Tried the Panko shrimp summer roll, traditional salmon roll, crispy salmon California roll and Thai Crab summer roll. The service was pretty quick and order was ready in 15 mins. Loved the California rolls better than the traditional one . Though the rolls taste amazing it is too small i feel compared to the other places . However I love the packing and the cute soya sauce jars . Service and taste are good

Not bad,but problem with juice

Looking for a super tasty Japanese food is n bay square !? Well then sushi counter is definitely a tip pick - yes the restaurant looks more like a order and go restaurant but when u taste the food u know wow thats the right place for some super Delicious Japanese kitchen - they also deliver so try their food and u will be definitely satisfied - and fair prices by the way 💪👍👍

Very unhygienic - lot of flies flying around, better to take away, but the food is pretty good!

Food was good, quite fresh. Decent selection on the menu. Although we were the only two people in the place at the time, the appetisers took over 25 mins to arrive.

It’s the second time I come to this restaurant and I cannot get my order properly done! On my first time, I ordered the poke bowl and it came missing some ingredients. Also we were only 5 people on the restaurant and we waited about 40 min for the order to be done. The food was good though, and for that reason I decided to give a second chance. I went there again, only me and my husband. Only two of us on the restaurant, it was not a busy time and again... we waited a lot to receive the food. When I was doing the order I reminded the lady to be careful with my order because of last bad experience. And guess what... my order came missing ingredients again! (For poke bowl you pay each ingredient). Then I asked the waitress about it and she just said that the item I choose was finished. Ok! There is no problem on it, but just tell me, and ask me to choose another item to replace. I paid for it! Do not just give me my order incomplete! This is so unprofessional! They don’t know how a restaurant works. They brought my husband’s order first, and after five minutes, mine. We ordered together. We are supposed to receive our plates, together! It’s basic! I will never come back and I don’t advise no one to come as well.

Fresh sushi and a good atmosphere for a business lunch.

Not fresh unfortunately..maybe it will improve over time.

Food is good as sushi can be but problem is their non transparent menu - they show you a menu with smaller prices and when you are about to pay they show you the actual menu that they keep next to the cashier. That is extremely irresponsible! Also staff are too lethargic, good takes loooong time to be prepared and in the end they confuse your orders, sometimes bringing you something that you didnt even order. Im not going there anymore.

Great sushi good value for money.

Just so, so bad all round and a terrible reflection of the Sushi Counter chain. Food lethargically slow to be prepared, the service staff not paying attention to orders and requests. They will tell you they are out of stock of items that are literally on the shelf next to them! And the food - poorly prepared, bad temperature and not served with the correct cutlery, condiments or in the right order. Twice I came here and was served Katsu Curry before sushi (???)It is no wonder they have 50% off for half the week. Avoid, go to Cafe Sushi in Fairmont.

Cutesy Sushi joint. The finger rolls.. avocado and salmon roll , miso soup, and salmon sashimi my favorites. Fast, lovely, and affordable.
