I didnt buy in the shop itself but the client advisor name Pavel was working there must have a proper customer service experience. I send him me a DM via Instagram to request of Toiletry Pouch 26 if he can add me as waiting list and he said it will take 2 weeks to wait. Then after patiently waiting for 2 weeks and he said its not available nor it seems he doesnt bother on my request. I dont trust his IG post anymore!

Very pleasing SA . Ana was Knowledgeable and sweet enough to tell me the history of the iconic pieces . Even got a very thoughtful SMS from her after the purchase. I didnt have great experience at the Amsterdam outlet but loved it here.

Accomodating and welcoming staffs in this branch compared to the branch in the Fashion avenue. Kudos to the Chinese sales agent!!
