They are selling damaged items. I bought 3 pairs of earrings, and I think they are selling returned items without repairing them for high prices. 2 of the earrings were having loose screws and I would have lost them. And another one was missing one of the gem stone. Really disappointed as I didnt check because I thought its a reliable place but its not. Please check every items before purchasing from them.

We always come to this place whenever we have special occasions, this time its for my mom’s birthday. looking through all the varieties of gold is hard to decide what will be the best choice till we found what we are looking for unfortunately they don’t sell it individually but VinodKumar did his best and initative just to give us that piece.His dealing with us was amazing which i never experienced it ever before.

This is one of the famous shop around Dubai, owned by Indian group of companies. Good for tourists to visits, classy designs and all kinds of jewelries to choose from. From sets of necklace, earrings, rings name it... Area bit crowded but it’s one of a kind.

I didnt find the gold and better or cheaper here in fact most was the same price as UK even with 21% tax in UK then how can Dubai be tax free. If you wanted to look at gold or take selfies out side the shops and get bothered by people trying to sell you junk fake goods then come here but if youre looking for good deals this is not the place.

Malabar gold colour fade after 2 months. When we complaint they polished the gold but still silver colour is visible. Finally we lost the trust on malabar and returned with 60AED less than the purchase amount.

I wanted to rate this place in minus stars. Yesterday I went to this place to pick up two rings that I ordered to make and also to buy scarlet ear stud for my little girl. I gave my order to Mr Ashish (sales representative) and on a telephonic conversation had confirmed that I will be there by Thursday evening. On entering the showroom, I came to know that he is having off that day, no problem I came to Malabar for my ring. It was not very crowded, so I approached a sales representative named Kishore, gave him the previous bill and told him my reason of coming. I found this chap hunting around other people to know where my ring is. I realized that they dont have a system where they keep a record of the ready to deliver items. I kept standing with my family and told them to see an ear stud for my daughter. Now there is no one to attend you. I asked a guy who was standing pretty jobless. He told just a minute and then vanished. Next man was two steps ahead, his name is Mr Faisal. A total disinterest on face, looking at you. As if please dont ask me. I told him to show some nice ear stud, he told, you go to opposite counter to see. I told him it in front of us, he with grim face told us, oh you want scarlet only. You can see its here. He didnt take any effort to ask what type, what are the new design. Kept looking here and there. On asking to show one, he took it out. We asked for the price. He started calling the guy kishore who is still searching the ring, God knows where. I started getting angry and I told him, what is this, you cant show me a ear stud. You have to ask someone else for that. He with total total disrespect said kishore your customer is asking something. Now I was furious. What kind of behavior is this, its like you came to Malabar, we didnt call you, Malabar is a big name and we can make you wait and even insult you. A total low standard way of dealing, even the representatives are taking with each other in Malayalam, as if if you know Malayalam, we will deal with you better. Any how kishore came and told he needs some more time to find the rings, and picked up the stud we wanted, we wanted to leave the place as fast as possible. No this best representative Mr Faisal, came to give a justification, he pointed at my old bill and told your sales representative is off today, ooh, now I understand my mistake. I should not come to Malabar if my sales representative is not there. See if you do mistake like this, Malabar people have a right to insult you. The best part I was annoyed and was raising my voice and the other senior people in the billing counter was looking at me as if why the hell he is shouting. But didnt came and enquired to help. Any how I finished my work and sweard not to visit again. Its just a big showroom with filthy staff. This is not the first time. This has happened before too.
