Staff Paula is an amazing representative, but staff Rijesh is an extremely worst professional ever. Very poor customer service by Rijesh. Think who you work with 🙂

No action regarding their deffective items, We purchased pair of diamond earing for my daughter and after 4 days one fell off and lost andly the back lock was left in her ears, which we are very much sure that, it wont happen if the item we got is not loose or deffective, my daughter is wearing the same same earing type and style and ith is with her for morethan 3 years now BUT never happen to fall off from her ears.we went to the same store were we baught it and the salesman told that they cant do anything as it is lost, Im keep on explaining that it will never be lost if the item they sold is not loose or deffective. But offcourse after selling their products and getting business... Who will care. Such a bad experience and we will surely never ever buy anything from them again, we use to purchased from them even the price is high compare to other because we always beleive that expenssive products are always have a better quality.

Staff was cooperatives but making charges on gold very high in compare to other jewellry shop.

We can get lots of attractive collections in gold jewelry, platinum, diamond and white gold.. And I can give thumbs up for the pleasant customer service...
