Needless to say, my family and I have been customers of the esteemed brand for years and have never faced such damage, especially to a leather good item. Noticeably, this is not a damage inflicted by a customer but a natural one done due to perhaps terrible quality and make of the shoes themselves.How can genuine leather goods tear themselves apart? Leather items especially from Gucci, LVMH & Hermes Houses are made to last a lifetime. I am not sure how to feel about this as this has more or less made me question the entirety of the Gucci name? How could the Italy office refuse to take responsibility and accountability- this reflects on poor luxury client relationship management along with disastrous quality of genuine leather items. Both Prada & LV have repaired the few times with zero questions asked.To shortly conclude, if Gucci wants to maintain their haute couture image they should present themselves like one. Or else one might as well get shoes from a junior brand since they are going to tear away in 5 years or less anyway.

BODY SHAMING!!!Went into Gucci to find a belt, and as I have a slender frame, they could not find a size at the time to fit me. For which, the ‘assistant’ commented ‘ooo, you need to eat more’!Absolutely disgusted with a brand like Gucci, body shaming a customer.I’ve purchased from many of the designers in the mall, however, I will NEVER return to this one.Absolutely devastated.

I was with my fiance in Gucci fashion avenue in 3 flour,looking for me for sandal.the guy who’s working in Gucci stor name is (Saed from Morocco) he bring the sandal my size to try it,but I requested the black color he said it’s available nd going to bring it for me.after that he start to ask Personel questions like where we r from how we knew each other where we r living.. he never stop talking,really more than one hours we were waiting he bring the sandal to another color what I was requesting from begging.the end he go to bring it,back he said just sold out!? Really we were waiting more than one hour after how long he took our time nd spending our time just to listening his questions talks...Really he is not proficient in Gucci,always I choose to buy from this store but after what happened Iill never go again there

I purchased Gucci Guilty Perfume Love Edition, and found it poor longevity and weak scent, their customer support was so negative and only giving excuses without proper investigation ,it was my first time and will be the last time to buy Gucci Perfumes ( not recommended)Try other brands.

So the thing is also If you know what you want to Buy from Gucci Fashion Avenue Dubau Mall theyll still waste an hour of yours just to get you the productsWhy build such a bug store when you cant take care of your clients.Useless service, very disappointing considering Ive shopped alot from GucciBut Gucci is no more on my end

I purchased a Gucci watch years backThe wrist band regularly breaks which doesnt reflect positively on the design.The gucci service related to the repair is always a nightmare.EXTREMELY long time to repair, and never ever a notification once the repair it is finished. I always need to follow up on my own over several weeks or even months until being able to pick up the watch againThis is really poor customer care, very surprising for such elite brandAs ... the fish stinks from the head .... I question the competence of the general manager of the Dubai Gucci site.

I went into this store for an exchange. My bag was 4 days old still with the plastic on the handles, not even tried on. The bag that I wanted was less than the bag that I was swapping out, so instead of giving me a credit note I had to pick something of equal or greater value.To make matters worse I bought the handbag from overseas so the manager converted the amount on the receipt into dirhams and said that’s how much you have to spend which was less than what they were selling it in the store!Aren’t I paying more for the exchanged product in dirhams? Isn’t it the same bag? Aren’t they going to resell the bag for market price in dirhams?I really don’t understand the appalling Gucci service and polices. Or maybe it was just made up by the manager. It really doesn’t seem right.On top of all this my unused shawl has 2 holes from the Gucci tag because they hung the price tag off of it which damaged it.Instead of apologising, she said “the holes are only small! “Kidding right? I bloody wont be buying from this store again and I’ll think twice about this brand too.I must say I never thought in my wildest dreams a brand/store like Gucci would have such disappointing customer service polices.LV has impeccable customer service which you would expect from these high end stores.
