Very small lounge as compared to others. Food pretty average. Ordered a chicken kasba and it was bad. Due to covid buffet is closed hence need to wait for some time before the waiter arrives.

It is a Great lounge with all basic facilities. The Food was good. The lounge is Properly sanitized at regular intervals.The staff was also Very polite and helpful.Overall a good stay while waiting for the flight .

In Dubai Airport Lounge are fabulous. Marhaba Lounge is one of the best. Their foods are testy and various variety of asian people. I just love the wind collection. Good to take great resting place in the busy airport like dubai.

The most pathetic experience I have ever had!The card I always use in marhaba lounge was not accepted and the receptionist said, its only for terminal 1&3. Whats the point??No top, the washroom was under maintenance at the airport, hence I requested the lounge service to access their lounge... The receptionist asked me 100 AED for the same!! Very rude behavior.. and zero patience to listen to us!Treated with zero respect. And after the card wasnt used she asked me to leave the place .. very disappointed with her behavior and I hope they look into this seriously for the betterment of their own service!This start of my vacation at the airport was such a bad start!Hate going to marhaba..

Worst ExperienceRude Employees, They informed us to wait for 25 mins and they refused to take us in claiming the capacity of the lounge although alot of people left the lounge during our wait time.Poor Customer service, They are playing on their phones while we Are talking to them

Infrastructure is good. But need more food points as its a busy Airport

Staff is friendly yet breakfast that is supposed to be served a la carte from 7 to 11 got over by 8:30! No more main menu options to order … place is congested … just 2 toilets that are accessible through a very narrow corridor and one has to take a cue to use the toilet most of the times … honestly the worst lounge we used in the region … won’t use it again in the future.

Compare to other Marhaba Lounge at Dubai airport is very small and busy always! Food quality is reasonable but variety due to small place is less.

If you need to bring a guest, there is a fee of around.+ You can use the lounge for a maximum of 2 hours and the lounge is open 24x7 round the year.+ Kids under 2 years age are admitted free of cost.+ Good arrangement of seating suitable for single or multiple travellers.+ Separate smoking area is available.+ Flight information is available in main lobby where reception is located. Airport staff comes to enquire if any gate is about to close or there is any last call.+ Couple of computers are available to browse the internet. Free WiFi is also available.+ Multiple TVs are installed with some movies being played.+ Alcohol is served so you can enjoy a drink or so.+ Good variety of food is available to feast upon.+ You can get small juice bottles, which you can keep for later.+ Neat and clean washroom.- Very small washroom.- Noisy crowd and huge rush during peak hours, so be early if you want to get access, as the lounge might get full.

No buffet due to Covid pandemic. Very few cuisine choice. Staff is very polite and attentive.

Am a frequent flyer and use the Marhaba lounge facilities. The lounge has good seating arrangements and buffet with drinks. Ideal place to relax while u wait for your flight. Separate smoking area is available. However, I would recommend a change in their regular buffet menu.

Due to covid-19, seating was limited with social distanced seating area. Buffets are closed. But a good packaged and reheated food system is in place where the items of the menu are reheated and brought to your seats. Taste was ok.

Customer service not up to the mark, the guy who sitting front office straight away regretting to access, its like we came for free. I was accessing with my Master card world credit card and my wife as well, she has also card in her name. But the guy he is not understand anything simply telling that your wife cant access. One card one person . i spent my 15minutes to explain and getting access..Poor customer service..

Aquick and quiet experience which surprised me. As I used Terminal 2 this time I want sure what to expect but all the services and facilities were beyond expectations once you consider that T2 is not the main terminal to be usually used to get in and out of the country for longer flights. I was promptly attended in the check in, immigration was quick and friendly. My wifes passport had an issue, which was solved in less than 2min and scan was awalk through as the lines there were smaller... Although there is not many food options, we could still get our coffee on the way. Very happy with the overall experience.

Marhaba lounge is small, at first sight i was dissapointed but after having 3 pegs and enjoying their on table service on recliners ... I must say I was spoiled :)... Still enjoying while writing this review ;) worth the money.They charge bd 20 per 2 hrs i.e. approx 4k inr per 2 hrs which is not cheap, I booked them for 2 people for 4 hrs and paid 16k inr approx, but as I enjoyed my time relaxing without any complaints I give them 5 stars.

