Firstly! Waitress Sara is a star of the venue. She made our night! ThanxSecond: waiters need to be more attentive.Happy hour is perfect, till 9 pm. Choice of the drinks is not that big and not the best, but it is fine. Also 1+1 shisha is awesome.

An Experience to Remember the waiter said, when we asked what does AER stand for ?Nice place , good service , tasty food , great ambiance , nice DJ, dancers 👯‍♀️ came for 5 mins then disappeared, shisha available, price $$$$ , valet parking available for 30 dhs or paid self parking, reservation needed, very difficult to get a nice table, you need to peg for it still you will not get it 😜 , don’t understand policy of putting people in side tables and keeping the good ones for what !! Some VIPs maybe 🤷🏻‍♂️ we also pay 💰

Came from outside of country, was really excited to check this place out including what they offer on the menu. Was told it has great food, dessert as well as shisha. However, was disappointed all throughout the duration of my visit at AER. Began with security not allowing us to enter since it was “busy” but after a few minutes he told us there’s actually a place for us. Then after being seated we waited over 40 minutes for the waiters to attend to us after calling on different servers so we can place our orders. Disappointed with the service definitely will not be coming back. Poor service.

One of the beautiful place in DIFC to hangout. Very good sheshaa with different types pots & flavours. Good tasty foods. Very good staffs with decent behaviour and good hospitality. I especially like the ambiance which gives amazing feel while sitting long time or hangout. Just go once here you will be remembered and visit again & again. My suggestion ask for Ice sheesha and go on happy hours you will get one free with one ordered.

AERs lounge provides the best luxury experience, with a great ambience and fantastic view. It is a cosy and casual place to hang out. They have a wheel chair accessible entrance.Their Truffle fries with truffle parmesan mayo was yum and so was their Al Funghi Pasta.

Honestly, the place is beautiful.The service is horrible. 30% of what we ordered never got delivered. Another 20% were incorrect.Waiting to order anything takes 4 wave downs and 3 reminders and they still make you feel like you didnt order correctly.The last call is 6:45. We ordered at 6:35 and nothing came. We were then told that it was past last call. I had to ask 3 people for the manager to explain and get what we initially ordered. My husband never got his espresso.Online they advertise the brunch as 199, 319 and 429 (give or take) but the prices were 50dh more at the door.We had to ask (a group of 7) for the food thatd included in the package... about 3 were not drinking so they were paying exclusively for food.The place needs new management or new staff because ice been to much cheaper brunches that are much better.

Great vibes during the brunch special, but definitely not gluten free friendly. Service isnt good at ALL!!! Ive been waiting over 2 hours close to 3 hours for chicken wings and my server keeps telling me shell check with the kitchen when she knows that I can only eat two things on the Soul Brunch menu chicken wings being one of them, but keeps bringing out other food for my friends. So the memories with my friends make the $90 brunch worth it, but thats about it. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏽‍♀️

Went for Friday brunch with friends. We paid house beverage package at the door and they end not having the house beverage. Came at 3pm and drinks was only served after about an hour and food came later. Enjoyed the food though.

Worst service ever.We went for Friday brunch 3-7 pm. The Ac was not working, they just turned it on as if it’s a surprise that there are people coming!!They make you pay upfront at the door and then service is bad, you ask for the food as if you are begging.I asked more than 4 different waiters for appetizers, they just ignore you, I asked for the manager , he didn’t have the courtesy to come and talk to meIf it was for me , I wouldn’t even have given them 1 star. Not a very busy place for lunch on a weekday even though the highlight of their menu is a very reasonably priced Business Lunch. I really see no reason for this lack of popularity.The restaurant is very nice, food is very good and helpings are extremely generous. Business Lunch with appetizer is simply too much food for one person to eat and go back to work!With indoor and outdoor seating, bar and shisha they cater to every taste. We booked a table but we didn’t get any information about any dress code, btw we never had any problem about that before.On time there, we were informed that we couldn’t get our booked table because I was wearing slippers and as per policy no slippers are allowed.We got a table at the bar separated from all other people because not fitting the standard level requested, it was frustrating.At the end of the evening, before leaving, I spoke directly with the manager in order to share our point of view and understand better their point of view.That time I could understand as per their policy that: are allowed “dirty casual trousers (not shorts) and old dirty sneakers (as it was really there) but “not slippers at all even if fancy and stylish”.Words, these, clearly confimed to me by the manager!So we realised that we don’t belong and we don’t agree to this kind of philosophy and we left with the feeling that EAR just pretend to be a fancy place but it’s far away from being it.About drinks and food:Food is very good I liked it. My tuna tartare was good but maybe it should be called avocado tartare as the main ingredient is avocado and not tuna (as shown in the picture)Drink: my second drink was a good Negroni.The main concern is about the first one. I ordered a Moscow mule but came something far away from a Moscow. When I asked, they told me it’s a Moscow Mule 100%. Came then the barman asking what’s wrong, and confirming that he made a Moscow mule in regular way. Only after sometimes he told me that the ginger beer was finished so he made it without it.... again .... EAR just pretends to be fancy.Dubai has a plenty of good places where to spend and enjoy your night.... this is not one of them.

Service = 0, F&B = 0, Atmosphere = 0.I wasted 700 AED on the worst brunch Ive ever been in Dubai...We arrive at 3 & the place is steaming hot, cuz they just turned on the ACs!!!, of sir sorry it will cool down by 5 pm *** WTH??? then after 2 hours of appetizers, and a promise the main course will come by 5 pm!!! The main courses comes by 6 and its inedible...Ive never ever rated a place 1 star, but this place deserves a zero.... AVOID at all cost...

