I liked:*Size of the one bedroom apartment is big compared to other places.*Location is close to many supermarkets and mall.*Concierge staff are very friendly.*Parking is available and comfortable.I didnt like:*Stayed for 11 nights but a late check out till 3pm was not accommodated! some extra advantages shall be given to those who stays long at price level and check out timing,,like any other hotel chains!*Furniture is a bit outdated.*Most of the TV channels are not working.*House keeping is only till 5pm!*They provide 1 big bottle of water only on check in day, remaining days you have to bring yours.

I didnt stay. Its not a bad place - its simply not at all for me. I booked one hour before arrival, paid at check in, came straight back down. They refused to refund. Then offered a half refund which I didnt accept. Booking.com (whom I love) repaid me - but really I think the hotel is not ethical in this action. I was amazed. Perhaps they didnt like my face...

Ive just stayed there with my family for a week and it was really fantastic! U get all the benefits of both furnished apartments and hotels, not missing any detail, The beds are comfortable and the apartment is equipped with everything from washing machine to iron and clothes hanging horse,the restaurant was very good especially the Friday Brunch, it was totally a value for money.The pools (kids pool, adults pool and jacuzzi) were all great.The staff are so friendly and helpful, except that the housekeeping could do better with the room cleaning, especially the floors.The hotel is family friendly as there are no night clubs in there,the location is excellent ,10 minutes walk to Emirates Mall and metro station. I would definitely come back.

I came across a very disappointing incident. I had paid the advance and the hotel had confirmed the availability of the party hall for my event however they contacted me after a week saying the booking has been released.I had been casually following up for leads as I am still looking for a space and I found out that there space is still available as of current date and no one bothered informing me back if I had to still book for a party hall. They are so arrogant that instead of realizing their mistake they have continued to a lot of immoral attitude. This is a horrible way to respect customers. Im very disappointed with the inconvenience and hassle they put us through. Just glad they didnt cheat on me with my money OBVIOUSLY as they know DED has certain penalty for businesses who do that.Really would not recommend this hotel for any purposes.

I had the pleasure of staying at The Ivory Grand Hotel last week and was pretty impressed with the grand,spacious,well equipped and maintained apartments. The staff and services rendered were impeccable! It is also conveniently located next to The Mall of Emirates. Certainly recommend this property!

Trips to and from Abu dhabi more convenient since you avoid Dubai city traffic. Everyone from the bell boy to the ***agers were polite and accomodating. We were even given a free upgrade. Wonder whether if we ever happen to come back ,Fantastic memories created , Otherwise everything Fantastic Thank you once again Maclive Corda.

Great place with amazing staff made our 10 days here a pleasure.Excellent facilities including jacuzzi and pool both temperature controlled.The gymnasium an games room were also good.I cant commend the staff enough in this placeWill now make this my dubai hub in the future

Great hotel with clean rooms, a nice breakfast buffet and very kind and helpful staff. The hotel offers free shuttles to popular destinations around the hotel, one of them being the famous Mall of The Emirates. Also, there is a pool on the top floor with a nice view over the western part of Dubai. Unfortunately, the WiFi was extremely unreliable and the construction, which took place right next to the hotel, was a bit disturbing sometimes.

Ivory Grand Hotel_Party HallWe had our kids birthday party at Ivory Grand party hall yesterday.It was very well managed by Mr.Sreekanth S Nair & his team.Food was very good and so as the hospitality throughout the event.We would definitely recommend.

I stayed there during February.I wasn’t in the apartment most of the day I was there only during night.The hotel is nice overall and staff cleans your apartment every single day.The room view is not very nice though but I saw a little bit of burj alarab from my window.The also have shuttles that take you to global village and other places(I don’t really remember and I also didn’t use them so I don’t how they are)There is parking for your car as well. The other thing that I liked about this hotel is they have their pool on the 14th floor which I thought was really cool.The location is good the emirates mall is very close and a lot of other restaurants as well.

My friends stayed here. They found the central location of the place near the Mall of the Emirates very useful. His family also liked the convenience of the nearby metro station.I also found the staff cordial whenever I stepped in there.

