Recommendation : Three cheese pizza, laham bi ajine, Cheese & Zaatar manakeeshIve been here twice now, its ideal for a light bite. We ordered a pizza each which was as described in the pictured menu. The bread or pizza base is very thin, fresh and tasty.Im a particular fan of the manakeeshes, which are light and delicious, with a great variety of flavors. The Zaatar & Cheese is my favorite. However the iced tea was disappointing, lacked flavor and was watery.The atmosphere here is relaxed and the service was fine. Not expensive, good value for money.

No need to talk about food! Food is always delicious. Service is so fast and staff is super friendly!We ordered value meals. Two mighty kafta wrap , two salads and one teaser for 73 dirhem.

Food is good and very healthy choices as always. Very nice staff always smiling. The AC of this branch need to be fixed as it ruins the whole dining experience!

Food is good but expensive compared to others. Also my order got slightly messed up. I placed a collect order through the call center.

Always late, never on time, especially if you chose to pay by c card it is Uncanny!!My advise always chose to pay in cash. That way you will ensure a fast delivery. If you don’t have cash, just don’t bother.

It was a pretty decent experience eating here. The price seemed a bit high for the quality of food served.Other than that, the ambience of the place and the staff were on point.

The burger was very bad...the quality of the meat and mushroom...the fattush salad doesnt have the traditional arabic crispy bread in top...too expensive for this average quality

The one in Office Park Building charges the delivery fee to deliver upstairs to the offices. greedy management. and they blame the system that it automatically adds on the delivery charge! Really? system decides not a human that actually entered this command into the system? why do you need to put a delivery charge for people that sit in the offices around you? used too much petrol to get upstairs? Oregano delivers for free to the office in the Office Park building, the little places like this one are so greedy - not using them anymore. plenty of other places with more dignity and respect.

Love their food! You feel freshness of each ingredient they use. Service never disappointed as well.

Amazing how they keep up the pace during rush hour. Use their website to order from your office then walk in and eat as if you own the place.

Nice place. I find it pricey. Food is like Fine Dining of fast food if you get what I mean. A meal for 4 cost us 189 dhs without any drinks.

The customer service at this place is absolutely horrible. All the servers are really rude except 2 of them.. this isnt the first time, I always eat at the Zaatar W Zeit beside my school, and all my friends say the same thing. Its like theyre just not happy to serve you, or that youre a burden; especially in the morning. Also, their WiFi codes distribution seems to be based on their mood. Ive had people on my same table ask for wifi codes and they wont give them while if someone on another table does they do... its like they have something personal against their customers. Me and my friends have chosen to stop eating at ZWZ and switch to caribou instead. Customer service is really important and unfortunately this branch will lose so many more customers if their issues arent dealt with... theres also a huge issue with their AC that NEEDS TO be addressed. I couldve sworn its colder outside in the Dubai weather at times... this place is SERIOUSLY HOT!!!!!! Just to mention, Ive been to almost all ZWZ branches in Dubai and theyre all very welcoming and lovely!! It just seems to be this branch...

If youre into Lebanese fast food that tastes good and is priced nicely Zaatar W zeit should be your go to place. The flavors of the food are really nice. Nothing is spicy unless you ask for it and is very well prepared. They offer a multitude of customizations to everything and also have a delivery app you can order from. The one negative I find is the absence of it from Zomato, in 4 years of ordering from them I have never availed any discount through the app which I could through zomato.

If you are looking for some authentic arab style food then this is it...healthy and delicious menu they have in offer

I have tried many branches across dubai but @ Media City Branch i had my worst experience/s.Nothing to do with the tastes its mainly related to the quantity & quality of ingredients they use to stuff the Wraps.One time i had the patience to report it to the manager but the second time i realized that its part of their standard or i always get the same stingy cook 😂But i guess a full Spizy Chicken Wrap cant have 5 small small pieces of Chicken, thats not ZWZ standards in Lebanon.

Food is exzellent but a bit pricy for the size of the portion.
