I am doing laser treatment at this center, very rude receptionist... Sorry to trust this clinic and pay them in advance!

I have never witnessed such a bad customer service in my life.I mad the appointment for a treatment at 5 the appointment was noted down wrong time (at 2) when objected the receptionist mocked me ( by repeating what I said )than following it up with “ yes well what do you want me to do about it”. when asked to speak to her manger she said “ what will the manager do? There is no need for him” I insisted and I wish I didn’t ..The manger called me back saying without even listening to the call saying “you misunderstood nothing like this happened” basically calling me a liar insisted of apologizing. He proceeded to tell me how he has 20 years work experience and how I should just deal with the receptionist instead of talking to him.you can do better go somewhere else ...