Perfect location by Mall of the Emirates. Good service and helpful staff. Very confirm with the hotel bus running to malls, beach. We liked having kitchen and washing machine a lot. Good facilities, used the gym a lot. Pool also ok.

Clean and good location. Its right behind the Mall of the Emirates and theres Starbucks in front of the entrance. The hotel is close to the mall of Emirates you just have to walk across a sandy area. I enjoyed my stay in the hotel and would definitely return win my girls.

The hotel is situated 5mins walking distance away from emirates mall. We even had lunch at their restaurant and the quality and taste were amazing and good value for the portions they served. Nerveless it was a great stay at Ivory grand and hope to stay their again when I get to Dubai.

Budget friendly hotel apartment, not wow but still okay place to stay.

Ivory Grand is excellent value for money and staff service is fantastic! We have stayed there long term and short term and feel like coming home to family.

Unfortunately, the room was on that side of the area where a new hotel is under construction and the whole day I could hear loud noise of construction. Ivory administration seems ada***t on 12 Noon check out time which I believe they should reasonable flexibility depending on the occupancy. All I can say this hotel apartment is worth every penny.

I did not mind, my friend hated the breakfast. The rooms were immacuately clean. Price is reasonable But we have to call and request most of the necessity needed. The amenity not available when I got the condo so I had to order bath slippers, towels and napkins.

Nice Aparthotel located in Al Barsha 1 Dubai behind Emirate Mall. We rented a 2 bedroom apartment. Very big, very clean indeed. My family and felt like we were at home. Starting from the cozy living room, great kitchen with all the chinas, stencils, glasses you name it. The master bedroom was awesome, the small bedroom the kids loved it. The check in was smooth and check out was too. The restaurant is the only thing that needs improving, small area very crowdy if you wake up later after 9am before 10:30am they close. The swimming pool at the roof top was very good especially for the kids, the jacuzzi however needs to be 40 c not 32 c which is standard for muscle fibers to relax. There is a basement car park which is good too. The location is quiet and there are groceries store around us which can also deliver 👍. Overall highly recommended for families.

We really thankful to him for his sincere efforts, time and involvement in making the event a very successful one.Some of the things which I would like to highlight and appreciate,1) Customising the Menu, Even Customising the recipe of some dishes, arranging for food tasting before the event.2) Clean, neat amazing facility3) Amazing food which was really loved and enjoyed by all. Very welcome. Nice for a family, I booked two rooms. Less one star cause the apartment was little old style & I like the modren.

I stayed with my family there and it was a decent size space for the 5 of us. Service was good for the most part, couple of times though I was left waiting at the front desk before anyone attended to me but otherwise I got most of what I needed with my stay there.Only inconvenient thing and why I give 3 stars would be that when I first booked the hotel room from the USA and found out I couldnt get through to contact anyone about a couple urgent questions I needed answers to, I decided to message them on their facebook page with my questions. I received a response that someone would get back to me but then I never heard back for a week even after I tried three times to follow up on facebook or on their web site about my questions. It wasnt until I arrived and checked in a week later that I was contacted back on facebook to drop them my contact information so they can assist me which was not needed then.

Cons : Extremely smelly bathrooms, broken bathtubs and boiling hot water in bathrooms.Pros : Good breakfast, adequate location, good facilities.

The only good thing here is proximity to Mall of Emirates. Some of the cleaning staff is usually discriminative. Some of them are rude on your face, specially 6th floor. Better to go to higher floors. The same problem - Indians discriminating against Indians. :-( Hotel management I suppose is completely unaware.

We were really impressed with our stay. It really didnt feel like a four star hotel, it was so luxurious. We had paid for a standard appartment but they upgraded us to the superior appartment which was fantastic with loads of space. The rooftop pool was amazing, loved the fact that there was a separate sauna and steam room in the mens and ladies changing rooms. Location was really good, even with the construction going on it took only 10 minutes to walk to the Mall of Emirates. The hotel shuttle that went from the hotel to Mall of Emirates, Jumeirah beach and Dubai mall was an added bonus. On the last day we had the business lunch at the hotel which was really good value for money and very tasty. The one bad side though was that the WiFi was a bit dodgy.

