I am disappointed from Liza and Ahmed, I have tried to explain them that I call to order to take away, and I have voucher to redeem. However While i reach to cafe and they say voucher only for take way and you are in cafe. So you can not take away. I like this place, pizzas are amazing but I had tried my level best to understand the logic and answer is only. No Sir we can not do it.

Were thankful to our server and the team; will definitely return to the restaurant and hope to enjoy the same level of service we were offered today.

Best Italian restaurant on Jumeria beach. Margarita pizza was to die for, and so was the tiramisu. We enjoyed everything we ordered. Weather was too good to sit inside, but I was lucky enough to take a peak in and take a few snaps.

Average food. Free bread was cold and soft. Ambience was okay

The chain is well known and the food is .moderately good as anywhere else. The problem here is the service. We never got the glasses for the water and at the end of the dinner the dishes of the starters were still on the table. We have been served by 7 different waiters who of course never felt responsible for a good experience. Dont go here.

The pizzas were delicious especially the one with eggplant! Great view of the beach and Dubai eye. Good value if using your Entertainer 2 for 1 coupon. Thumbs up for great service. Will return for more...

Fratelli La Bufala is a famous chain of Neapolitan Pizzeria (& Restaurant).This one is located in Dubai Marina, by The Beach @ JBR.As per tradition, pizzas are very good (very close to the original ones).On the menu, they also have pasta but we do not try it.Good service (and Italian speaking staff).Prices are high (around 20€ per 1 pizza), but these are Dubai standards.

Unprofessional without any advance information at the end of our dinner they told they don’t accept credit card. Staff friendly and pizzas good! However be prepared any kind of bad surprises that may ruin your night!

This was our first night in Dubai seeking for a good night chill. We have ended up here in this restaurant hoping for a good Italiano food. We have ordered several meals of pasta. All ordered meals are the worst ever I have experienced and they are not fresh as well. Will never sustain eating there again and will never recommend to this restaurant to anyone. I believe they have to change their chef and foods ingredients.

Great pizza. Im Italian and I really appreciated their pizza, its one of the closest ones to the traditional Italian pizzas Ive found out of Italy. I also had a delicious bloody Mary. Watch out, its a bit spicy!

We had 3 types of pasta (penne with seafood sauce, spaghetti pomodori and risotto with seafood), all of them didnt have much flavour. Service was friendly, place looked nice, had a good atmosphere and was clean

Amatriciana didnt like the pizza. For the same price can be found in another restaurant. Service is mediocre.

Great service provided by Kamran, food was served quickly and tasty besides complementary hot breads.Staff were friendly in general, the manager though should socialize and engage or at least greet the customers instead of sitting hiding his face in his laptop

The food was absolutely delicious and the manager took great care of us. We had the pizza and rigatoni pasta, with the donut with Nutella for dessert! Definitely will be going back every time we visit Dubai.

I definitely can say that up to now the best Italian pizza in Dubai. Finally a pizza that taste as a pizza. Nice location too and quick service.

The ambience was good. But very poor service. The most of all that caught my attention is their WC very dirty. Not clean and not sanitize. Needs improvement.

Had a really nice pizza here. Seems to be overpriced for what it is but it might be a prime location issue.

The food was fine. However they dont accept credit card, which seems to be their way to trick you. First you dont get any change at all. After being ignored for 5 min and they pushing to get the change, they only gave part of it.

Just avoid this place, disappointed in the food and staff.We ordered 2 pizzas and a burger that wasnt a burger at all.... Unless you like pita over burger buns, undercooked and lacking flavour.Pizza was not pizza, soggy and the garlic pizza had zero flavour, how do you mess this up?!And the chair my partner was sitting on broke at the end of the night...After expressing all this they did remove the cheap pizza from the bill and express their apologies, well be avoiding this place until we see some mega improvements.

Nicely located on the JBR beach, whereby u can watch the drone show and enjoy an authentic Italian meal.Aglio e oilo pasta and their Filet are to die for... not to mention the exceptional service provided by their friendly staff specially Ahmed.Highly recommended!

Very creamy and tangy with the dressing.Papperdelle Bolgnese was delicious, however the chicken main course was very dry and not very interesting. Literally cold and dry grilled chicken with some bread and a tomato sauce. Maybe some vegetables or the served warm over the chicken would help.Service: 3/5Massive gap with starters and main course and the bill took ages to arrive after various reminders.Ambiance: 4/5We sat outside on the terrace in the evening which was magical.

Had an amazing lunch here recently. Food is flavoursome and presented to a good standard. Great pizza crust but the bases could be a little bit crisper. Their pizza dough burger was a standout for me, packed with a juicy lean buffalo patty and fresh vegetables it really left me wanting more. Service could have been a little friendlier but otherwise great location and decent price. Check it out if youre along jumeriah beach.

Impressed. This was the first place I ate in Dubai. Food was very good. Enjoyed the immune as overlooked the beach. Food cooked well and very tasty. Would go back. £30 for starter and 2 pasta dishes at lunch.

It is well located and this time of the year (April) very convenient to enjoy outdoor seating.But the waiters very inflexible to rearrange a table. Regarding the food, there are few options in the menu and what we asked not tasty as expected.

My 2nd time in this restaurant and I ordered tag same dishes as they were delicious. Their la Bufala salad with its main ingredient the cheese is light but isnt lacking in flavor. Their Lasagna is perfect, and the pizzas are a must!

Food was really bad, cups were dirty so instead of bringing clean ones, their smart waiter offered plastic ones..... after leaving all the plates 90% untouched, the waiter was only interested in counting the money left... wonder how they have different reviews! 1 star is too much. Location is very good.

I want to highlight the quality of the food along with the quality of the service. Pizzas are really good, the waiters tell you about the discounts and they take care of you all the time. Thanks to Ahmed, the Italian waiter that also speaks Spanish and treated us very good.

Love the salads. Theyre healthy and tasty: the perfect food-break during a day at the beach. Ahmed is lovely!! Really professional and full of attention for his customers. Will definitely go again.
