Service was bad (waiters with bad attitude). Food was bad (luke warm smoothies, burnt Turkish coffee, hummus was so-so, etc). Extremely overpriced. Textbook definition of regret.

If there’s 0 star I will give it to this restaurant my family came from France and Invited them for dinner and we said we will go to karam Bierut for dessert and coffee. When I reached there one Indian guy asked me if we will eat I told him we come for dessert and we want to sit outside. I sow more then 3 tablets Empty and 4th table near to the chicha charcoal he asked me to sit the with family when I asked him why I will not sit the he said all reserve I know theres no reservation. I Dont recommend anyone to go there

Karam was a nice surprise. I had read the reviews on Google maps and decided it might be worth a visit. I have to say that the outside seating is worth the price and the view of the Burj Khalifa and Fountain is the cherry on the cake.The food was very well made and no complaints on the taste.The staff was extremely polite and courteous.Have a go there, to experience a beautiful date with your loved one.

I have tried it also in MoE and this is my second time in Dubai mall for dinner. There is outside seating, as well, but it can get crowded quickly.Their starters, service and main course.For starters, vine leaves, hummus Beirut and cheese rolls. All excellent, try mixing the vine leaves with hummus Beirut and you will not regret it.Grilled lamb meat and Khesh-Khesh for main course both were spectacular and light but heavy. I preferred the grilled lamb and I dipped it a bit in Hummus Beirut. The Khesh-Khesh has its own sauce which was great for it.The service was wonderful as they were really kind and lovely. It was a friendly environment with laughters here and there.For the bread and olives, I really loved them as they were fresh and of perfect taste.One bad thing was the chair was dirty and not prepared for the next customer but he cleaned it right away when I asked, but I’ll hope they don’t repeat this mistake to other customers.Also, I’ll hope they teach their waiters and waitress who are non-Arabs some Arabic especially regarding the dishes names to make it easier.

Horrible service, and the staff do not honor their word. This restaurant is meant to offer Entertainer coupons for their meals, but they denied it since it was Eid. Understandable, maybe business is slow? The waiter proceeds to take my order and I chose to order the chicken wings specifically after asking him how many wings are in an order, and he told me that there were 8. I got 6, and half of them were charred, under a bed of unseasoned greasy fries. I call the manager and the waiter to tell them that I was told I would be given 8, and he proceed to tell me that he will fix the order, they never did. The only thing this place might have going for itself is the outdoor section, but even that couldnt help this establishment succeed in the long run. Next time, try harder to make the customers feel like you want them to revisit.

The one star is really for the name of this restaurant and its location, but the service yesterday deserves a zero. It was very disappointing. The sayyidiyyi was undercooked and cold. We showed it to the person in charge who did nothing. We did not eat them. There were hardly any waiters to serve the outside area. It took them literally about 40 minutes to remove the dishes and get the desert and fruits. For 150 AED a person, we expect the service and food to be better. We are definitely not going back again, especially not in Ramadan.

Great food , good service and also great view , u can see the water show while sitting outside and u feel as if u are sitting right under the beautiful burj and enjoy the weather and the ambience. Also try to pre book much before time to have seats outside and please don’t order brownie with ice-cream for dessert as it sucks

Lebanese restaurant with delicious and mouthwatering menu.And if you would succeed to sit outside area, it would doubled your enjoyment.A beautiful outside sitting where right after 15 minutes, light show starts on Burj Khalifa and in next 15 minutes dancing fountains give you a deep pleasure and peace of mind which double up your dinner taste.I would recommend to go for dinner to get chill.

During a week i’ve visited Karam Beirut twice and it was great always. Their freshly baked bread are wow. Service is 10/10, friendly, accurate and fast. All the food we ordered was great and tasty. The waiter offered us a mouthwatering dessert “ghazel el banet”.P.S: they are also in Zomato Gold.

Delicious Lebanese food.

We were treated really bad. There is clear discrimination to people who are not Arab in this place. Manager offered the worst table, never brought bread basket. Waiters change all time, they just wanted us to leave as soon as possible

This was one of the crowded restaurants in the lane and we thought of exploring the place.We ordered some beads and hummus which was good. Mocktails were pretty decent as well.They serve shisha in the place and have many flavours.They have inside and outside seating options. Outside seating is most preferred but they dont have blowers for outside seating which for me was a big disappointment, because weather is really hot and suffocating outside.

