Food was amazing, atmosphere’s great, the staff are helpful. I personally really liked the design of the restaurant as well. If you’re going to go, I suggest trying either the risotto or the lobster spaghetti. Perfect place for a dinner date or a night out with some friends.

From the minute you walk in you feel welcomed. This was probably the friendliest reception by everyone that Ive experienced in Dubai.It doesnt stop here, the food was simply delicious. The service was excellent and the ambiance felt relaxing and very upmarket.In a city full of excellent fine dining options, these guys make a compelling case for themselves.

Luxury restaurant in luxury area. Dress properly.Nice table confortable. and luxury decoration. Food was quite good. Waiters are friendly.The bill was high so be aware of that.I would have putted 5 stars if they would have done a special gesture after having spilled the glass of wine on me while serving.For a place like this you can offer something or make a apology gesture.Other people or nationalities would have made a scandal for that and asked for compensation. We were very friendly and said nothing. Keep this in mind ...

Absolutely loved it. Not only is the food top quality, the service is par excellence. We went to celebrate our 3rd day of EID and had a great time.Availability: recommended to make a reservation to avoid delays and also to get the preferred spot inside or near the entry doorOur order:We shared 2 starters between two people. We had Tomato Soup with Burrata Cheese and Kale Salad with Parmesan Cheese and with lemon dressing on top. While each one of these dishes were remarkable and full of flavours.For the mains, we had risotto with mushroom and aged blacked truffle , and parmigiana. The risotto was very tasty to our taste and it was cooked to perfection. We also had Penne Arrabbiata which was delicious but the species didn’t speak out loud.The service was excellent and the ambiance felt relaxing and very upmarket.

If that would be possible- i would give Marea 6 starts.This place has been my favourite in New York and re-locating to Dubai to find the same top level of execution was great. The food makes its magical experience for any foodie. I can only keep coming back myself and recommend to everyone to give it a try. And if you chose only 1 dish to taste- go for Fusilli- it will make you addicted:)

Ambiance: 4/5, the inner ambiance is really beautiful, however I found their balcony patio too cramped and crowded.Service: 5/5 Very friendly, polite, and attentive servers. I was even served a complimentary dessert which was really good.Food: 3/5 I had the lobster spaghetti and passione arrabiata cocktail which were really good. The sauce of the spaghetti was great and so was the lobster but I found the spaghetti quite over cooked as I like it al dente ): . Moreover, I wouldn’t pay 195 aed (53.09 usd/ 66.80 cad) for a dish like that. The menu does have options for everyone though. I really enjoyed the cocktail especially that their cocktail list was super unique. I would definitely be back.Overall: Underrated spot, overpriced food, quality cocktails, great service.

Good italian in DIFC, was verybquite on a weekend afternoon, service was good, food is ok too.

Best Italian food in Dubai - delicious entrees (special mention to their lobster & burrata and very tender polipo), and their homemade pastas are absolutely gorgeous. Their rigatoni with wagyu and spaghetti with clams and calamari are simply sublime. The garganelli with truffle is also very nice; I remember the texture of their garganelli - very smooth and combined with the creamy sauce, it is dreamy). My husband had bistecca of wagyu and loved it too. I had given up finding nice Italian food in Dubai and finally found it. (I was quite disappointed with Il Borro and Alici). If I could have pasta everyday, I would not go anywhere else. Last point, dessert was fine but nothing impressive. But I must say that in one of their business lunches, they served a watermelon with mint gelato which was great; delicate, refreshing and not too sweet, just perfect.

The worst ever experience in Dubai, the staff were rude since the moment we walked in. We know we have limited reservation time for dinner, however throughout the whole dinning experience, food was thrown to our tables, plates removed without consulting if we were finished. One of the staff stinked while he was constantly leaning over us while serving. Finally when we I asked for the parking to be stamped the head-waitress rudely asked me to go stamp it by myself at the reception desk. Footage can be reviewed by Marea management dated on the 10th of October.

Unsure what to make of Marea. The upstairs was pretty rich and classy but the lounge downstairs had a much nicer and welcoming vibe. Worth to try for the food and would recommend sitting downstairs.

Beautiful place in Difc which is my favourite area. Food was great and service as well. One of the floors is for smokers and it has a dj as well. Nice atmosphere and good vibe.

