We did a CnF shipment. On arrival of shipment the shipping agent asked for 2300 aed extra saying the charges have been asked by Imex to collect. And if you try and bargain they will only keep pulling to an extent that we will have to pay demurage charges . Finally my customer filed a complain on them for cheating. Please be careful when dealing with them .
