I dont want to say something bad about the place. The service is very attentive and protective of their guests. They are owesome. The presentation of the order is very beautiful, but the cupcakes I have ordered was not eatable. The cream was like a piece of whipped heavy butter. I wouldnt recommend a place for eating. Maybe for a tea if you dont have a better spot to go.

5 star afternoon tea 😍 everything on the plates was DELICIOUS!! I usually leave sandwiches in afternoon tea but this one was amazing. Great service, great food, great atmosphere! I will definitely go back !

Great selection of warm breads was served before my Norwegian Salmon order and all the food was beautifully presented. Salmon was so yummyI love the arabic coffee, latte and cappuccino and all the sweets just AMAZING 😉Have been there many times in the past and will continue doingHighly recommended food the place was fantastic and I had a great experience

Went there to meet a friend and world class fragrance expert from Russia to enjoy a nice coffee in a beautiful environment and share insights on the world of luxury perfumery. I wanted to show him what Emirati hospitality felt like.He showed me a collection of upcoming oils and we were having a great time. Unfortunately, the atmosphere went drastically south real quick.Their staff approached us rudely and told us that we are not allowed to sell or display products there and that we should pack up and go.We explained nicely that perhapsthey misunderstood us as we were not selling anything. And that these were not products. These were fragrance oils and my friend is showing me some interesting notes as we are fragrance enthusiasts. However, we said that we would pack them up soon out of courtesy.A short while later, another staff approached us rudely again and told us we had to leave for the same reason. And we explained the situation again.However, he was extremely rude and pointing his finger at us and being very disrespectful. He wasnt even listening to anything we were saying. And told us to drink our coffee and go. Even after we packed up our oils.When we explained what happened to the management, and even though they acknowledged that we shouldnt have been treated that way any under circumstances, they didnt even to bother Appologies.Honestly, I have never experienced such disrespectful treatment or felt so humiliated from any 5 star hotel. And this was far from the experience I wanted to show my guest.Maybe it was a bad day for the staffs involved, I dont know, but I certainly wont be going back nor inviting any other dignified individuals to this place ever again

The food at Karat was exceptional. We tried the salmon with the tagliatelli and broccolini in white sauce. It was prepared to perfection. The seasoning was just right. On the other hand, the desserts too were just the right amount of sweetness, and the tea pairing was all the better. The service could improve where the waiters could be more attentive and more assisting from the 1st time (we had to repeat our requests twice sometimes to get them done). Overall though, we truly recommend this perfect location at the Address Dubai Mall!

A truly Oasis in Dubai Mall. This is perfect place to take some rest in a shopping journey at Dubai Mall (it does not matter if you are hotel guest or not) in addition if you are member of the U card of Emaar enjoying the whole Summer a discount in 25%!!. The good thing is that you can apply right there before you pay to get the discount so you can enjoy at a 5 stars hotel lounge paying what you would pay in a regular coffee shop or restaurant within the Dubai Mall.. Thanks a lot Shaira to recommend me to apply for the U card. Very good team between Marjorie, Kethi and Shaira there. Delicious Caffè Latte

Really bad service. Had to wait for 10 minutes to be seated. No one came so we sat alone. Had to wait another 10 minutes to get our order taken. Never going again!