Very bad experience. Poor and rude service from the entrance. Hostess Rinata doesnt know the ethiquet and cannot have a communication with guests. Our evening has been ruined since we were met, we dont want to go back there anymore. 😢

Service was shoddy, Covid rules were flouted. We asked for the gin menu which was not provided for 20 mins. We were 10 at a table and had 3 shishas ordered. The shishas were brought and we smoked for 1 hour following which they were taken away because someone remembered that 1 shisha for 6 people only. This is after CID gave them a visit which is when the staff woke up from their slumber. When the bill came, we were charged the full amount for the shishas and no apology was given for their mess up and no discount was also given. Our bill was 3500 and the waiter had the audacity to ask for a 15 or 20 percent tip. Music was good but the smoking area was hot AF. Stay away, there are better places than this where they take care of customers. Btw most of the staff were wearing their masks below the nose.

We smoked shisha for 5-6 hours with wine. It was really good but I just wish there was a cooler place outside. The outside bar was really pretty but it was too hot for me.

Loved the ambience of the lounge. Its pretty safe to visit the lounge as they are following all the safety protocols. Food was decent and well prepared. The staff was super friendly.

My advice is not to go to this place but if you do better to sit inside because if you sit outside they’ll take your fan away in an attempt to kick you out. The manager was very rude and had no manner at all when we asked why someone took our fan he said they didn’t have enough when I could clearly see 3 fans blowing at empty chairs. And as soon as we left we could see them putting back the fan to where we were seated. To the unprofessional manager if you read this next time wait for the customers to leave the place at least.Very hostile !!!

A.E.R Restaurant and Bar serves a variety of international dishes and authentic blends, in addition to housing a talented shisha artist, Black Ji. The ambience is amazing with live music.I visited with my family to try their dine-in menu. Kids are allowed up until 10pmin the non-smoking area, which is a bonus for people like me who have a small kid and don’t have any babysitters 😊Another amazing thing here is that each dish in the menu is mentioned along with the time it takes to prepare it. So, if you’re in a hurry, you can easily choose accordingly.If youre ordering cocktails, definitely order the Mocking Bird. Very creative presentation. We tried Pescadito Frito, Butter Chicken, Beef Sliders & a Turtle Cheesecake. It was all delicious. THE VALUE OF MONEY WAS VERY HIGH. IT WAS MY WORST EXPERIENCE

Nice place to be. I really enjoy the sushi, the prawns and aranccini were amazing. Maybe I will improve the service to be a bit more attentive but overall good experience. Will suggest for the reception manager with the long black hair to wear her mask at all times as she didnt wear it at all during the whole busy night

An absolute Gemof a spot for all creeds, vibrant venue for live performances, DJ sets with great food and captivating ambiance.. Would recommend this place for a lot of different events, corporate functions, Private parties, and just an awesome night out with good music,friends and food.

Looking at the good reviews on zomato we took one of our friends who came down from abu dhabi to the Aer lounge! All i can say is that the only thing worth the talk is the ambience. The food was quite disappointing as not only are the portions small and expensive but the taste makes it completely not worth the price!we ordered two starters - dynamite prawns and chicken wings both were below average. We then had the flatbread pizza which atleast dint dissapoint. Overall we only njoyed taking some good snaps there and definitely wouldnt think of going back. However said that they serve drinks and shisha and have a happy hour for both so that maybe something to try as the venue is quite appealing!

I would like to start by saying that this was probably one of the worst night-outs I have ever had in Dubai. We planned to visit AER on a weekday evening to avoid the crowds and also assuming that it is a place that will follow extra Covid-19 safety precautions than other places.A few minutes into the evening, I found a glass piece on the sofa I was sitting on. When I looked up, I saw a glass chandelier and assumed that it fell from there during cleaning and chose to not create a big scene and just carry on with the evening. After a while, a friend of mine found another glass piece which was much bigger and this time it had already cut his finger and he started to bleed.We immediately reached out to the manager to ask for medical assistance and were told that there was no first-aid available at the restaurant which is a bare minimum to have at any restaurant. They then just gave us a piece of cotton which barely helped. The Manager Paul did not seem apologetic or even sympathetic towards the situation. We even wondered how many more glass pieces are there at the place we are sitting on. We even wondered if these pieces are still falling and what if one of the pieces fall onto the food and we consume it.After raising the matter multiple times, there was absolutely no action taken and they arranged to get a Band-Aid after an hour and give it to us. They continued to be rude and ignored the situation. We even told them that this a very serious matter and that the DED could shut down the place and they couldn’t care less. We spent more than 3K AED there and were treated like peasants and I don’t think I have ever felt this bad about the money I spent in an evening.This place does not deserve to be open and I hope someone from DED helps me soon and helps close this outlet permanently. This place is a disgrace to the hospitality that Dubai and UAE offers to its residents and tourists.UNBELIEVABLE!! RACISM AND BAD SERVICE AT ITS PEAK!

The worst place i have visited ever !!very rude and unprofessional staff .. espically at the entrance.. i would mention Sara in particular she was very rude . while speaking to her, she left our table, yet when her line manager asked her to come to apologise, she refused to.she lied and said theres a minimum spend for sitting indoors, while we know the policy well and that theres no such thing.They didnt even care about the customer feedback ; Hopefully some one from the top management can read this post!!
