I liked the pizza

Just ordered 2 pizzas from them and they taste bland. Like nothing. We ordered chicken Tikka and theres no spice or kick to it AT ALL. The pizzas also have an oily aftertaste which is so disgusting! Dont waste your money here!! NEVER AGAIN.

Have been having their pasta for quite some time and loved it till date. But orders today two chicken pasta and pasta were like liquid without and cheese or taste. Will never have it again.

Place an order via Zomato today at 7:36PM, called the driver as order is 50 mins in and did not receive yet. Driver said Vanellis did not prepare my food yet. called the driver again at 1 hr 15 mins from the time I ordered, he let me speak to the restaurant and said that they were having problems receiving my order with Zomato. the restaurant said they will prepare within 10-15 mins. called again the driver to ask for update. he said that Vanellis has not prepared my food yet.All the time Im calling the driver and speaking to Vanellis, Im also chatting with Zomato. Its not my problem that you guys are having technical issues. Dont accept any order if your having that problem. Seriously Im being generous with this 1 star review.Stay away from ordering from Vanellis via Zomato!!!

Its so weird what people expect . Its Fast Food, translating in to food that comes out fast. What do you expect?Its decent version of pizza and pasta, served quick time and at the right price. Staff are normal minimum paid, painted smiles and take the money.If your in the mall, feel like pizza, this is for you. Otherwise, dont travel in to it or anything like that. One reviewer said best pizza joint in town. They probably need to get out a little more.

Good quality and price...

In love with their food but just to add that pastaa is abit blank. Not very tasty it must need some spices or salt. The pizza offers coming with the carrefour receipt is good though.

I always ordered the same white sauce and spaghetti pasta with either bacon or shrimp and broccoli/tomatoes, and I loved it each time. Not a fan of their pizza, thus my 2-star reservation.

I ordered from them using Deliveroo app. Had to wait for more than an hour for the call and telling me that the location I have provided was somewhere far from my current location, even though there was clear explanation of the address and the pin dropped in the map while placing the order.I am not gonna order from this restaurant again and also I am deleting Deliveroo app as well!The funniest part of all this is that I am located next to Mall of Emirates but they still found the way to make it complicated. I could literally walk to MOE and bring food myself and it wouldn’t take even an hour.What to do, if there’s no efficiency in their work then there’s nothing we can do about it.

Nom nom deliciously delicious and fresh. Love there pastas and pizza too. Only if they serve in proper plates specially for dine in as those disposable material of plates and spoons is the only thing which is making it fall into a bad impression.

Awful experience ordering from this restaurant. They quoted 40 minutes through Deliveroo for delivery however 1hr 20min later, still no food. Their location is just a few km from me so how does it take so long? Additionally, their phone number is disconnected and you cannot reach them. Very, very poor service and no apology given either. If I could rate zero, I would.

Extremely unprofessional staff. Visited with kids and they allow people to cut in front of you and then do not even apologise but fight when pointed out. When I asked the name of the person she didn’t say. Also they do not have name tags so you don’t know who’s rude.

Cashier and manager not respectful with customer cooking 2 pizzas medium chicken (80aed) after 1 customer takes them 30 minutes to serve and no smile nothing... never come back

Yesterday I was there for lunch around 4pmI ordered a pasta comboWhen it was delivered the water was at room temperatureI needed cold so I carried and ask to change it the cashier dutifully took it and inspected the bottle seal for opening or any tamperThis small things show the amount of training given about security to staffIt is really a great job kudos to the 💪Well done Vanellis

Insensitive behavior of the chef! I’m a pure vegetarian. Ordered for a veg pasta which had a piece of beef in it. Chef was totally insensitive and said he will make a new pasta. He said a piece of beef could have just fallen in the pasta. The attitude of the other staff working there was similar. They said the manager was not available and cannot be reached.

We have always come regularly in this branch because the first time we tried their mixed sauce pasta and chicken tikka pizza it was amazing! But today we are so disappointed because the pasta I ordered looked so pale, so watery and tasteless. Not to mention the chicken in it that looks as white as raw tofu 🥴 And we noticed that it was not the regular Chef was doing the orders but the lady in black which we think is the In-charge and not Chef (from the way she held the pan). Wont dine in here anymore unless we see again the Indian Sardar Chef making the orders.

It was long time when last time i eat there but when i tried today i can say that food not same before and very normal unlike before it was very delicious :(

It’s welcome to hv a real Italian eatery as part of a food court at a mall. It’s rather a fast food eatery than a restaurant, since you can get a slice of pizza or a lasagna or other ready made pasta, and all are good indeed.

One of the worst crew Ive ever met. Nikki is a b. ! Shes working in the mall of the emirates. She doesnt know how to handle guest ! Fire her ! Short temper ! How could you hire someone like her. She even put us on a pressure mode while looking at your menu.

I was looking for a light snack, and discovered this place which serves pizza by the slice! With one wish fulfilled, I asked for the pizza slice to be warm and fresh! But alas, that wasnt to be! The pasta is also so-so and they need to hurry up with their service!

I am in love with their pasta, i love that the design of the kitchen is open and u have the choice to put whatever you want in your pasta

Dont get pizza delivered through Deliveroo from this location. They will cancel your order and never tell Deliveroo. An hour and a half after my order went in, and online with Deliveroo customer service, then they were kind enough to tell me they canceled the order. Good pizza but this branch has some issues.

Very bad, it is not italian for sure , food for animals,poor quality, was able to try one spoon.horrible. my son vomited after trying their bolognese

It is not Italian....worst pasta I have ever had...pls dont visit....you will end up wasting your money...I was damn hungry n craving for pasta...but after having this....I dont feel like having pasta in near future

The last time we visited them in The Dubai Mall they were very bad in terms of the variety of vegetables availableAlso, there is no garlic (finished quantity)!Broccoli and mushrooms were among the vegetables, so should they take extra money for them?Do not eat with them!