Nice room, nice guest service but just one problem, if you are someone who makes use of the internet very often or you have a lot of gadgets that requires internet do not, i repeat do not stay in this hotel cause there internet is terrible and you are limited to the number of users and when you try to stream a movie online you cannot, very terrible internet.

Hotel apartments have an excellent location and is characterized by the services of a commercial street, almost a supermarket, laundries barbers, walking approximately 7 minutes or two or three minutes by car. The hotel deals 10/10 out of 10 as employees and apartment services. Hot.My experience of the hotel was 10 on 10 and from my point of view tastes may vary.

A hotel suitable for families in terms of the size of the apartment and rooms..and proximity to all services such as grocery, restaurants, pharmacy and barber and also near the Mall of the Emirates and provides free parking consisting of two floors..The place is quiet..and the price is suitable.

March 2016: Beautiful (too) spacious apartment. Too big for 2 people. The sad thing. It was booked with many detours through Enduria (a timeshare holiday service) so THIS IS A TIMESHARE LOCATION. And this was also confirmed by people we spoke to. Hotel is located away from tourist attractions between multiple construction sites and other hotels. The hotel does have its own FREE shuttle service. (To be reserved) to 5 locations. Only (fortunately) The Mall of Emirats (large shopping center) is nearby.In the morning you will be woken up at 4:30 am - 6:30 am by the prayer man from the mosque in the area. This is also Dubai. Fortunately The Mall off the Emirats is within walking distance because there is no boulevard or other tourist shops in the area. You need transport because the walking distances are deceiving in Dubai. (quite long) Nothing to do in the evening in the hotel. 21.00 we were (tried twice) to eat ONLY in the restaurant of the hotel. (well cared for and good food) Everyone goes to the Shopping Center, but every day the same (usually fast food) was not for us.The clean spacious rooms make up for a lot. VERY CLEAN but no terrace with us. We were trapped on the 13th floor. Nowhere proper sockets in none of the 2 bathrooms. Only in the kitchen (with conversion plug - not to be forgotten if you go to Dubai). Your hair must be dried and curled in the microwave in the kitchen. (?) Essential matters are then forgotten.The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel (apartment) is very clean. But it is about 18 km from Dubai center. The metro is a 2 km solution (connected to the Mall of Emirats) and very modern and quite cheap. Dubai in itself is a WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE. The Dubai taxi is the most famous and cheapest. Beige cars - usually Toyotas with colored roof. Do not be tempted by a Lexus, because they are much more expensive.

The inconvenience of the near-construction construction is a dismissive reception method where they said that they gave me a larger apartment which is smaller than my reservation 😅 the best way to defend the attack. When asked about Wi-Fi they say in August Deet and the child knows that it does not take minutes How two days 😂 I was not allowed to swim children because their clothes are not nylon and I see the eyes of foreigners without nylon 😆 I asked for his rooms above and the distinctive style Give me the first floor of God under this user and I As a Sawa Fini 😢 There is so much lonely I like his proximity to the Emirates Mall

I stayed with my family for 6 days. The breakfast was very good. The chef was great and prepared the omelets fresh after telling which omelette you would like. There were also waffles and vegetarian dishes. The rooms were very clean and very nice. The staff was very friendly, especially the roomboys very nice. The only exception was the receptionist in the morning which was rude (no reason). I had asked her to cancel my appointment at the spa (spa in the hotel), because I could not perceive this. She was rude and said she does, but did not. I got a call in the room where I stay and that one is waiting for me in the spa. I do not know what her problem was, but the woman was funny and always looked so jealous. Rest everything was great. The location was also great, right behind the Mall of Emirates. I also ate at the hotel often (24h restaurant) and everything tastes very good. The good thing is that the restaurant is open 24 hours. I came in the morning at 4 oclock from the airport and got directly served chicken nuggets and fries (on request). So great, keep it up!
