The staff are very friendly and professional. The manager took time in explaining the different options and comforting my mother as she is scared of needles (even though I was getting the piercing). I had an earlobe piercing and they recommended different positions that would better suit my ears. Overall, it was a very good experience.

I did an industrial piercing, first I thought it would be painful and I would cry. But nothing really it was very comfortable experience and the lady who did it for me, she knew what she was doing. I followed her advices and my piercing heals perfectly.

Worst and Pathetic service. Ordered a pendant to be delivered, but after 2 days of placing an order and a day before the scheduled delivery:1. No confirmation from Kyra until customer follows up for update.2. Payment gateway is not working for more than a week, and still, no one would contact the customer to share an update.3. Stock is not available, but they take the order and keep it pending until the delivery date and cancel the order.DO NOT ORDER from this seller, as they can ruin your plans for surprises for your loved ones at the very last minute.

I went for help with earrings that I couldnt fit. I had 3 piercings there previously and I thought theyd be kind enough to help. I was wrong . The receptionist was rude and the manager refused to help. I guess kindness went out the window with last years humility.

I just wasted 200aed! Their products are very expensive, you can only try a piercing if you pay for it and it is not refundable!

My experience with Kyra was for a nose piercing. Its been only a day after my nose piercing, if any complications arise, will update this review then ;)The piercing staff Ms. Beth did a good job, the manager was very welcoming and explained in detail about piercing method and after care.The options for nose studs were very few and the price was very high. I bought a 18k gold stud weighing 0.25 gms with zircon stones for AED 450, which in a gold jewelry shop usually would be priced at abt AED 100 max. including making charges & taxes. Unfortunately they dont do piercing if you bring your own studs for metal hygiene purposes.

My daughter had her helix pierced at Kyra. They purposely put in an earring which should not have been used for a piercing let alone a helix; we spent over 20 minutes looking for an earring in their store but due to their unbelievably inflated jewelry prices we were about to leave as we had viewed them all when suddenly they found a set of earrings (which they hadnt shown us before) which were slightly cheaper. We clearly had no idea that not only should this earring not be used for a piercing but it was far too long for a helix piercing and also without a flat back. My daughter ended up having to take the piercing out within 24 hours. AED 400 totally wasted.

I had my ear piercing last december, and paid 470 for for a pair of gold but not diamond so i am expecting it would not tarnish, its been 7 months now and my piercing is not healed yet and when i removed the earrings were tarnished I went to one of the Famous Gold shop here in uae and bring the earrings and told me its not even a 10k gold, now my ear is infected, waste of money and effort and will put ur ear or health at risk, I went there to tell them this and what they did is to clean my ears put an ointment which i am doing it every day but since they put a tarnish earrings obviously it will get infected. I suggest don’t go and make your piercing here, its not worth it.you will just get an infected ear in a very expensive and fake jewelry and service they will render.

The Philippine lady is so rude she gave me an attitude and also want to do belly piercing when I asked for price she said 370 plus extra charge for the piercing which not same price that shows in the website I just waisted 1 hour of my time for a bad service

I went to Kyra last week to get my nostril pierced. The staff asked me to get the more expensive package for AED 350, since that particular stud was apparently better than others. But the stud came off the very next day because it was too thin. I went back, and they reinserted it for me, but it kept coming off. The staff then instructed me to cover the piercing with tape so that it doesnt fall off. Later they said they would charge AED 75 to reinsert it.Eventually, I went to another place where the staff told me that the type of stud used was wrong for first time piercings. It was too thin, and would definitely fall off. A thicker stud shouldve been used. Also, every time it falls off and is reinserted, it causes infection. Also, if done properly with the right stud, the wearer shouldnt have to wear tape so that it doesnt fall off.All in all, Kyra was very expensive, disappointing, and not at all worth the pain. Please improve your studs, so that they dont fall off and cause nasal infections.

Had my belly piercing done at their time square branch then went to their branch in healthcare city for my nose piercing. All went well from start to end : prompt, courteous and responsive. The guys who did my piercings appear very calm & well-experienced so if it’s your first time you will feel immediately comfortable.

Had my ear lobe pierced today . It was a lovely experience . There was absolutely no pain . The staff were very courteous . The equipment used was clean and hygienic . I would highly recommend this place for all age group .Excellent service . Keep it up 😃

I had the worst experience, they sold me an earring mentioning its diamond, after paying and piercing when i asked to add the diamond details in the receipt they said it zircon.please take care and don’t get fooled and pay before taking the receipt that states your piece is real diamond

Kyra Diamonds is the absolute worst place you can possibly go to get a piercing done. They dont just use old, outdated jewelry but have an awful staff with terrible customer service. I got a piercing with them and they didnt help me treat it when I was telling them about the discomfort I was feeling which lead to an infection. Do yourself a favor and dodge the bullet that is Kyra Diamonds.

