) Service is very chaotic and no true system. The Al Hosn or SEHA app is absolute garbage and it seems it was a children’s school project to create these apps.C) Appointments mean nothing, because I guess who cares about making sure ppl don’t get their full vaccinations properly on a timely basis….general public are just cattle, while the “workers here are human beings”Right??Just make sure and follow up constantly if you decide to go through this vaccination center. Because, everyone person you talk to will give you different answers.

I didnt see in my life in Dubai like this service.They are providing appointment but you couldnt get your vaccination on the time you will wait long time in que like 2 to 3 hrs before entering and theyre unable to provide on time no proper way to go in first entering they gave 2 line and after everything is mixed some peoples they are going on side and they allow to go in even after complain Security department they didnt care people are complaining but there is no any complain center and theyre not allowing to pick up any person from in side After you cross the security check they should have one way for any emergency and pick up because everyone cant have their own car and they will not able to pay taxi for Waiting because they are already wasting time during que I went other Salem centers they have proper arrangements and they are providing very good service Ill say thank to Dubai government all DHA center have very good arrangements.

We went to this vaccination center yesterday (Saturday) after taking appointment. Nobody asked for any appointment proof when we went there. And there was a very big que, we waited in the que for 45min and saw very little progress, so we left from there without vaccine.Dear Seha management, could you kindly do the needful to only allow people with appointment.

Very bad experience. Came all the way driving from Ajman and the voluteers says technical issue.Could not get vaccine.If there is a technical issue, heaven sake use the technology SMS to alert that there is a technical glitch.😡😡😡😡😡😡

First dose was completely fine but second dose was trerrible. Token management supervisor was rude and unfare gives priority to all ladies even if ur token is just 20 people away u have to wait until they attended all ladies irrespective of numbers in my case they were around 50-60 and goes on coming when first batch is finish second group of ladies were added and I have to wait wait and wait. I have to wait for more than 45min just to cross 1st registration counter. From 2 waiting area to vaccination. Room 45min again. Couple just infront of me during entrance left with it 20min and I was still wating for my turn🤦🏼‍♂️. I suggest management should take note and attend people ticket wise.

I am having a very bad experience its been 2 days I am going for my 2nd dose and they did not let me go in ..1st day I went there by 10am and they said working hours are 8am to 10am in the morning and today I went at 8am and they still sent me back and when i asked what time they will open he said I dont know anything I tried to call on seha help center that was also busy now I dont know what to do for my 2nd dose

Very dissapointed! I booked my vaccination appointment in advance and showed up on time, I was casually told to change my booking and ushered away with no proper explaination and in a dismissive manner. So disorganised and rude as well. 👎🏻

Came in today for my 2nd dose scheduled 2:30. But for whatever reason, they never allowed us through the checkpost as the gate will only open after 4PM. The queu of vehicles is chaotic. Those with appointments should’ve been informed earlier.

I took my family today to SEHA vaccination center, Dubai Parks today. Despite some queues but whole process was well organized. Recommend do a prior appointment through SEHA app and make sure carry a valid Emirates ID. Expect 2-3 hours from arrival to completion

The trip by bus is good but the gate near the bus stop is closed. Vee have to walk for anoth 25 minutes and it is stupidity, not allowing us from the bus stop to enter. Not everyone has a car.Inside is good the jab is given and very well organized.

I have taken vaccine from SEHA Dubai.👉PROS: Free vaccination from government ,Very well organised ,Staff behaviour is very supportive even RTA bus driver too,Very beautiful location of Dubai Parks and resorts,Can go directly there with emirates ID (Appointment is preferable),Free water they provide.👉CONS: Far away from Dubai city👉How to reach there with public transport :Go to Ibn-Batuta bus station,from there take DPR-1 bus, and land on the station RIVERLAND. Terrible service. First you get the wrong directions on google maps and then the queues are way too long. No one knows anything as well lol. Everyone is just confused! It’s so annoying. Been here two hours waiting….

I got an appointment 16th April 2021 for second dose, once I reached vaccination centre was informed that centre is closed on Friday during Ramadan month.I dont know why SEHA send the false appointment and wasting our time.Lot of people came today and returned back.

Went to SEHA AUH for the first dose in January, tested positive a week after so I have to postpone the second dose.Today, I went to SEHA Dubai Parks around 4 pm and luckily, there was no queue. As long as you have the card, even if you do the first jab in SEHA Abu Dhabi, the second dose can be done here in SEHA Dubai. Please note their Ramadan timings as well.

