Love the pizza from Oregano Restaurant. Couple of days ago ordered their do-it-yourself pizza kit for adults and kids. We opted for the vegetarian pizza kit. It was easy to bake and comes with instructions. In 6 easy steps and in 6 minutes the pizza was ready. It was fresh, flavorful and delicious. The pricing is very reasonable too.

They have this pizza kit, with pizza base, sauces and veggies packed aesthetically for us to prepare the pizza on our own.Without a second thought, I ordered this pizza kit and made one by myself. I had so much fun making pizza with little motivation from Oregano, and it turned out to be very delicious.

I’ve tried their ravioli 🧏🏼‍♀️ 5 stars pizza margarita 5 stars! But this time I opted for something different tartufo e mozzarella but the truffle was very strong and the pizza was oddly dry and cold. I personally do not enjoy cold pizzas. Generally, the food is lovely. There’s are only two or three tables inside and more of an outdoor seating for cooler weather days. But I really enjoy the cosiness of this place.

Food wise I would say one of my favourite Italian joints in Dubai. I am a regular at their mirdif city center branch and I had suggested Oregano to my parents. My experience at the Oregano restuarant at motor city was below average as they seemed to have different rules for different people when it came to covid 19 regulations imposed by the government. The manager (Ms.A) didnt seem to care about this / neither did any of the staff members. I did have a call with the manager responsible for all the stores in the UAE Mr. A on this and he has assured me that this wouldnt happen again. Nevertheless I was very disappointed with this incident and I am disappointed that my image of such a good restuarant has been tarnished with this incident.

Very disappointing service! I ordered online with Deliveroo and 2 hours later no food arrives and no one answering the phones after 5 attempts. I wanted to try this restaurant for the first time but unfortunately will now not be trying them at all! I would like to know what happened as it seems the order was never placed even though it said delivery on its way

This place is great as usual! Their food is well made and delicious. Service is exceptional as well (except when they are crowded)...they have limited seating indoors but many tables are served on the outside (they have casual, comfortable seating).. unfortunately, they dont have dedicated washrooms, its shared and common across the little mall they are located in.

As we entered we were greeted immediately by the friendly staff. The incredible aroma of herbs and hit us in the nicest way. We ordered pizza and pasta. The pizza crust was crisp and flavorful. The toppings complemented each other. The sauce was just about right & the mozarella tasted perfect with very little oil. Our pasta was infused with so many gorgeous flavours and herbs. The Worst food and delivery ever … un professional customer service and all the time mistaken order and a long delay of receiving the order their kitchen always know a hurry and they don’t care about the food quality

Lovely place and delicious food.

Visited this place on a weekday for lunch . Another authentic Italian place worth a visit with minimal seating indoors and plenty of outdoor seatings . The service staff were super courteous and suggested us couple of must haves . We had chicken wings (lemon &herbs) followed by Pizza Margherita, Risotto de Mare(sea food), Fusilli Alfredo Con pollo(chicken).  Chicken wings were good , Margherita was perfect , Alfredo is one of my favorites but really didnt like it much here as i found it too dry , though the taste was good would prefer it to be little more saucy. Sea food Risotto is defnitely one of the best i loved here , very flavorful and a super generous portion with enough of shrimps, octopus, calamari and i enjoyed thoroughly .  For the dessert tried Cannoli Siciliani, a pastry dessert stuffed with  ricotta cream which was quite good and also tried the chocolate fudge cake  which i really loved but for the caramelized almonds topping as i personally not a great fan of it , but the chocolate cake was super fresh , soft and i relished every bite . For the drinks we had fresh orange juice and passion fruit mojito and i loved the fresh orange juice .Ambience -- goodService --ExcellentFood -- Very goodPrice --Worth it

Well the good is ok. Dont expect particularly well trained staff. It will do for just a simple quick byte without high expectations.

My favorite Italian restaurant in UAE 🇦🇪, the food is yummy, they always serve this bread with oregano and tomato dip for free while you wait so you wont starve while waiting for the order and the rustic ambiance is just perfect especially in winter. I can’t count how many times ive been to the restaurant maybe 2-3x in a week. The staff is also helpful and friendly and there are times also that they already know our order they are so smart to remember.

We had dinner few times there and we still go some time to time. Convenient Italian restaurant, menu is quite complete, there is something for everyone. I love their Gamberetti Spaguetti. Service is also good. However small restaurant. Possible to seat outside though.

