Order 4 pcs Meal from that two pieces not prepared well. ..half cooked.. I didnt except from KFC... Very much upset..!

I am really disappointed with the take away I took of a dinner meal that too for a weekend! The pieces served were really of poor quality. I am sure this serving doesnt work with dine in!

Today (12-08-2021) we went to Al Khaleej Center KFC with family, from the ordering stage we litterly faced disaster service from the staff. Last five years we are regular customer of KFC , till date we didnt face this type of service from any center. All staff are very rude and irrespectfull. They are throwing food and other things instead of serving more over we feel different taste of chicken and they replaced the same . Over all we are upset with these all things. We are not at all recommending this center for KFC.

Amazing place and a wide range of restaurants here as its a food court. The thing what I didnt like is the parking, its so difficult to get the parking there, nevertheless the atmosphere is good and the service is fast as well. Anyway you can have your other great meal as well as McDonalds etc.... Hope you find it helpful 😊

Id placed an order and the order was confirmed at 7.49pm. However, Id to wait till 9.30pm to receive the order after 2 followup calls with the customer support. Was the wait worth it? Even worse cold chicken and fries ...a typical horrible experience on a day when we thought of having something special ...outdoor food.....Disappointed

Love for KFC will never go off!!!. It may be a meetup, shopping or simply to enjoy it will always be kfc.

KFC is good, but this branch KFC food is average good, nice and fast service, their party organizing for kids birthday is good and they have a special area for that. Nice seating arrangements, plenty of seating available . It is apart of khaleej centre food court. Have kids small coin rides etc, etc

Irresponsible team and the worst KFC online order i ever see.As per the KFC call center they have delevered my order to some one and cancelled mine & request me to weight for 7 working days so that they can refund my amount which i payed.What make sense ? .

They are now delivering stale and musty unsealed foods ! Spoiled our Thursday Evening !Delivered 9 pcs instead 12 stale chicken . Even KFC website not working ( Punching wrong order). Keep it up guys !

The outlet looks really good its following the stairs and at quite good point. Has good sitting arrangement. Staff is also nice. Im from India so as per taste it i loved it. Spicy fried and chicken really awesome loved it

Absolutely love the Strawberry Crushers at KFC.Most of the outlets almost never have it. 😐Love the rice at KFC. I order it once in a while to take a break from the usual Fried chicken. It is not dry, has chicken pieces and is tasty.The staff is not that friendly over here. They dont smile at all. Or maybe when I was there they were having a bad day🤔

Yeah just your normal KFC. Seating areas are good and as for the food I would recommend that you go on the weekends because on the weekdays the service seems to be lacking to say the least and sometimes they do run out of items (weekdays). Prices are a bit high in my opinion well especially now that the taxes have been added, but so far its a good place for friends and family. They also do parties and catering (not sponsored).

Everytime when i take ......take away they always give very amount of fries which not good at all ....again we cant go back to take just fries and even tomato sauce and after telling i need leg piece always different they know customer will not come again to change this .......very much bad service .....even when we order online through call same issue

Bought a super family bucket for 129 dirhams service slow ended up with a load of dry chicken breast price went back and change them for a couple of legs and thighs the food was well dry absolute rip of for the price should be no more than 90 dirhams on holiday with family for 3 weeks its my first week yet first and last time I visit this place
