Service is terrible. I am an old customer who has bought several jewlery pieces from this store. I brought an old set of mine that I have had for 25 years to be serviced and was told there would be a service charge of 1000-1800 aed. This is strange as normally jewlery stores will service jewlery for free. When I questioned this he compared my jewlery to the depreciation of a car??? Also the way he dealt with the jewlery made me cringe- he wrapped it in tissue paper instead of a cloth and put it in a platic bag. This really showed me the poor quality of their service and I will not be buying from them again. Jewlery is an investment and should be bought from a place that will provide proper services for their customers. This was in the store in Mall of the Emirates Dubai.
