I needed to repair one item that I purchased from some other store, and these guys did a really great job! Mr. Hemant guided me through the process, assessment as well as repair was done on the spot in my presence. Overall impressive customer attitude and human approach! Really a 5-star shop.

We have always experienced fantastic service at Passion jewellers. We have been back many times over the last 6 years. They have gorgeous jewellery that we have bought both over the counter and had specially made. We would highly recommend them.

Employers doing their best, however, supervisor does not make you feeling comfortable. He tries to push you to buy item and earn as much as can. Starting price is super high and even his last price is higher than anywhere else. On the end he would advise you to call him back in case you find better offer so he might offer even better...i mean, sounds terrible andnot professional at all. Usually I would not look around and on the end call someone that offered the highest price

I’ve been a customer of Hemant’s and Passion Jewellers for 8 years (and hoping to carry on!!) and every single piece that has been made for me has been exquisite ... Hemant will take your design, design something for you or even copy a piece (you can bring a magazine ad/photo/picture) and make something beautiful.... the attention to detail is fantastic, the cost is about half you would pay in the UK and he’s very fast!!I cannot recommend Hemant, Sabrina and Passion Jewellers enough.

Had a diamond ring made a year ago which I was thrilled with, even more so as it was valued at three times the cost when I returned to the UK. Today visited again to have the ring made slightly bigger and not only did I not have to pay anything but my other rings were cleaned and polished, as well as my daughters! What a fantastic service. Next time I want to buy some jewellery I shall be returning to Passion. I cannot fault them and recommend them to anyone visiting Dubai.
