So i live in saudi, and i wanted a specific ring that i tried to find it in saudi first then Kuwait but i wasnt lucky with the service, size and availability in these two location.So i called the UAE store, Roma answered my call and helped me thru the entire purchasing process via phone to reserve it for me and ensuring my buddy picked it up, and even when i picked the wrong size she made the whole switching process so easy and smooth that i didn’t hesitate to ask to keep a bit longer in the store or even create an online payment method for me specifically.
