Has lost his passion and spirit. Went there in the past 12 years couple of times but today decided not to return. I feel they have lost their spirit and good fresh taste. Maybe a Covid19 thing but somehow disappointed. Raw liver - not available. Mixed grill - soso. Bit dry and no fresh taste. Of course a night in a Hyatt Place is less than a dinner for 2 here 🤪. Seafood was alright but hey that restaurant should be famous for meat dishes.

The UPS of this restaurant, besides the cuisines 🙂 is its location. This reminds me of siting in a ski resort restaurant at Switzerland 😀😀. The place has glass windows with view of Ski Dubai. The views are magnificent without any chill or cold. Those with kids will find this place mesmerizing. A must visit if you are at MoE and wish to grab a bite.

As usual the place to take people to when they need to learn and appreciate authentic Lebanese Cuisine.

Decent taste but sloppy and slow service. I got the impression that they didnt like us using digital vouchers, so they were less than enthusiastic. I hope that Im wrong. Still taste makes up for most of that. An the view. The view is great, if you sit near the windows.

Food was nice and location is quite good, overseeing the Ski Dubai.Service needs to be worked on. Turn around time is quite slow. Had to wait for more than an hour despite commitment of 20 mins

Real authentic Lebanese food! i consider it one of the best restaurants that represents the Lebanese cuisine, Mall of Emirates branch located directly on SKI DUBAI, in the heart of the mall and the view is great, back to food, all dishes are delicious and the desserts are awesome, you cant easily find another restaurant that has the same quality. the raw food platter was yummy and portion was so suitable.

Good ambiance in the restaurant but food is not tasty as other Arabic restaurant with similar pricing. Food discount through apps is also not very beneficial as the lowest priced dish is discounted. Approach to the restaurant is also unfriendly. Staff is ok not great. 2 mixed grills 2 hammous 1 fatoush 1 1 water bottle 1 juice Came to aed 300/- (5pax) small eaters.

Karam is one of the top 10 Libanese restaurants in the Middle East.Food is fresh and real Libanese and posrtions are extremely well presented.Prices are within the norm of the location, Dubai and the place it self.What makes this branch particularl is that it has a Ski Dubai view.If you are not resident at the hotel you will be able to have a full view of the slopes.The staff is friendly but less attentive than other branches!

Very expensive the food came cold and the taste is average

The whole staff is very rude and not welcoming. This restaurant is very badly managed and should not be allowed to kept in mall of the emirates. This restaurant does not even qualify for a street side vendor category. I am sorry to say that I had a awful experience in this particular restaurant. Majid al futtaim being a pioneer in the market should remove this badly managed Restaurent out of this mall. Very bad service and people attitude.

Just go and thank me later! Having grown up to Dubai, I was familiar with Karam Beirut but not with THIS Karam Beirut. Its a hidden gem, in my opinion! I dont know how the vibe gets in the evening but we ventured in during the day and it was peaceful retreat to get out of the chaos of the mall and be able to watch people ski down the mini slopes at Ski Dubai. It almost makes you feel like youre in a ski resort restaurant by the mountains. Classic Arabic music in the background, service was great and presentation and quality of the food was even better! Wow, we just really were on the hunt for kibbeh nayeh while we were visiting Dubai and due to its raw nature, didnt trust eating this just anywhere and this location was recommended to us and boy, was it divine. Even though it was the only food item we ordered, they served it in the most beautiful manner with all the condiments and attention to every detail and the most amazingly delicious freshly baked pitas. YUM. I cant wait to go back and I hope they are around a long time!

Delicious food with great views of the artificial ski slopes! The staff were very attentive and helpful with their recommendations. My advice would be to choose lots of small plates to try as much as you can. Good benefit with this restaurant is that it also serves alcohol 🍺 🍷 with the meals.....if you fancy a drink! Great food, try it, you won’t be disappointed!

