Since more than 10 yrs l am purchasing from malabar gold. Till now l was happy with their services. But today l got very bad experience from malabar gold jewelry UAE, sharjah Rolla. I have given my navaratna ring for fixing missed stone. Previously I have given ring for same issues. That time they replaced with free of cost.But when I was receiving back after repair they charged 60dhs without prior information that ter is a repair charge and giving information that the salesman informed the same while receiving for repair. It was absolutely wrong information.While newly purchasing they have given information that polishing or replacing stones even diamond also free of cost any time in malabar gold any branch.