We turned up for my husbands appointment from Ajman for the Covid vaccine, it was closed! Checked the website it said open. The security guard said to come back in the morning. Easy to find, well signposted, but website and appointment system needs to be kept current.

Very well organized, It took me an hour for the entire process at Dubai Parks and Resorts, first I did registeration with Emirates ID, then went for vaccination rooms which was very fast, staff guidance available everywhere

The facility and everything is quite nice. But I recommend you to go with appointment because if you go without appointment you will have to wait there for around 3-4 hours. If you go with appointment you will have to wait a lot less. The timings for people without appointment is 9 to 11 am, and for people with appointment 8am to 5pm.

Had to wait for more 1.5hrs outside in car in queue, eventhough appointment was there..

Long queues of cars at entrance & then queues inside even after appointment then what’s even the point of appointments.Worst place to get vaccinated.

Went there today as per schedule in the SEHA app. very long queues starting from Sheikh Zayed road itself and the traffic snakes through the parks area even at 830 AM. I did not get the vaccine as they said I was not 50 years old after all that wait. They should have informed(by sms that the appointment is not guaranteed unless you meet the criteria. Or better yet ,not let people book for appointment if you you dont qualify.but police was very helpful apprehending drivers who push themselves through the queues.

We went mar 20 appointment is useless! they will allow only above 40yrs of age. no message! no info! that they change the rules. so frustrating we are from al qusais drive all the way to jebel ali then suddenly you will hear that!

Very long waiting queue. Better to get an appointment if you do want to wait for 6 hours or more. They should not accept walk in patients if they cannot accomodate all. Or better, to separate the appointment from walk in patients so that everybody can be entertained at the same time. Should not prioritizing only those with apppointments and let the walk in patients wait until they finished with them.

Very big centre with huge parking spaces and security services to provide the vaccination services to all communities, organised well, clean and customer focused

Well Ive read the comments about no giving such information after you stand for a long que and will tell you that they give a vaccine only for the age 50 above, if so then they should inform thru sms those who got a appointment not to waste time to go there and get nothing .my appointment will be on March 1 and I havent got any information but still I need to give a try to be there in the morning as much as possible.

Very well organized, was able to finish second dose of vaccination with in hours time including waiting time. Working hours 9 am to 5 pm, Sunday to Thursday.

Came with appointment booked but end up getting walk in ticket. Was trying to avoid sitting near the big ac vent then shouted by security and threatened to confiscate my ticket and ask me to get out from the facility if I dont follow his instruction although I told him I will get sick if I facing AC directly. Literally being treated like an animal for the first time.

Free vaccination from a Covid-19 for all valid Emirates ID holders in UAE.Our first dose of vaccine here happened a 6th of January and it took 4 hours to wait for it as a walk in patientwithout an appointment. And it was wow.Our second dose was giving in 21st day, appointed by authorities, and it took around one hour from the coming to the line till the final. And it was very well organized.I strongly recommend two things:to get an appointment for your first visit by SEHA application.And ask where to park at every time when you are visiting this center. Talking to authorities to know if you do right is a must.So many people are doing a vaccine here daily. This place doing a massive job fighting a Covid-19.

First of all, A big salute to UAE for such a huge effort to over come this pandemic situation by giving the free vaccine and I proud myself that I am also a part of it.Took first Dose of vaccine yesterday, thru appointment via SEHA app., the whole process in the vaccination centre took only 10 minutes for me , except the 2hrs loooooong Q in the road to reach the destination. It was horrible to wait a 3.9 km long distance Q even its in the morning (8.15am) .But things were very easy once you enter in the vaccination centre.Can be do some alternate solutions to avoid such heavy Queue by separating the road by Walk-in and appointment line separately from the beginning (exit -5) road itself.Thanks again to entire Team.

Went to the center with an appointment on Friday 8/01/2021 for first dose. I was able to finish the whole process in 1 hour. There was no long Que that day.Also got appointment for second dose after 21days.Keep your emirates ID with you and Seha barcode which you get along the appointment. Very Good Service from SEHA.Thank you UAE. You can book your appointments using SEHA app booking is checked at security points, while getting a token for assessment and vaccination people with booking get priority.
