First of all the way Dr. Bizrah explain me the procedure was very detailed than any other surgeon I consulted before. Dr Bashar Bizrah went through the procedure in detail before the surgery so I knew what to expect. The surgery took about 45 minutes, and his team took good care of me after the surgery. WAITING TIME 👎March 07I had my appointment for underarm laser, I waited in the reception for 45min.and they didnt tell whats the cause of delay. I just passed this incident.April 08My 2nd session (5PM),there was a delay from a patient before me, so I waited 15min.to be assisted. I know that my laser will only cost them 15min.or less..Around 5:30pm my treatment started,But there was one patient after me who has an appointment @5:30PM and was rushing. So they decided to rush my treatment and they let me wait outside for another 15min.just for putting ointment in my underarm and check my skin.This is not a fair and proper treatment given to me.My laser treatment was good anyway.But I hope the next time they will give fair treatment to all patient regardless of nationality, Arab or not.

I want to share my experience just to warn others so they never feel or go through what Ive been through. I had rhinoplasty more than a year ago and the doctor gave me a nose we never discussed. I told him exactly what I wanted and he didnt listen and he did what he wanted. When I went to him later and raised concerns he just dismissed me and said it looks good. I have uneven nostrils, and my left side is almost blocked, my nose is very short and upturned, and septum deviated. It is also wider than before my surgery. He removed all the nose cartilage. My nose is just bone and skin. I think theres artificial cartilage where my columella is because its so stiff and my nose looks very pointy and unnatural. This is a warning to all who consider doing their surgery here, they only want your money then when they get it they will turn on you. Research your doctors a thousand times before deciding. This doctor has many fake advertisements and comments everywhere. Please be careful. Im still looking for a doctor to revise my case and my wedding is next year and I am so depressed about how I look.

Dr. Bashar and his staff are so great to work with. They really go out of their way to make sure youre comfortable through every step. I had a primary rhinoplasty done and although the results are not 100% perfect, its pretty close and significantly better.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Bashar! It sounds corny, but he honestly changed my life. I was self-conscious about my nose my whole life and he made it perfect! The longest time I waited ever for a doctor. More than 2 hours waiting to see the doctor. Very unprofessional and not organized clinic. Staff rudely telling me “it’s normal to wait all this time as we are busy”. Very very rude staff, not even a single sorry for wasting people’s time. I’m so disappointed and don’t recommend anyone to go there as it’s just a waste of time.

Well , the staff are friendly Nurses are amazing tho , but when you pay that much of money for rhinoplasty you expect amazing care after the operation , after the operation I haven’t seen or spoken to the doctor I have only seen him after 10 days despite that I came to the clinic after some days , maybe he’s amazing I Duno haven’t seen my result yet but then I don’t see the care of patient at all to be honest ,The doctor seems in a hurry and not interested of my opinion . I had to travel back and fourth from ad to Dubaï and do COVID test every time I have to visit but then the care is zero for me to be honestThat’s really upsets meAnd after 9 month from my operation am not happy with my nose at all, I paid lots of money for this for no results honestly, that my 4th operation
