No proper coordination and patient management.any one can visit doctor as there wish .no point in waiting for our turn as per the priority .

Counter staff is lazy to deal with patients

Nicely maintained medical centre. Very experienced doctors and service oriented staff. The ease of availing facility is great. I highly appreciate the facility, very qualitative and expensive. They do not seem to have compromised anywhere. Insurance coverage is also available. Orthopaedic, dental, pediatrics, etc all facilities available.

Staffs are very cooperative and attentive. Doctors are well educated,well mannered and highly qualified. The treatment and healthcare is good and worth it their motto is health comes first.it is Situated in such a place as its accessible from most of the places. Even parking is not a issue in this place.

Pediatric nurse in muhaisnah branch, a baby getting 3 shots of injection for cbc blood test and 2 shots after 2 days for follow up Chek up by the same nurse?are you guys serious. Just imagine how a baby cries and the feeling of a mom and dad seeing their baby cries that much because of multiple injection attempts.

Had a very bad experience from my last visit along with my mother to this hospital especially sister Glandy treated us very badddd..... She almost had argument with all the patients their.........No professionalism

Dr. Prakash is the best and well experienced childrens paediatric doctor which I have consulted for my daughter. He doesnt prescribe medicines vaguely like other doctors do only as per the requirement and for antibiotics only if needed. I always recommend Dr. Prakash to All my friends and colleagues.

Day Before yesterday I went there I met one Doctor he told me come day after tomorrow means today. When I reached there he is not there but the receptionist said please wait I am waiting there since 7 pm but nobody taking care and last one lady came she told me come and she started checkup when I told this is already done I just came for meeting to doctor regarding to certificate and confirm disease then she send me to one lady doctor.The service is too slow staff is busy with mobile phones and their gossip.. This is one of the wrost experience there.. Too bad services

One of the worst experiences ive had at a clinic. not only uneducated doctors and nurses, but rude too. very disorganized. this place once u visit , u knows its made for labour class people from sonapur. even the nurses are not at all well versed with their work.doctors are rude, both the lady doctor as well as the gents, forgot their names. useless.will never recommend anyone for this clinic.
