We purchased the gold worth of 1744 dhs there was one sales man whos name is Mr Vishnu as he was not polite much and then he gave us discount of 94 dhs so we asked him to make round figure of 1600 as he is telling that it is not not possible as we are aware that your making charges is high I told him to make 1600 round figure but he denied as he showed that we are nothing to him were there I felt bad if we would have more time we could tell him in his face we dont want due to emergency situation we took in 1635 but am very much disappointed with the services as repuated jeweller 35 dhs will cost no way but he denied and I told him I will not refer anyone in future and I was planing to take bracelet also but surely now I will not take sure I will tell more friends to write a review

Today I went for purchasing gold at Kalyan jewellers there was salesman his name was Mr.Vishnu he is not very much polite we had told him to give more discount he was not ready we have purchase the gold due to emergency situation we are not able to cancelled the gold

Waited 20 mins for someone to attend n when that didn’t happen, walked out! A friend mentioned the collection is good here so tried, n eventually back to another place that was more welcoming!

I went to resale one of item was purchased fro kalyan abu dhabi store and the sales man who attended me was so rude and and knowledge less about the company he work with, they have me some silly reason to resale the item , it was purchased by one of my friend who left UAE over 2 years and they said the only way to get back this item is the one who purchased must come and returned. I explained them thousand times that he will not be back UAE anymore they couldn’t understand it.With respect to Kalayn owner please keep some trained staff who really knows how to be a good customer service for such famous Gold Brand company, and please start their customer service training, so they will not spoil the company name at least , thanks
