This place have the best service and staff i meet at a watch/jewlery store. I have tattoo and mabye not look like many. This people never judge me. They gave me the best service ever! And i got to buy a new good watch and delivery on my old watch. I Will never go another shop if i Dubai and need this service! I am lost for words how good they where. Respect! And they have very Nice everything you need. My best for this shop and staff❤️ here you find all you need and more. Went to Adnan to have a battery and strap replaced. The job was done in 15 minutes at a great price with fantastic service. I will definitely be returning and would certainly recommend Adnan.

Great selection of owned watches and good customer service. Looking elsewhere on the market later, I did pay a bit more for my watch than it was priced elsewhere. However the after-sales service is good, one time I thought I had an issue with my watch and took it back and even though it was after the 1 year guarantee they took it into their service center to take a look. Turns out it was fine and the check was free of charge.

The store is a scam. I bought gold and diamond jewelries here but some diamonds were fake. They never gave me details of the gem class and size. They gave me a certificate which is from another jewelry shop and certainly unrecognizable anywhere. Exorbitant charges of 10 folds the market price and lies lies lies... No response, no respect for the customer. They just want your money. NEVER SHOP HERE IF YOU WANT A PROPER JEWELRY AT A PROPER PRICE. THEY ARE CHEATERS!!!