It was average.Basically there is nothing much to compliment nor to criticise. Definitely not a go to because there are way better eating places than this.

NEVER GOING BACK THERE! I had to post 1 start but if it were possible, Id give is a minus rating. My wife and I were watching the fountain and enjoying the Eid atmosphere and we wanted to sit on the outside of the restaurant to do so. We asked the waiter if there was place on the outside and he said they were full. So we told him, we will sit inside, which was completely empty until a spot opens up. So we were seated and ordered some food to keep us until a spot outside became available. I ordered and went out to the toilet. When i came back the manager was talking to a European gentleman who was sitting inside. After a few mins the manager guided the gentleman to a seat outside and stood by the table while his family made themselves comfortable . I inquired from the waiter what was going on and that we were waiting for a seat outside. He approached the manager regarding my query and the manager didnt even look in our the direction. He continued with his business. The waiter, a filopino guy was very apologetic. In my opinion this was clear discrimination and the managers attitude was deplorable ! I cannot believe that people in the service industry can behave like this even after coivd has devastated the economy !never going back there

The worst shop in Dubai mall, cant even call it restaurant, the staff is so rude , the portions are so small compared to the expensive prices you pay, they reject zomato gold or entertainer if you are alone which most restaurants in Dubai accept it.Check

After many years of being a loyal happy client and enjoying every time coming here with family and friends I have to share extremely deep disappointment with the change of management and employees in Karam Beirut Dubai mall restaurant (it’s happened few years ago but reached its peak now) which led to disrespectful and unprofessional behavior, lack of manners and service understanding in general on all the levels at this place.Quality of food became horrible: from cold mezze to main dishes, portions became smaller, no compliments like olives, etc.Drinks are reaching your table when you finished your food.Totally lost unfriendly waiters who are trying to escape looking at you and disaster hostess who simply ignored and forgot to follow the request for a little special for birthday celebration.Thank you for an awful experience and don’t advise anyone to spoil your lunch or dinner there.There are so many welcoming restaurants around with fabulous food, ambiance and experience.We better spend somewhere else as here they don’t need customers anymore what is very sad indeed.

Very poor food quality. Ordered mix Gril; chicken very dry, Kabab over cooked and was almost like plastic... lamp chops burned. I have complained and they replaced peices only! I know it is shocking and that is why I am writing this review.You have to hunt for server to request or ask about your food.All in all one star is too many for this place

Great place for Lebanese food with an amazing view on the fountains, we went there twice.. A bit pricy but defenitely worth it. The staff is nice and the food is excellent.. Shisha was the best we had soo far in Dubai.

I was planning to try Lebanese food since I came in Dubai Finally , I visited your restaurant and here is my honest experience ....Problem started from entrance . Very poor welcome from hostess. nobody welcome us even on our way . The restaurant managerwas looking at us like we ruined his life somehow. Waiters are so rude and never smiling. I was part of Hospitality so many years and never had that bad experience even back to my country. Here in Dubai I am shocked how come any one is allowing themselves to treat guests like that, especially in Dubai Mall !!!About food ...we ordered some soup , salad , appetizer .everything was tasteless. moutabel eggplants was over fried. salad was so dry and tasteless and soup was so salty. we requested to change soup and they did it . from drinks I ordered strawberries mojito and they bring for me Sprite with strawberry syrup and ice wasnt even crushed 🙈🙈🙈 I was so frustrated and I requested to at least crush for me ice and they did it but , believe me I was smiling more than staff , to dont make them feel badanyway.. I have my restaurant and staff will destroy my business like that I would like to know about it.I dont like write bad reviews ,but this only way to let you know , something is really wrong with everyone in this brunch. The food at Karam Beirut is so good that I didn’t want it to end. I was savoring every bite and wished there was more. The marinating was nice and brought out the natural flavours of the meat, while enhancing it with the herbs and spices to create something magical. It is a bit rare but Karam Beirut became an instant favorite. I was expecting a normal experience but was completely blown away.