Amazing experience in Marea the tuna was so light and refreshing. The beet salad was very nicely balanced. And the turbot is so tasty. The crunchy buckwheat adds such a nice texture to the fish. And the grape sauce is different but yet somehow it works splendidly with the rest if the components. We also had the tiramisu which was divine, but we ate it before we got to take a photo. Recommend!!!!!! Will definitely come again.

This is hands down the best Italian restaurant in Dubai.Having been to their 2 Michelin star counterpart in NYC, I can safely say that the Dubai location is just as good.The lobster burrata, truffle garganelli pasta and chocolatto dessert are must haves.Keep up the good work Marea team!

Very nice location, nice vibe, expensive and food was average.

The ambience was great, the waiter was friendly. The food was amazing.We started with the lobster burrata which was perfect, then the wagyu beef tartare which was very good.Then we had our main dishes which included the veal in pasta and truffles with pasta. They were great!We ended with the cheesecake and lemon sorbet which was the perfect finish to this fantastic meal.

Excellent restaurant. Staff are friendly and attentive. We had James attending to us, who was excellent.The menu is limited but there is something for everyone.The restaurant is not cheap but the food we had was great and we had no complaints about the service. I would highly recommend people to try the place.

New place in DIFC, good decorations and professional team. The place is two floors, entrance from the upper floor that have the restaurant and lower floor is the bar. I think the lower floor however is good lacks the light setup that can make more life .Music was not wow. Better music mix would make more trendy.I am not sure really if I would hang out there more often?!

I went for a dinner to Marea with my friends, food was delicious! Atmosphere is on point, You need to try deserts ! OMG! One of the best which I ever tried in my life and I tried a lot ;) trust me! Must have visit place in Dubai! Fully recommend;) I will be back for sure ❤️

I have visited the restaurant couple of times and the service was optimal every time! Their New York outpost was one of my to go lunch place in Central Park south. I always go their for their beef marrow and octopus fusilli. When I saw they were coming to Dubai I was beyond thrilled. I love their focaccia free flow (guilty for food foccacia), their drinks are great! And I must say their wine selection is not bad at all.

Absolutely phenomenal! The BEST Italian restaurant I’ve ever been to globally. Even the service is here is amazing. Every single dish we ordered tonight was superb (including the side dishes and the dessert). The truffle pasta was incredibly fresh! This place blew my mind. I would definitely come back again and recommend this gem to everyone I know. Thank you so much to the staff for being so hospitable! We LOVED this place! 11/10!

The service was fantastic, but to be honest I wish the food was as good. We had the Sea bass and Wagyu beef mains. The sea bass was very much under seasoned. The beef was underwhelming. Not the standard of 5 star restaurants in the same category. A note to the front host, please don’t wear a chin mask. Ur smile is beautiful but not needed in these times.

Best Italian food in Dubai! The black truffle pasta is the best pasta ever. The seabass is highly recommended. And they can make vegetables taste amazing!

I was a frequent customer and advocate. Marea has a party for customers gave us all 50% off vouchers to use any time - what a nice gesture? Then they refused to honor it- say because of Covid they no longer care about their customers or brand. Very disappointed- doubt it will survive if this is how they treat good customers

How creative can it get. The dessert ball was beautiful!! I personally dint feel like eating it. It was topped with hot chocolate melting it from the center. Flavors were perfectly balanced. The ambience is very smoothing. Staff is extremely friendly.

If you want a relaxed and well-looked after, personalised (and non-snooty) evening offered by a Michelin Star restaurant, then definitely book your place at Marea at DIFC.Exquisite appetisers (best calamari in town!), well-flavoured main courses and delectable deserts (finger-licking good!) are the hallmark of this place. And that also includes a service that is par Excellance!Keep up the good work, Team Marea!

I’ve only been their once I do find the music selection that day a bit dull but again, the Vibe was great.Love you!! Marea family!

We were a group of 8 celebrating a birthday! Everything was exceptional food, service and ambiance. At the end of the delicious meal we were served the signature tiramisu as well as the birthday dessert complimentary! Our waitress Martha was so sweet. Would highly recommend this new gem in DIFC.

Love the ambiance and taste of italian dishes

It is still holiday time and very few people are aware that Marea opened in Dubai. I had the pleasure to dine at Marea NY and loved it. Today I tried the one in Dubai and was really good. The business lunch offers good size portions, pasta and risotto are “al dente “ and service attentive. The manager is the same who opened the NY restaurant so I expect the same standards to apply. There is a lounge area downstairs that will offer live music over the weekend including jazz, so I am up for trying it! Enjoy.
