3 stars for the very good ambience and food, but extremely disappointed with the tea, it seems that cold tea was reheated in microwave, same goes for Kunafa, not fresh at all. I was also disappointed with the waiter (arab guy not the first) he was not at all pleasant, this guy has no table manners just kept the plate of kunafa over the spoons and left. Seems that he was not interested to serve asian.

Reem has been our main family restaurant for about a decade or so and when they closed we were very upset. When we saw they reopened we went that night expecting it to be of lesser quality and we were extremely pleased in the end. It ended up being ever better than before it closed. The people were very friendly and we cant wait to go back. Also the shisha was perfect.

We had a great time with kids there. This place is awesome in term of service and menu. The food was delicious with beatiful Arabic style environment. Staff was very kind and attentive. Despite of prime location the prices are surprasingly affordable. Definitely, I would recommend this to everyone.

Great food, very friendly and attentive service. Prices are reasonable for its category. Smoking and non smoking areas available. Screens are well located if you want to watch some sports although I wouldnt necessarily want to go here for a game that is important to me. The non smoking area also has a small play area to keep the kids preoccupied while you enjoy your meal. All in all, highly recommended for a good meal and time out with friends and family.

Enjoyed good time there. The Egyptian staffs were either not interested or they are bad in English. But the dark guy was awesome he even entertained us.. much love brooooo.. sahhhhhhhhh

The name is changed from Reem Al Bawadi to Albawadi. The staff are the same and the service was great.

The restaurant makes good appetizers and main dishes, but the dessert leaves a lot to be desired.The kunafah was cold and heated in a microwave which made the plate very hot, but the cheese still cold. It had a funny taste which isnt the normal good kunafah. The umm-Ali took time to prepare, it tasted not bad, but was very watery, the pistachios tasted stale and there were no raisins.

The best Arabic food you can taste here, excellent service, quick, cosy place, nice decoration, no need reservation, valet parking available, perfect

They do not accept families with children inside as they closed the spaceAfter you pay the parking fees you get surprised by the employee saying families are not allowed in here go to one of other branches ( as If anyone will drive again just to go you the same restaurant)If you are with your kids Do Not even think of going there

Its a small cafeteria with OKish food and not so spacious. Its close to my office and they deliver food so I order from there. The food quality depends on the cook so if you are lucky you will get tasty food. The Karak chai is also sweet and I stopped ordering from them. The delivery service is quick though!!

If you like sheesha, it is your place. Staff friendly but quality of food is mediocre. It is ideal for coffee (Turkish coffee is good) and backgammon.

Fantastic Ambience. I come here when I want to be in a relaxed mood. I come here often with my friends to have some light snacks. Typically we order hummus beiruti which is fantastic and their hot breads are absolutely divine. Their milkshakes taste a lot like ice cream that have been put through a blender. Their teas are awesome. My friends also tell that their shishas are also wonderful with good flavour ( I dont smoke so I have no idea but Ill believe my friends). The staff are nice and they also accept Zomato Gold and Entertainer

A place where you will need ages to wait for the food although there was literally 3 tables were busy out of the 50+ they have. not to mention that nobody was there to attend your questions or take the order, even the menu we took it after 10 minutes of nothing and been asked for it more than 3 times. Food was horrible and feels like they are left over from previous days. Lastly another ages to pay for the bill, reached to the level of leaving without paying because nobody seems to care about anything. Never going there again and never recommending it to anyone.

Amazing place for Arabic and Lebanese Food. Excellent service and very reasonably priced menu. They have separate smoking and non-smoking area to cater to all types of guests.

We went for Iftar. It was set menu. Quiet expensive thoughWe paid 125 AED per person. Salads and appetizers were good. However mutton leg (that was surely not a leg part) was so hard to chew. Before their good was way better.

Not as good as before

Very poor service. Took almost an hour to bring an extra glass to the table, had to remind them 3 times. Food was just ok, but way overpriced for the quantity. Luckily zomato gold came in handy.Just want to point out that the staff didnt understand their zomato gold policy when I inquired.We were a group of 8 people therefore two zomato golds could be used but they insisted that only one could be used, finally after persisting them to double check one of the waiters agreed that two zomato golds could be used.Either they were trying to save costs and not give us the discounts but they really ruined the mood from that moment.Never again. First and last time dining there.

Highly overpriced and meagre servings. Not recommended at all. The shawarma plate was so pathetic that they just put chicken meat within the pita bread without adding even a single sauce in it and served it with some fries, cucumber and tomato pieces.I would never want to go again.

This is not the same restaurant it used to be ,today I was craving for grilled lamb meat ,so we went to the restaurant and ordered grilled lamb meat but we received few tasteless, cold and showable veal cubes instead ! No doubts the restaurant was empty . Also table’s sheet was not clean with poor service . This restaurant used to be on my top list when we craving for authentic Lebanese food but not anymore . Not worth it even using the entertainer .

Reem Al Bawadi is one of the oldest restaurant chains in Dubai. Here you will find authentic Lebanese food and good shisha. However having tried 90% of all their branches for some reason this branch just doesnt taste the same food quality wise. I dont know why because I do like Reems. Standard is just different and I stopped going to this branch.

The food quality here started to get very low,, overall in summer times its a good place to have your shisha and watch matches. the service is fast and the staff are excellent.

Horrible service, I went with my friend and sat for 15 minutes and no waiter came to take the order so I complained to the shisha guy and another 10 minutes passed and no one came. I got fed up and was about to leave when I saw the manager whom I complained about the situation but he did not care and all he could say is I am short on staff. Very unprofessional.

Never disappoints. Food options are great in terms of authenticity but taste is more international. One of the better choices for Middle Eastern cuisine.

One of the staff was rude, keep coming to the table asking if we would like to having anything more and to which we did say we will ask if anything needed. He wanted us to just leave as there was a queue outside. We werent sitting for a freebee, they should learn basics of customer service!!!!
