Not recommended at all. We had a very bad racism experience with the hotel security All hapag kainan guests were treated like animals. We are there to settle our upcoming wedding event but no thanks. We had enough of this unprofessional attitude. World class rate, ZERO

The Security named Yusuf are treating us and our guest very rude and unprofessional at the parking area.. as today its my 4th son 1st birthday and this security is very disrepectful to all of us asking where are we going inside the hotel… and obviously this security donot even bother to listen to us that we are having my baby 1st birthday at roof floor muraqabat hall.. Attention to the hotel management: you should not hire such people who is not kind and with such behavior especially this yusuf security guard is working in a hotel which is he should be more hospitable to all the guest…

Stayed for 5 days in this hotel. I chose the executive room. Excellently maintained. Management is very pleasing and accommodating to requests. Housekeeping staff are good. Rooms are hygienic and neat. For the value for money tariffs, Deserves the highest ratings..

We stay here for two nights when we arrive back in Dubai. I booked this booking through Hotels.com. When I booked it, I booked for King Bed but they give me twin beds. Honestly, I don’t like twin beds to join the beds. I always make sure I booked King Bed! I went to reception, I explained about it but they told me I booked twin beds. I show them my booking in Hotels.com App and e-mail. Then they told me they don’t have room with King Bed for tonight!! But why I booked this booking for 10 days in advance. Why you cannot prepare the room for me? I think this is reservation department false. They don’t take seriously the guests request!! Thanks to Receptionist “Jeff” he explained well and says sorry about it.Hotel location 📍 is great, near Al Rigga Metro Station, Al Guair Shopping Mall, supermarket, and many restaurants around the hotel. I recommend it for budget travelers and couples.Especially thanks to Mr. Raheem (Housekeeper) to brings our request quickly.

The room is fine for a 3 star hotel. The area and location is not that bad. The parking is a bit weird and inconvenient. The check in process is terrible. The check out is ok. That told me something unpleasant about being unwelcomed. Their check in process is very inconvenient and crowded. Its later than the international customary time. Its a terrible experience. I wont do it again if I can. Never. Their parking guard is not polite or welcoming either. The tv channels are limited and have little choices. One stupid movie channel with scary movies only. News channel is BBC only. The staff are all serious and busy. Their maintenance crew are good and professional. Expect to serve yourself. No bellman or support is youre old or a family. The restaurant staff are nice but the food is a bit below standard. Id say management needs some reshuffling or wake-up slap.

Very bad experience. Not recommended to stay at this hotel as the a/c doesn’t cool in the room, breakfast area, lobby or even the hallways. The staff are helpful and polite but it’s clear that they are helpless as the management may not be doing enough. The towels are of bad quality. Breakfast doesn’t have enough variety. Will not recommend this place and will not come back here again. Really disappointed.

Me and my friends book a room few days before checking in in this hotel worse experience ever.1st. Friend boom a room thru online few days back and when the day that we will check in, thats the time that hotel not accept the booking because of decline card, no one calls from the hotels that here card has decline, because we already on the hotel the staff suggest to book again off course it will be expensive.2nd. She got family room why its not allowed to have more than 3 person we are only five and no one will sleep there just to visit.3rd. The room next to management office, why the management office is there? And they complain about noise!3rd. More worse the room is dirty. Washroom has full of dust in the sink and also in the balcony. Messing tiles in the washroom.I will not recommend this to who want to relax. We going every week in deferent hotel but this more worse.

Very unprofessional.First of all they will never answer the calls, try calling them once before booking online, and even if you have paid the full amount they will ask for security deposit once you reach the hotel, and once you reach there youll have to wait a lot of time for Check in because they dont have enough staffs at the counter, once you check in youll find out that the room is uncomfortable like the bed is too close to the door which isnt even soundproof and the ac isnt good enough,table lamp wasnt working and if you feel like calling the room service they will not answer. Once you check out they wont even do the proper procedures and tell you,u can leave, and if they havent refunded the security deposit by cash at the time of check out,,,goodluck calling them and asking them about the deposit.Over all the worst hotel Ive ever stayed.

To hotel managerYesterday I had the misfortune of staying at your hotel from July 4 midnight 1am in room number 2230 During our stay, we encountered a number of unsatisfactory service levels that I think you should know of and hopefully do something about.First, it took more than 30 min to check us in even though we had a confirmed reservation. Why it took so long is beyond my comprehension. When I asked the reception staff about the reason of the delay, they said it was because the previous guest checked out late! Well that is not my problem.And he was rude we locally stay in dubai but never face unprofessional receptionist like that guys (Philippino) (I told you it will take 30 min for your room to get ready )This is how he uses his word (I told you )

Booked for 2 weeks initially but extended for 2.5 months for my full stay in dubai as service has been awesome and the prices are great. Location is great with metro nearby to let us go anywhere, grocery and other shops are within stones throw. The staff are friendly and pleasant especially Anuj who did my housekeeping. Would recommend for your stay in dubai.

Have stayed here many a time and have had nothing bad to say, I am sorry I never left a positive review in the past, the girls on reception have always been very accommodating and friendly, however very disappointed tonight with my experience with the young fellow at reception tonight, please retrain him with the basic customer service skills, his rude and arrogant behaviour is letting you down, unfortunately tonight I passed and checked into a neighbouring hotel.

Checked in for 1 month. First weekend I got there, the restaurant only had 20% of the stated menu, the swimming pool was out of order for 3 of the weeks, the manager told me it was the decision of Dubai municipality which was completely false, before I booked, I asked was the bar closed only for Ramadan, they said yes, and still it hasn’t opened. Continually fed misinformation by the management which is quite disappointing

Je ne recommande pas du tout ou simplement pour quelle que heure quand on a un avion à prendre vers 00h juste pour un transit. Attente à larrivée, 1 serviette de bain pour 2 pas de tapis de bain à notre arrivée, pas de cuillère pour le café... Et pour couronner le tout attente 30 min à faire des allers retours pour avoir des serviettes de piscine qui ferme à 18h. La propreté laisse à désirer au niveau des matelas de piscine. Jacuzzi sale eau trouble. Bref pas vraiment top tout ça.

Worst experience, bad service, got involved and booked a week and suffered from poor service, two people in a room only put one towel, when I asked to add a second towel they didnt change the used towel and they didnt bring the new one for a whole day, the TV has limited channels, the phone has no He answers it, and when you ask them, they say we know that without offering an alternative. It is a very bad experience and it is forbidden for me to put a star. I should not give you any star.