Lovely Lebanese restaurant with ski Dubai view.My wife and I love this place and we always pay this restaurant a visit whenever visiting Dubai.I would recommend the following plates:1- Stuffed grapes vines2- Hummus with beef and pines3- Eggplant and chickpeas fattah4- Grilled Lam Cubes

Sour experience for me. No, Im not talking about bad service or ambiance. Im talking about flavor. Literally, Hammour drowned in so much lemon that it set my teeth on edge. The grilled seabass wasnt really seasoned with anything noticeable, and the spaghetti type pasta underneath, predictably sour as well. Having lived for years in the Middle East, Im no stranger to Lebanese food. This was some of the most sad fish Ive dined on.If I was rating the fish, solid single star. The second star must be admitted because the servers are efficient gentlemen. Also, their twist on Hommos with basil is delightful. Obviously Id love to come back for the nice view overlooking Ski-Dubai, but as I always eat grilled fish when I eat Beruit cuisine, its unlikely Ill return. I certainly cant recommend the lemon. I mean, the fish.

Extremely horrible delivery service. Food comes late and is delivered ice cold. We ordered once a few months back and when we complained the manager called and apologized. So this time we thought let’s give them another chance. It was just not worth it. It again came more than an hour later, was cold and even had the tahini all spilled out.

Great we had iftar.. It was delisious.. The view on the ski is amaising the set menu was exelent it included everything from cold Meza hot Meza and main dish and sweets.. Price was reasonable for the ammout of food and quality we had. The waters were very helpful inven though I know that some of them were fasting

Wow , amazing lebanese cuisine

Gave them a second chance but regret it. Both times the food came in late as we ordered for delivery. Called them after an hour or so and as usual the response from the other side was the order was out for delivery. Waited for another half an hour but there was nothing. The food arrived cold and the sauces were spilled all over the bag. Never ordering from them ever again!

Unfair Treatment to Customers...We visited the restaurant and it had very few customers so we asked for the ski view table which was denied stating it is was reserved which is fair but another couple walked in after us without reservations and they were offered the same table which is completely unfair and unacceptable. Upon my review on zomato the management replied they will contact me to get details and take action but never got any call till date.

Typical cheap overrated overpriced Lebanese joint , the amount of food they offer against the prices they have is something illegal.No one should believe the high rating of this restaurant or any Lebanese restaurant in dubai , they have the same attitude of ripping their costumers off .

Although food and service was very good however they add 10% on the invoice as Municipality Fees which is applicable only for hotels. I never sheen in any other restaurants outside hotels.This spoiled my impression about the restaurant unfortunately.

Why waitress and all other employees here are that much unhappy?? Do they hate customers or was it a special treatment for us only? For the food, i can say 4/5 but the service is 1/5. Definitely there will be no 2nd time. Pity for such a good architecture and view, deeply wishing that these negative sides will be fixed. The best teacher is a complaining customer.

One of the worst restaurant in MOE. servant are horrible and impolite. This as usual as I tried mirdif branch. Waiters are the same. Seems that they arebtrained to treat clients badly as part of this restaurant concept.Not recommending at all.

Great Lebanese food with a view of the Ski Dubai - as though youre dining in the winter! Convenient and accessible as its in the mall. Its clean and staffs are friendly.

I ordered the seafood rice and asked if there was plenty of seafood. I was told yes! When the order came in, there was only three shrimps in the whole dish. I requested white wine, Iwas told it was Lebonese wine. I requested a sample and a whole portion was served. The rice dish was small and The waiter never show up again at the table.

Good place to eat fresh real Labanese food. Welcoming is not very warm and prices are bit high... but hey, Isnt it part of the Lebanon charm?? :-) I recomend it.

Oh please dont visit. Food is average. The staff was not welcoming. Neither was their service. Zaroob is better.Also Arpes is right next door and it feels like christmas.When the service staff gives you a feeling they are better than you, avoid that place. Not a feeling you appreciate while dining

Hands down the best Arabic restaurant Ive eaten at so far. Everything was exceptionally good. The fatteh hummus was mind blowing. And the most courteous staff. Polite, helpful and always smiling. Never once did we even have to ask for our glasses to be filled. Very attentive.

Excellent food however the staff isnt very friendly and are sort of blunt. Decor is outdated but still the food saves the day for them.

Totally as per the expectations. Taste is just superb & everything delicacy is as per the name very tasty. The pricing of all the dishes is also very cost friendly. All the chicken & mutton delicacies were perfect on taste. Anyone those a fan of Arab food should surely visit once.
