Their pizza is the most Italian pizza in Dubai, exactly same as you will get in Napoli. Also their appetizer Terra Mia is just to die for especially for seafood obsessed like me 😅. And they serve chinotto - Italian coke but better!

Very small salad portions, but... That is something with most of restaurants in dubai. Charge between 30 and 60 dhs, for handfull of rocca is something that needs change. Margarita too salty, and my pizza came in like it was in car accident. Thst is probably thanks to delivero. I had to add more rocca salad my self and 2 tomatoes to get proper salad amount. My son usually eats whole pizza with ease, now he had half because of salt... Regarding chicken with mushroom, with white sauce... 😂 😂 😂 I belive there was competition of who will cut chicken thinner.You can see in picture below a meal of 360 dhs... I will not order again..

I heard about the “best pizza in Dubai” and travelled from Abu Dhabi to taste the product. WOW! Definitely worth the trip. Classic pizza with super delicious pistachio cheese cake.The service was fast and the Filipina waitress was friendly and efficient even though was busy. The layout is funky,clean and spacious. Highly recommend this establishment for dine in and at night sitting outside was cool and fresh.

I’m Italian and my expectation about pizza is always very high. It is easy to find pizza in Dubai; to find a real Naples pizza it is almost impossible. Pulcinella is, in my opinion, serving the best pizza you can have in Dubai. All pizzas are topped with high quality stuff and the dough is simply perfect. Special mention to the dessert Pulcinella Cassata: I cannot finish my meal without it!

Pizza was good but honestly not the best. Due to limited seating inside the restaurant, we found the staff pushy for us to pay and vacate the table. Overall its small, cozy and clean place with an open kitchen owned by an Italian family from Naples (as advised by our Italian friends)Servers are courteous and proactive!Big plus is the play area opposite to the restaurant. Another good way is to have your meal in the outdoor area and see your kids play, when the weather gets cooler.

Had a very bad experience here. We usually visit an Italian joint for dinner with friends once a month. A friend recommended Pulcinella, and we finally decided to visit. I usually don’t highlight negatives on social media about Venue’s I visit cause I believe every establishment has a not so great day. But the sheer humiliation I faced today with friends just brought this out. Had booked a table with them and once we got there they literally put us at a table facing a wall. We requested for a better table as there were couple of them free anyways. The guy denied it saying we have a low priority booking (don’t even know what that means). He was outright rude in the way he behaved. Didn’t even wait around to talk to us or even explain the situation. Very disappointed. I just have to put this out here, so people don’t get as disappointed as we did today.

Definitely the best pizza in Dubai. If you are looking for an authentic Napoli style pizza this is the place to go. Nice outdoor terrace and cozy atmosphere inside. 100% recommended

I had the Quatre Fromage pizza. Excellent. Couldnt be more delicious. Thin crust. The place is cute. Clean. The restaurant is tucked away in back of building so not very easy to find.

Authentic Italian food. Nice place to sit outside. The setting makes it even more pleasant to dine at. Next to a childrens play area which wasnt an issue for us but there could be kids around at dinner time.

Worst treatment by the staff, so rude and disrespectful. They have literally thrown us out, never visiting them again. Been in UAE for 18years and never experienced such humiliation in any restaurant.Strange how they did not care what we are feeling, even when we voiced it to them.They did not care if we were there for 1st time and they are going to lose any business forever.By the way, as i understand from person (Jo**) that they have higher priority for people booking through direct call over people booking through their own recommended apps.He denied that they have any booking on my name, but when i showed the msg received for confirmed booking, he said it low priority booking than direct call booking.Left humiliated with guests, without even sitting..NOT RECOMMENDED, WILL NEVER VISIT AGAIN.

Very friendly staff. The food is nice, I would say authentic Italian style; not a place if you are expecting fusion pizzas (e.g. paneer tikka pizza, chicken tikka pizza etc.).

REvisited Pulcinella again last week. Service was way much better comparing to my 1st visit a month ago. Waiter was welcoming, gave attention to details and table was sanitize properly. I had a good thin crust pizza. The owner is very responsive.

I’m yet to visit the restaurant but have had amazing deliveries. The food has always been exceptionally good and it tastes authentic Italian. The owner seems very hands on and rectified a small delivery glitch by driving down and delivering the food himself, on a Thursday night, which made me feel valued as a customer and the food, yet again tasted amazing.

