On 18th Aug we had an shipment clearance in FG-5 once my customs clearance completed I paid the storage by 3.30 pm I submitted my documents around 3.50 pm to get the Doc locations. Its only 2 pallets import I have waited for 5 hrs to get a doc location. Security over this place where not kind to us. When we try to ask some details they where very harsh with us. This kind of experience I never face with Emirates cargo. For getting a shipment you have to wait 5 hrs is very bad service provided to us. How come DNATA can say they do not have enough forklift inside to bring our shipment.one of the Biggest cargo service providers in this country .

The best place to send all your cargo to any place in the world. They are professional and they are a one stop shop for any freight requirements. staff are respectful and helpful.

Can only rate the Vet part. Great help and friendly. Gave even useful tips for next time.

VERY POOR!We booked online package to Maldives,with Emirates Flight,Hotel Stay + Transfer, WE PAID the full amount online!After that received email that this package not available any more and we have to pay +25% of the whole amount more to get that, what we already paid for. Now we cancelled and WE HAVE TO RUN OUR MONEY BEHIND AND THEY ARE REALLY CHARGING 700dhs for FLIGHTS AND SERVICE!!!Never again any deal with u! Thank u much for these holidays!

The services on ticket sales was rubbish. They dont know how to serve the customers. I went to an indian lady who is covered. She does nt even react when some one is standing on her couter. No greetings, seems like she owns the place and ignoring the people around her and making her self busy doing some things and not answering the questions you ask for. She was rude and dis respectfull. They dont even deserve one star.👎
