I used to be a Dubai mall Hermes client, but I thought I would try MOE. I have had the absolute pleasure of dealing with Rabea, from day one I felt a connection with him, he has always been attentive to my needs and has extensive knowledge of the house. He is by far the best SA in Hermes Dubai (unfortunately I had the displeasure of visiting Dubai Mall store.. never again!) he is a true credit to Hermes. I actually fly to Dubai to shop with Rabea as he provides a true French shopping experience. I would highly recommend shopping with Rabea, he is so helpful and gives great choices. If they don’t have it on display, he will try to source it for you. He is so patient, he showed me all the options for Oran’s (the ones which are not on display too) so I can decide which one I want. I once visited the store and unfortunately Rabea was not there, the hospitality and experience was nowhere near the same. I actually left the store and came back two days later when he was working, the others just don’t seem as bothered and don’t have the same energy as Rabea. Only because of Rabea I returned to the store the next day to purchase gifts for my family. Now I can’t keep away! Hermes MOE has an amazing selection from all departments. If you want good service, go and see Rabea, you can thank me later ;) I also feel Mohammed Jeed is extremely friendly and welcoming, even more so than some of the experienced staff. He is so polite and helps as much as he can. Highly recommended!!

I went to the shop few days ago . As usually fantastic service, always ready to help . One Russia girl with red hair I think her name Valentina( like Valentines) , was very friendly and helpful. Thank u for ur advice, my daughter really liked slippers 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻will come back soon !!!

Pleasant and good service

I went to this store for buy a gift, Hanne served me she was really professional and helpful. BUT nobody ask me if i need help or come to me even a hello! For a luxury store like hermès is TERRIBLE.

Customer service is awful here. I don’t want to give them even one star. Even when I asked if I can see some products,they said they would get someone(they were not busy,but they don’t want to assist) and never came back. All they do is just chatting at the payment counter. No staff is walking around in the store.

I wen there this afternoon to buy a gift for my wife. Waited 20 mns. Nobody coming, I left and went to Louis Vuitton. Such a shame for a luxury brand...

Very poor service. Greeted at the door, got a hi from the security guard, but otherwise no one offers to help, was there for about 10 min. Several customers just occupying chairs, and playing on their phones. Staff only able to help two customers, while several are just wandering around. Downstairs several staff having nothing to do, and when I pointed this out while leaving, they said they cannot see what’s happening upstairs. You are ruining your brand.And by the way, your cute window display made me so happy while entering, but the people crushed that experience.

Not what you would expect from staff at Hermès. Apart from a hello by the security guard, the staff were not attentive, appeared to lack knowledge of last seasons’ collection and ultimately seemed as though they were doing us a favor by providing customer service.

Very bad customer service! Staff are not sure of what they inform their clients. They always have to verify after they give you an answer. Very obvious that they don’t have a proper management. The gentleman who assisted does not look happy at all when I came back to ask for a repair. I can’t believe that Repair services are chargeable with an expensive cost knowing it’s a high end brand with a good quality.

Unhelpful staff refused to recognize Hermes Dubai Airport Duty Free store. They refused to replace or take the defective product for repair / exchange . Staff at Dubai MOE needs to be trained better so that they can offer comparable exceptional customer service in Dubai.

During the virus, them have no one wear mask, so scared to enter.

Great jackets but average customer service

Terrible customer service, shocking. Agree with the reviews before. The service is poor, brought Oran sandals from this store they made me contact Abu Dhabi and Dubai Mall myself to purchase these shoes and find out where these are.Overall shocking for a premium brand to give this service .

Cant believe the staff in this store - they need to go on some serious training to Paris!! Bought a watch and took it back in 2 days later as the leather started staining - only for a gentleman working at the store to turn around and blame me for not knowing about the leather!

An outside queue allows the customer to be picked up directly by a salesperson when you enter the store.We had an extremely calm and kind saleswoman who introduced us to all the items we wanted to see!Unfortunately for us there was really no choice in the bracelets but luckily for us there was enough choice for the Oran mules 😉!

Worst service I have ever met in Ermes. A Russian consultant, a girl with red hair, is not aware of elementary words like “hello”, “please wait”, a person is not interested in leaving a positive impression, selling a product, in principle, being elementary polite. If the consultant is the face of the brand, then it is time for the store management to think about changing something. Let the girl rest, you can see how tired she is of life, people and her work.

G-tier sellers Dog be unlucky. The sellers selling plates on the L1 floor are friendly.