The food was decent considering the relatively high prices, they took around an hour to serve the food, we paid around AED 500 which in another places more value of the money. For sure won’t visit it again.

Amazing view, you can see burj khalifa, watch shows music and everything , but it was the worst service I have ever seen , waiters behave too much tough and arrogant , in my intention to stay for the whole night but I hated to stay , after all it’s not worth what I paid with what I serviced, I put in consider of course the location besides all of these awesome view and may be the place costing the owners much , but they could to increase the prices and serve people more nicer .

Poor communication with customer, I ordered shisha then in one hour they said we closed and take it away. That is my first visit and got no idea that they close 11:30 PM. I believe they should have told me cos shisha normally take few hours.

The very first restaurant I ate at after moving to Dubai! All Karam Beirut outlets are very nice with lovely views (the one in the Mall of the Emirates has a great view towards the Ski Dubai). This outlet is in the Lower Ground floor in the Dubai mall and the outside seating has great evening views towards the Dubai Fountain - a must see. The food is tasty and fresh and the staff is all very polite and helpful.

It is a typical place for tourists who just want to view the fountain show while having a dinner. Yes, the view is there ( is you are seating outside near the fountain) BUT be aware of1) a lot of people. If you are going for a dinner after 5.30 that would be impossible to get a table with a view. Reserve2) try to get into non smoking area. We do smoke shisha but in the smoking area the smell is unbearable.3) the food is not good. I love Lebanese food- it is one of my favorite cousins. But it isn’t good here. Ordered prawns - couldn’t eat it.4) the staff is not attentive which is understandable as there are so many people they have to take care of.Eventually, they didn’t include the prawns in the bill ( but I had to ask about that several times as they surely didn’t want to do it). Also, they gave me a complimentary desert which was a nice touch.There are better restaurants where you can try better local cousins for less money. I wouldn’t recommend that place.

The food was delicious, but the service was below Dubai standards. I assume the staff were exhausted. I missed the Arabian generosity in this restaurant. At least we were welcomed with fresh bread and olives but... We consider this cheapness when it comes to an Arabic restaurant. We didnt feel welcomed. I still recommend Al safadi when it comes to an Arabian levantin restaurant.

I went to Karam Beirut Dubai mall , it was the first time after Covid , Food was horrible , no more baked bread ( they serve you packed Lebanese bread which You can get from any supermarket. All food was not tasty and as if it was all frozen and heated up . Service was very poor and always late I paid almost 600 aed and I regret my choice . The food did not worth 50 aed compared to the quality . Definitely will not dine there again

Do not understand the bad reviews. Im dining at this restaurant every time Im in Dubai with my agents. We book a table in front of the fountain. Food is delicious, service is good, shisha is good... Dont know about th price because I never pay. I really love this restaurant and I really can recommend to go there. Dont forget to book a table in front because after 19:00 its fully booked.

Okay so the food is good/ average as expected for a Lebanese restaurant. The 2 stars was because when we showed up at the restaurant I asked if I was allowed to use the 2 for 1 Entertainer voucher as it was the 3rd day of Eid. I had previously used the Entertainer the day before and it was accepted at a different restaurant so although it was a holiday and its usually not accepted I thought I would ask and the lady confirmed YES it was! However after we finished our meal and before he brought the bill they told me oh sorry no its not accepted. Now what ever rules they have on accepting the voucher I dont mind abiding by but I do mind being lied to at the beginning and then them not accepting the voucher at the end. Instead of fixing their mistake the manager said that the salad will be on them as if that is enough.

This is my third visit to this location at Dubai mall beach still great location with fountain view and close to Burj Khalifa it was excellent ambiance. The salads was so nice and tasty specially tabouleh and chicken liver with pomegranate sauce. Mixed grill both meat and chicken were so delicious and fresh. Sweet was nice with a cup of Turkish coffee

The location is great.. But the stuff was very slow and the food looks good but was not taste good.. We ordared Turkish coffee but the took long time to prepare it and they did not serviced it in Turkish cups but in tea glass which was not regular and not accepted for our guests
