The stay was very nice and the staff was very accommodating and helpful regarding every request I made from them. Mr Akbar at the concierge was very helpful during my check in and made sure everything went smoothly. The location is great and very good supermarket. Would recommend.

I liked staying here because it feels like home. The staff became one of my family especially Victor form concierge he is the best. He is so lovely guy. The have free valet that’s what makes it easier. Last but not least, I do recommend staying here either with your family or by yourself!

I got to say that Ramada downtown has treated us very good all this week weve been here I highly recommend this hotel for all them visitors coming or plan to come.Very pleased with breakfast in the mornings everything very good and place always very clean.Very pleased with all the services and all the workers especially with Alam who works at the kitchen during breakfast. Booked for breakfast with family and indeed it was a good choice. Amazing staff very helpful and kind. Special mention to Manoj, Mary and David who took care of us well. Food was definitely delicious and the chef even comes out to check on us. Well visit again for sure :-)

When I came in at 10 a.m, the room was not ready as the check-in policy starts at 3 p.m. Yet, the receptionist made it ready in 30 minutes and offered me coffee and water while waiting.The room is good for 2. I booked the king size bed room with terrace at the 24th floor. The view to start with is nice, yet some noise can be heard. The room is clean, with all room options are available.I recommend the hotel as an overall satisfying experience with perfect location near Dubai Mall and the Boulevard.

I went for dinner with my family- seafood unlimited set menu. Not only was the food amazing, the service was the exceptional. A huge thank you to all who assisted us, especially the manager Christine. I could not fault the experience and my children had so much fun also.

We chose Ramada because the location was central; Dubai Mall was a short walk away, and we had a view of the fountain in our balcony. Wed love to stay here again when we come back to Dubai (and we loved Dubai!).

Good hotel with good services , very polite personnel , we get the room apt view to Burj khalifa fountain but the bad point is that rooms dont have balcony and also dont have open windows, so you cant hear the music of fountain and only you can see it silence.free wifi and parking , good access to downtown to walk and enjoy that area.
