Good food, nice place, free parking (you have to give them the ticket), they use Lavazza coffee, pizza was the best for me

This was my first time trying this restaurant, and I was truly impressed by their food. We started with the classic tomato bruschetta. Tasted fresh and really delicious! Then we ordered the truffle pizza, the crust was amazing and it was full of flavors! We then ordered their shrimp pasta 🍝 it’s light and simple and I enjoyed every bite of it. And finally ordered the cannelloni stuffed with chicken , feta and spinach which is a bit more heavy.. food arrived really fast! Very Satisfied with the quality and the service of this restaurant! Can’t wait to visit again and try new dishes

Its very quit place for small gathering , having fun and chill chatting, outdoor sitting is good with view of buildings surrendering you. Food was very good, fresh tasty and as requested

The crew lesly and the delivery staff zain they are very friendly and well accommodating..the food specially the pizza is really tasty healthy and worth the prize..i give it five star cause this is my number 1 resto so far..i suggest it also to my friends..i will keep coming back..job well done MAMMA ITALIA..

The food was really good. The best Italian food i had in Dubai. The food portion was more than enough for one person. And the good think about it isnt that expensive.

The resultant is dated, you can’t believe that this kind of restaurant can exist in such premium location, dubai downtown. I ordered pasta, arrived in exactly 3 min which is not a good sign so it’s either reheated or they just smashed some pasta in the overnight sauce. It was completely tasteless and the white sauce was blunt. I don’t know how some people rated it as the best Italian restaurant, compared to what resultants? I am not feeling well after my meal and a complete waste of calories and money 😞

Food is alright, but be weary of the service. It took us over an hour to get just 4 dishes. This seems to be a consistent issue.

The food quality is subpar. Greasy and tiny portions of unstuffed ravioli. I asked for a Pepsi and they brought me just the bottle even though all the other tables had a glass with ice, a lemon and a straw with their soft drinks. The prices are waaaaaay to expensive for the low quality food and service they deliver at this restaurant. Nope.

It is a great location. But very low quallity of food. This is not italian food. And the service was so poor. They cheated my put on my bill twice some product. It is a shame that they are allowed to use the name Italia.

I had here pasta with mushrooms followed by affogato... it was simply gorgeous.

We had the Polletto Alla Griglia Con Pattate - Roasted baby chicken with rocket salad and potatos and Cannelloni Agli Spinaci Con Pollo - Owen baked cannelloni filled with Chicken, Ricotta and Spinach. Both the dishes were very tasty. We liked the cannelloni more. Service was good too.

I was really disappointed with the quality of service as well as foodI was at downtown location a few minutes ago and me and my friends had to literally serve ourselves .. go up and down bringing what we needed like plates, tissue etc as there was no one around except one staff who was cooking and serving !I took a mango gelato and found insect in it!!!To make it worse.. when it was time to pay.. the staff had no idea as to what entertainer voucher means.. even more to even make a card transaction and I ended up doing it myself for him..Really pathetic!!

Terrible food - cheap ingredients and poorly prepared. Pizza is good but avoid pasta and meat dishes. An Italian restaurant should take pride in quality ingredients whereas what we received was embarrassing...

Overall good...... if you never had Italian food in your life.Everything other than the bottled Diet Pepsi was tasteless. When you depend on cheap ingredients, you get cheap dishes. 👎

Some of there pizzas are very nice. Great location. Surrounded by office towers. Adjacent to Fmart a provision store. Walkable distance from Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall Fashion Avenue entrance. Emaar Business Square office buildings are very nearby.
