Very disappointed with our booking here. They gave us Room 102, stinky bathroom with water leakage. We called for the maintenance but also too arrogant. We arrived in the room and found it so unpleasant, it is also near to the housekeeping which is very disturbing as they are shouting too loud all the time, who can sleep with that?. Waste of money and time. We cannot take back the time that got wasted here.

BAD EXPERIENCE !We have stayed one night in the hotel and it was not good at all starting with reception staff they are not helping and guy was very arrogant asked to have room with large bed but they didnt give.During check out they force us to write good review about the stay which is not true so I decided to share the True experience here.

Good and clean hotel,family invoirment next to metro and value for money

I had an enjoyable stay at the Ramada by Wyndham at Dubai Deira for three days in Room 713.The staff was friendly, the room was comfortable, the service was great, the rate was fair, the steam room was awesome and the location was excellent.When I’d issues with my room key card, it was resolved immediately. I asked to borrow a weight scale for my luggage, it was delivered in less than 5 minutes. I requested maintenance on a minor detail in the room, it was executed instantly. I’d lost the room key card and asked to pay but they said it was no big deal.One thing I would recommend to the property is to consider adding additional TV channels ( movies and news ) in English language . Most content available currently are in Arabic and Hindi.All in all I had a great stay and wish to thank the the lobby floor staff ( the receptionists, the security guys and the guest attendants) and also the room service guys, the staff at the sauna/steam and also Mr. K, the Front Office Manager, who, during my checkout, came to the lobby to see me and wish me a safe flight back home. Mr. K, thank you for your humility and kind words.

Nice 4 star hotel in Deira. Metro is close to the hotel. Gym and swimming pool on the roof

People are nice but the location is quite weird and loud. Sound isolation is terrible and you get woken up by the mosque all day long.

The check in and check out was very smooth. Service was prompt and very well received. Luggage transfers were smooth. There is no dedicated drop off point but then the hotel is right opposite to reef mall and in the bustling locality of Deira. The room was spacious and well equipped. No complaints as such. For the price they charge it’s value for money! Mr Moin who helped us in moving our luggage and arranging a cab was very humble and patient. Thank you Ramada and team for the hospitality.

Tokyo Tokyo will take you to an ultimate asian dining experience. You will feel like you are in Korea, Thailand or Japan! From Sushi to padthai, everything was so delicious!

Very good hotel to stay in in Dubai. it is near to all you need, near to Salahaddin Metro Station which is station #21 in Dubai Metro Green Line. It is near to Al-Muraqqabat Road and Rigga Road which is there many restaurants and fast foods such; MCDonalds, KFC, Burger King,…etc.Also there is many Supermarkets near to Ramada hotel such, Reef Mall, Ansar Gallery, West Zone Supermarket and New Era Supermarket. And there is gift centers near to the hotel. There is AQUA Pharmacy which is open 24hours!Also the hotel has a garage for parking cars of the guests.Also there is 2 mosques near to the hotel; Al Hashmi Mosque and Salman Farsi Mosque.

Very bad stay!First time and will be the last in this hotel.No service at all especially staff at front desk they dont know any idea about hospitality.complained many times about service but no manager to listen to us only sign of manager on duty but no one is there.I can say this is one of the worst stay I had experience.

I had lot of expectations for this hotel knowing they are 4/5 star hotel, and I booked for half board stayed for 3 people including breakfast and dinner, I was advised the timing in the reception for the dinner and we came there around 8:45pm to be exact. Finally we came there and it was little conjusted to be honest. But it was ok as long as service would have been good. But for our surprise the service was pathetic very terrible service. When we get there the staff ask the room number I thought we were done there and they asign us to the table, after that one lady staff which is my countryman, me and my friends spoke with her with our language with a smile and trying to joke with her but her reaction is too serious shes not smiling at all. A few minutes the lady staff approached us again for how many persons I booked for, I told her for 3 people, then another staff came again to our table ask the same question which is he ask me already when weve entered in the restaurant i said for 3 people, that time I feel uncomfortable because they keep asking me. I tried to approach the lady staff to show her my booking reference through my phone to make it clear to them but I was surprised to her how she respond on me, she said no Ill just check on the reception with using her hand to command me to lay away my phone, which is very rude they forgotten the meaning of customer service, they insisting that I booked only for 1 person which is not true they have lack of communication from the reception, I was very upset and I went to the reception to complaint but theres no action and consideration that given from us, our food came and we totally lost our appetite we couldnt ate our food that night with my friends its very unpleasant service to the staff no smile no courtesy in the staff behavior. then the next thing the way of food was served to us, I have been in many other 5 stars hotel but this hotel are the worst service I experience with, our food was just been dropped at our table, no courtesy and the lady staff keep talking about the issue knowing that we can hear her its very unprofessional. The only reason we went there is to get relax but it felt so embarrassing and unsatisfying. Ive paid so much for nothing. A big thumbs down to Ramada HOTEL DEIRA and Tokyo Tokyo restaurant I will not recommend this hotel for such a bad service, the only good thing happened is they allowed me to check out late at 2pm. And one more thing The last one is our room. I booked for 3 people so I was expecting the room is for 3 people but what I get is for 2 people only they gve me 2 single bed its fine if 2 adults and 1 child but I booked for 3 adults, so I asked for extra bed or if possible they can  switch us for a bigger room with a queen size bed were can we fit on since we are all ladies so we dont mind if we slept in one bed frame, but I surprise when the receptionist told me I need to pay it for extra bed and saying I will gve you such a good discount. Seriously Ramada??? OMGWe really felt bad we spending money for such an bad experience.

I came at this hotel 2:45pm i have a booking at 3PM for two days they said that rooms need to be cleaned and sanitized and the receptionist informed us that we need to wait a little longer but it took us 1 1/2hour to get in to our room! We came all the way from ruwais western region abudhabi.. will never go back again here 👎🏻 Poor service

İt was very nice and clean environment. Rooms are neat and enough for 2 persons.All staffs are friendly and helpful. Especially Mr. Moin was so kind and helpful. We felt as we were at our home thanks to Mr. Moin

One of the worst service Ive seen in a four star hotel. The food spread is limited, the staff is extremely lethargic and keeps sulking - they dont seem friendly or helpful at all.Worst house keeping ever - room cleaning does not happen till 5 in the evening! Have to keep requesting for fresh towels and water bottles.Would not recommend at all. Dont waste your money on this place.

I won’t recommend this Hotel to my friends. The Bathroom is old so is the towel it’s actually tearing. The guy Receptionist was inefficient. We were made to wait for about an hour to check in to our Room. I requested a room on higher floor he told me he would give me on the 3rd Floor and end up getting Room on the Mezzanine where there is no view outside the window. No Teaspoon provided, lady promised to send but nothing came.

The place is very accessible to all necessities (metro train, bus, taxis, mall, restaurants). the service ms and the staffs are very nice and accommodating... really big recommendation to this stay... 👍👍👍

Reception and staff is very friendly. Location is amazing, in front of metro. The room are nice and the pool are on the roof. Room and bed are good. However, the bathroom need to be more cleaned in the corners.

Everything went wrong. From parking to room service to food quality to staff to hazardous kettles in the room to unhygienic filthy mattresses... I can go on forever