Been going to this place when theyre still in Barsha. Visited them again when they moved to Sports City. The last time I had dinner, I was totally disappointed. Food isnt great anymore, not consistent. Staff seems unhappy thats why their customer service is poor. They should improve big time.

Pizza arrived rather cold. Crust was really nice but the toppings lacked something. Their truffle oil pizza was really off...most of my guests didnt finish their slice and it ended up in the rubbish. I have to say that the chunks of ground beef dotted on top didnt seem to have any seasoning and were really visually unappealing. I will not be back. From what I can gauge from the reviews, others have really enjoyed their food and its why I ordered, but it was not our experience.

We ordered via deliveroo after following strict diets and wanted something heavy for a weekend cheat meal. We had a good experience once previously, not to be repeated. Everything arrived cold, bland and hard after accepting to wait for 2 hours delivery & preparation time. We ordered 4 items between 2 people, we picked at each dish and left them in their boxes. The food had little flavour, texture or just about any enjoyable points at all. We felt as though they had been left on a hot plate since the day before. What a disappointment.

Good Napolitan style pizzas, fabulous gnocchi, probably the best in Dubai! Can actually taste the potato instead of flour. Service is ok. The waiter messed up our order. It was expected given the fact that he didnt write down our order. He should have a pen and note pad to take orders to avoid mistakes like this. Anyway, we ate the mistake and luckily it was a good mistake. Price wise, I would say the pizzas are a tad more expensive than other pizzerias. Bill came up to almost 300 dirham for 2 bottles of water, 2 mains, 2 pizzas and a starter.

Been here many times before with my family. Always a pleasant stay. Took some friends over this time around instead. They have unanimously decided that this is their new #1 go-to place for pizza, calzones and Italian delicatessen! 😁👍

This eatery was recommended to me by my friend. We went twice to be able to sample more dishes. First time we had the Capriccioso pizza which was excellente perfectly done, and a pasta dish which was equally delicioso.Tonite we had the Calzone (asked without the black pepper since i never heard of such) with marinara sauce on the side, and pasta pesto with chicken. The calzone was so big and really deliciosa, my friend and I fought over it. It’s been over 20 yrs since i had a real Italian calzone, the ones I tried in many restaurants in Dubai were meager in ingredients, runny in sauce (pink water !!!). This one was oven baked and loaded. One take was that both the pasta and the calzone were salty but wasn’t too bad. The pasta was dry and undercooked (less than al dente).Yes I agree with one reviewer that inside was too bright and noisy, and the outside too dark, but overall you could feel the italian ambiance from the Italian spoken by the owner and his guests and some patrons.

From an Italian...The pizza was burnt ,We asked to change it , where the Italian owner got surprised that was burnt , and he changed it in one second .I can see that the owner is trying his best to have a good place ,but I don’t think we will get a good Italian food when the people cooking the pizza are not Italian .I’m Italian , and I was so proud to take someone there to show The heart of Italy in dubai and eat my country food .The salad was served without olio d’oliva and aceto balsamico .We had to ask for it .The cleaning was horrible: toilets are so dirty and full of water, and toilet paper on the floor .I couldn’t walk inside with the abaia, or even wash my hands , because the water was everywhere .Not going anymore there .

A great Italian restaurant! The food is very tasty, their pizza is excellent.Good to know that they are serving cuoppo, deep fried Napoli style bites!!They have outdoor terrace just in front of the newly filled with water canal in Sport City. The staff is welcoming and polite. I am happy with this place and highly recommend it for Italian food lovers.

For the price you pay for a pizza in what is supposed to be a Pizzeria you expect at least they can do a margarita, not this place apparently tried also the Amalfi one which is 80 DIRHAMS terrible, dry dough not crunchy even, tasteless, with like 3 pieces of sausage, and low quality truffle.Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone you can have a way much better Italian pizza with same price or even cheaper from other places.Avoid or at least dont order delivery

It is definitely a little piece of Naples and Italy in Dubai. The quality of the ingredients and the food are exceptional! The owner, Domenico, is kind and detail oriented. Everything is cooked and prepared according to the authentic recepies of the Neapolitan cuisine. I advice the of the house starter. 5 stars.

It was our first visit to this restaurant and we have been fully satisfied. Great service, clean restaurant with a nice Italian atmosphere and delicious food. We tried the penne with tomato sauce, spaghetti alle vongole and calzone. Simply delicious all of them. Its definitely a place we will visit more often.