Its was wonderful experience of visiting marhaba lounge . As i entered i was nicely greeted by the staff at the reception and was seated by waiter name Shiju and assited by houskeeping staff Govind .i am really thankful 🙏for the hyigne and the cleanliness during this pandemic . The lounge provides a small but sufficient food variety for a quick bite to eat before your flight. It provides chairs with coffee tables but no dining tables. There are a lot of seats but it can get crowded and therefore it is sometimes hard to find somewhere to sit down. You might have to sit with somebody else at the table. Due to the busy environment and bright lighting it is great to eat or to talk, but not so much conducive to relax. There are no loungers, but it provides a couple of computers to use the internet.

The worst lounge I ever been to. Front desk personnel are rude, food is bad, bad hygiene, small and squeezy lounge. Never ever going to this one again

Good COVID-19 measures in place, however found few limitations in food based on my previous experience.

Small lounge. The good thing is the food but the rest is bad.When i arrived they told me that its full so i found only the last chair.Just few places to charge your phone and its busy.The staff of the kitchen are not friendly.

Poor lounge, lack of variety of products. Food looks outdated and old. Servicpeople ar very helpful and kind. Infrastructure in this lounge is poor, bathrooms are clean. There is a special smoking area bar. They accept Priority Pass. There are very few tables and sitting places. Only recommend if you are close to gates F at Terminal 2 DXB.

The washrooms in the lounge wasnt clean. Food and overall cleanliness inside the lounge was ok. The staff werent too welcoming but served the order quickly.

Not very clean, (killed a cockroach) very busy so it could be better in quite times. Not the quality of the Main Terminal lounges.

Its an average lounge, however the service was given satisfactory.

We travelled frm T2 on 15th March.I had the RAK Mastercard lounge access card. As per my understanding its free access for cardholder + 1. I went with my 2kids. I was ready to pay for 1 kid.The lady incharge wasnt ready to disclose if we will be charged or if so how much it would be.I had accessed lounge using the same card in India and Malaysia, it was absolutely free for us.All she kept saying is Maam its upto the bank if you will be charged we won t be able to find that out frm our end.. It was 2.30 a.m. and after much of discussion the guy sitting next to her informed that 1 person would be allowed free inside and others would be charged $32 each..Why do they have to wait and discourage me from access the lounge..Pathetic is what I would say. After reaching my destination I checked with RAK bank and they confirmed that my card had free access for 2 persons..

Kofta meal not really good but still ok...Pasta was very nice..Coffee is always good...And variety of drinks also enough...Thanks guys.. Gonna come again. Insallah 👌👍

Clean and tidy. Courteous staff. Buffet has been replaced by prepackaged food as in all lounges due to the safety protocol.

Staff was courteous and maintained all covid 19 guidelines of serving food but the lounge in itself wasnt great as compared to other world class lounge around the world and even at DXB.There were three computers there incase you want to browse or work.

The Marhaba Lounges get 1 star. They are small, crowded, do not have sufficient plugs to recharge and food quality is not good. They charge $1.50 for a dental kit (free at the Business Lounge), and to use showers (free at the Business Lounge)I took pictures of this and the Business lounge because I was so disappointed. Some passengers can choose to use this or the Business Lounge on Terminal 1. The other one is much better

Horrible reception...i was denied the access with my mastercard world card with LoungeKey access without even checking...the lady was so arrogant and the guy rudely asked me to check with the bank. It has been a treat to be in the lounge, quiet and relaxing compared to the noisy and over crowded terminal holding area.

Staffs are nice, the food is bad and seating is just fine.I tried their pasta, kabsa , and upma.Only kabsa was ok.

Nice lounge if you have e.g. a 4 hours layover. Even at midnight time they serve fresh local food. Drinks as you need such as sparkling water, coke,several juices....There are areas with running TV and some areas which provide a quite atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff, good to go there when you need a rest. There are better lounges in the world, but everything is better than no lounge.

My wife traveled through terminal 2 and went to the Marhaba Lounge. The lady at the reception (her name can be given if someone from Marhaba Lounge Management want to fix this issue) was extremely rude to her and was behaving like she was not doing a job but was doing a favour to the public. These type of people should be educated in customer handling skills before putting at the crucial position which is the face of Marhaba Lounge.
