Their flatbreads are simply awesome. Its a family recipe which has really grown to reach outstanding levels of taste. Our favorite here is the Margherita(5/5) and we also tried the chicken Caesars salad(4/5) and the mac n cheese (4/5). Pricing is affordable, delivery was quick and everything was double sealed for extra protection. Try the flatbread, you wont be disappointed.

The pasta came spilled, bag was torn, the box was open! The order was late by 1.5 hours . Horrible experience and I have given you guys multiple chances and you don’t wish to change your quality and service. Even during the covid pandemic there is no safety precautions . This is horrible . Am complaining to Dubai health and safety authorities .. the driver refused to come and check the condition of the order.Dear World ,Never buy from them. !

Zero understanding of my requirement yet 100% confirmation of the order.1 hour afterwards and the order is still wrong.On top of that they rejected to pay me back the cash for another 3-5 working days keeping in mind that i paid in cash.This kind of mistakes happens few times and now I’ll never order from them due to the service, continues misunderstanding, and time wasting.

Horrible customer service after multiple issues with online orders.

I called and placed the order and I have been waiting for 1 hour and 4 minutes so I called to follow up and they said “ your order is still in our kitchen “ and I asked the call center for how long I have to wait and the lady said we will give an offer I don’t care about your offer I’m hungry and starving so I couldn’t wait much longer and I canceled my order and I regretted the day I called and ordered.For me it was unsatisfying experience ever I had with any restaurant.