I love ordering from Oregano and Motor City branch js my favorite to visit. They have a great app for orders, fast delivery and most important - amazing food. Beef was melting in my mouth and tomato sauce goes very well with sweet potato mesh. Thank you ☺️

So I took my family along with me there, and needless to say the entire restraunt has 3 tables with no regard to social distancing.The waiter who invited us in I had to politely reject, just kept staring angrily at me as if I just insulted his entire family!Left and definitely wouldnt return there again.Youre neighboring restraunts has some of the best food and respectable servers. I would recommend upping up your game a bit Oregano to compete with the competition

First and last time ordered from this place. It was recommended by a dear friend who is also gluten-free as I am, we are already challenged in our food intake, but after this experience I probably would give up any ideas with pizza.1. Order over the phone wAs taken in a rush, without any attempt to offer more variations, when I tried to joke, the operator had to reply “oh, I’m very scared!”, which I find inappropriate.2. Pizzas arrived in a plastic bag at my door and was wet from its own heat. Definitely it wasnt hot anymore (still blame the distance thou), nor crispy, so I chew a wet dough with cheese on it.3. What made me furious to write this review is an outrageous attItude of the delivery person. He kept arguing and replying very rude to my questions on why he didn’t bring the Payment machine or expecting my change, Moreover by waving his hand to my side and throwing his “Khalas” (Arabic word “stop” or “finish”).An absolute fail of offering service and service related to food.I would assume none of the staff had experience in hospitality, neither had any trainings . If you’re looking for a place in the Sports City, Motor City, Arabian Ranches area Oregano is a great little eatery. They have both in and outdoor seating. The night we ate there all the tables inside were filled. Service was quick, friendly and the food tasty. The salmon comes in a variety of dishes. I’ve tried them all at some point and enjoyed them all. I used to just order their food for delivery, but decided to visit the restaurant this time. It was worth it.

We ordered through the oregano app at 632pm and called the outlet around 746pm to check where the order is. They said its still in there. Its 842 now and order just arrived.The outlet should have communicated at the least. Anyway - we wont be ordering anytime soon..

Very good concept! Wish they would get rid of that glamorous menu and concentrate on ten items those are spot on!!!Work on improving the quality of food served! Train the chef and staff to get it going well. Thank you

The food was well below average.The ravioli with salmon was creasy and tasteless. The waiters were not a smiling not a word not even asking if you want a desert or a coffee. A total silence. I cannot recommend at all this place.

I ordered to Oregano through Zomato, the food took 1:30 to reach to JVC from Motor City. My surprise was that it was not my food, I called the restaurant and they were not even delivering the right food or recharging the money. This is what in my culture I call thiefs. If they dont care about a customers who is ordering every week, I dont think they deserve one more order.

Nice food and good service. Kids love the pizza and pasta very much. Especially the seafood( crab with prawn and etc) pasta super tasty, you shall not miss it.

Oregano started off really well. But recently the quality of their food is just extremely poor.Last time I ordered pizza - all my friends and I had a stomach ache and felt unpleasant about the pizza.The pizza was so oily and no flavour.I really enjoyed it when it opened but now I wont ever order from it ever again.

The restaurant is very small and cosy. But really too small to be able to have a place without reservation. So I suggest just order take out. But the food is incredible. Everything on the menu will have you coming back for more.

Ordered food delivery and it was very tasty. Had the prawn pasta and cannoli dessert. However, the portions were small for the price... particularly the dessert. It was tiny!

If youre in Dubai and you have not tried the Biryani from here, you need to do that right now. I am not a rice fan but their Biryani is on top of all my favourites. It is just way too good. Their Seekh Kebabs and Mutton Tikka can be discussed later too but the Biryani has to be honoured in my whole review.Ambience: A very standard and non-fancy arrangement. Comfortable though.Service: The service was quick but the staff really needs to improve on their people skills.Food: The food here is exceptional. Everything on our table was on point, presented well and had great flavour.Location: The location is prime but no parking. I hope they sort that out somehow.Recommendations: Definitely will be going back here for some more of the amazing experience.

Ordered Margarita pizza, it weight nothing, super thin, 250g maybe. It a shame. For 130 dirhams for 3 pizzas it hardly enough food for three kids. At least yhere must be size options or indicate how big Regular pizzas are.

Food is bad. I had the tomato cheese bruchetta and the mozzarella sticks as appetizers - both terrible. For main course i had the ravioli fiorentina. The raviolis are not bad but spinach with ricotta cheese did not mash well with the red sauce. Then i tried their chocolate milk shake - it was ok. Service was fast but not of quality.
