Food is very tasty as usual. KFC is always tasty. Space is so big. They are trying to follow Covid guidelines as well.

Not the best of KFCs around. Poor reception, poor customer service, poor safety measures, not the best hygienic service. Very bad experience.

The place has a peculiar smell ,and could be better if it was kept clean

Wont go for a dine in. Not clean.. toilets were stinky and the washbasin had tissue littered all over.Take away is the best option. Staff does their job and dont expect more. A very tiny place and can be busy during week ends.

Located in a place with ample parking and easy to find a parking. It is one of the small KFC joint in DubaiNot a very busy KFC like other places. Has a dine in facility at the 1st floor. Very small place but you get your food quickly than the other KFC joints.

KFC not to be consider as international brand, giving wrong information to customer, not to care about customer time value.Today I called to customer service 600522252 to check the lunch box meal still available, the person told yes its available at store, I visited to alnahda branch they told me lunch box meal not available during ramdan,again I called the customer service she still told me its Available at store, I informed am infront of your store & they are telling directly its not available. The lady didn’t told anything even sorry for wasting time. If such a case other brands will focus on customer satisfaction & they will try to give at least one time, as its making their counter available itself.Feel very shame of customer service from kfc, Which they don’t care about customer value

Small one and limited seats for dine in , that also share with pizzacut. So take away is good option for this branch. You can order through kiosks(two installed) or traditional way of counter person.Restroom is available for both gender. Customer service is very good and staffs are very friendly. Little bit busy during week days and holidays.

Pretty good for take aways, but conjusted at ground level especially area infront of cash counters.. however there is a mediam sized dining facility at the first floor.

I was at this KFC branch to collect my online order and the experience was highly satisfactory with my order being ready on the time they had stated on their website, though while being small for any fast food branch is still very convenient to reach and great especially if you are there to collect your orders. Would highly recommend if you were here to collect the orders but 3/5 if you are here for dine in especially in the pandemic times!

I went there around 3 pm ,the phelipino lady in the counter disrespect at all and the philipino supervisor the same, I request the meal without winges , and beacouse I didnt trust them I opened it and I fined as I expected there is wing . I show her and she toke it from my hand and return it to sell again to other person . and she gived me the box again by not polite way .and even she didnt put the spoons for the meals .and by the end the chiken was not fresh .not recommended at all

EW! just EW! Ive bought from there and guess what. The chicken was so untasty I legit almost vomited. Ive bought from many kfc places and they all had the same tasty chicken but this chicken here disgusted me so badly I vowed to never get KFC again.

Except for not having a section criteria on the pieces a customer desires, everything else is good.KFC being such a prominent company should atleast think of giving the customer the options for the pieces they want to select while placing an order whether it be Leg, Thigh, Breast or Wings- this can even be like an ala carte order but that should be provided in my opinion.

KFC is getting bad day by day. Its quality and services are not like before. Its not about this outlet, almost outlets Ive tried recently also and Im not willing to choose KFC again.

We always creave it . Always give us a smile . Love it for family picnics . Wide choices for all family cambos. Wraps . All are great . Try chili fries and the sandwiches and the spicy ones. We always go to the one near the beach in Jumaira. Always right order I just wish they add ice cream on the menu.

Check ur orders before recieving it. They even forget to add french fries to the orders. It cant be intentional but just coz of too much rush, but still needs to improve on it

Its a joint establishment of KFC and Pizza Hut where.you have barely some space in the ground floor. The dine in or seating is at the mezzanine floor with around 50 seating capacity that too split between KFC and Pizza Hut. Staff as usual was busy with deliveries and orders. Food was good as per KFC standards but the ambiance could be better.

Very worst place for ever.. staffs are not friendly at all .. I have visited than ten times during the month of july and all the time ice cream machine was broken. Actually it is false. They make ice cream depending on their mood, coz they discuss each other and giving us answer that ice cream available or not. when I asked why the machine is broken the manage was so rude at us and said just make a complain we dont mind .. totally disappointed .. very bad and rude staff over there ...

Fast n quick service with dine in facility

Really disappointing service. What is the point of ordering food beforehand for a pick up and still go there and wait.They need to work on it so as to minimise customers stay at their outlets which in turn will help aboid spread of infection.

We went there around 12 am the food from pizza hut was good but the place was so dirty and the smell was bad and coming from the horrible washroom