First, this shop has been a nightmare for two experiences in different branches.I would like to start from their rude and unprofessional manager whos expected to handle situations with customers in the most professional way as she is representing Kyra. I recommend Kyra higher management to choose their employees wisely.The website is extremely misleading as it clearly states the piercing prices, when we reached the place they told us that we are not allowed to use our gold/diamonds, and they will pierce under one condition to buy the studs from them. Which is not highlighted in the website.Not to mention the over rated expensive prices of the studs that are not even diamonds.I was offended by the manager who is Kyra representative, and she used very offensive language with me, she actually used the phrase people like you while addressing me. This is extremely unacceptable and disappointing.

I had an industrial piercing in my ears, which is a tricky one, not just that they were very supportive and they explained the whole process, but I’ve never expected a 6 weeks follow up to check my healing progress. Highly highly recommended. A+++++

Overall Id give my experience 0.25 stars if I could.Piercing service is okay, but highly over priced. They managed to sell me an earring for 200AED when it normally costs 30AED.Customer service was very bad, they flat out lied to my face regarding common knowledge.They also tried to sell an 18K good earring that looks like it barely weighs 1gram for 800AED, claiming gold is sold by piece rather than weight (both false gold is based on weight, and the item they were trying to sell should not have costed more than 150AED).If it was someone who has no knowledge when it comes to gold & medical grade earrings it wouldve seemed like a fair trade but it wasnt.Moreover, they insisted on me signing prior to deciding whether I wanted to get my piercing done there or not (super shady).Overall I only proceeded because I wanted the piercing & there was no other place that I knew off nearby (but it wasnt worth it).Update: its been a year and I still get infections frequently

The service is good however the service is overpriced and the jewlerry they sell is over priced too even the one which is not gold...i checked the price list of Maria Tash in dubai mall and the service is cheaper...im really disappointed about the amount i paid and im not planning to go back there or to refer anyone...actually as a business you are losing customers your marketing strategy is wrong as the prices showed in the website are not the same customers are paying

Similar story to another reviewer. Had two additional piercings in my ear lobe. They took so long measuring the space between each piercing, I already felt concerned. Despite making an appt online, and requesting my preferred earrings, they were not available and therefore the cost was nearly double the price (eye roll).3-4 weeks later I ended up in hospital whilst on holiday in the UK. The 2nd piercing was infected and the earring started to inbed into the ear. The back of the earring was on so tight I had to get a nurse help remove the earring and stop the bleeding.3 months later I have decided to let the additional piercing close. Every time I try to change the earring it bleeds and my ear lobe is red and sore.I wish Id read the reviews before I wasted over 600aed. I will be going to Maria Tash to get my next piercings.

Please don’t go there for your piercing.The third ear lobe piercing have been done with a small gun and I got infected afterwards.My front helix have been done non straight. I had to go to another piercing place ( Maria Tash) to get it redone.They put Emla cream on your skin, which is not at all recommended by professionals piercers.

Make a big statement on their website about selling gold coins in all sorts of variations and denominations. When I went there, I was informed that they dont have any gold coins at the moment... False advertising and misleading customers!

I got a engagement ring here about 3 and half year ago, after 6 months of having it I stopped wearing the ring. I had spoke to someone for a good couple of months before arriving telling them the ring I wanted, sent pictures and the ring name and number. I will not name the person but they had plenty of time to get the ring to the shop. When I went too the shop I kept getting told to take this loose diamond and get it made up in the ring I have now, IT WAS LIKE HARD SELLING and felt PRESSURISED into taking that stone, I wish I had just said no and walked away but it is hard when someone is putting that much pressure on you and telling you what a great diamond this is. The ring I have does not sit against my wedding band as the band has depth to it. I did go back to the shop and they were going to reset my in a higher profile. The point I am making if they had got the ring I orginally wanted which was a halo ring with a high profile and gives the opitcal illusion of having a bigger diamond, I would not be having this problem as I would have got a wedding band to fit around the halo design. Someone also mentioned the WhatsApp communication yes I had sent 2 message no reply. I then sent a 3rd which was more to the point shall we say then I got an answer. Do not like leaving negative comments but I feel very let down with this company. Stand your ground and say no do not be a fool like me and be left with a ring you do not like. They could have took back the diamond they sold in the first place and replaced it with a less quality diamond but hey no, NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

Not professional, don’t know how to pierce, they punctured my ear more then once , they are over priced for a small piercing and very rude

I went to Kyra to do the ear piercing for my 3.5 month old. Let me say I was not at all happy with their service. They didnt give us enough time to go over the ear rings and asked us to quickly move into the piercing room. Then the earring we selected was not available so we had to go with another one quickly. They had put a numbing lotion but pierced it fast, not sure if it was in effect. Also each ear took almost 2 minutes and my poor baby was screaming through out. The yellow part holding the ear ring did not come out properly and the nurse had to pull it out. Also while pulling it out the back stud of the earning fell to the floor and the nurse picked from floor and put it to straight at the back... not sure what happened to the sterilization here. They never gave us a bill at all (AED. 550 for ear ring) and also hurried us up to pay. But since we paid using credit card at least we have some history. Also their after care is super expensive 80 dhs for a bottle and 40 dhs for the small gel. We got the gel. They took the email to send us the after care but we didnt receive any emails from them and we searched and did the after care. Overall I felt it was torture for my baby gal and us. I would never recommend KYRA due to their poor service and over price.
