After roaming around 4 to 5 Etisalat customer service centers for last 17 days, finally my issue has been solved in this center. Thanks to Ms. Libra for actively listening, understanding my issue and provided me the best service. She has good technical knowledge as well as handling customer problems very professionally and ethically.

It is highly disappointing that a service provider like Etisalat UAEEtisalat is least bothered to acknowledge my issue even after contacting them multiple times.I was a DU customer who recently decided to switch my connection to Etisalat based on a call I received from one of their representatives. The Etisalat customer service guy contacted me and offered to pay only 225 AED for the first 3 months if I switch my services to them. After the first 3 months, I will be paying AED 325, which was the same amount that I paid DU for the same benefits.I clearly asked the agent if I would be charged anything extra if I cancel my services at DU, and he promised me that there would not be any charges and I will be only paying the bill till my last day of connection with DU.I decided to switch my services only because I was facing some issue with my DU sim card signal.To my surprise, I got a bill from DU where I have been charged AED 300 for terminating the connection even though the agent from Etisalat promised me that I would not be paying anything to DU.I feel cheated as the customer service representative lied to me to close a sale. I want the authorities to check the call recordings, confirm my communication with the agent, and immediately take action because it is unethical for your representative to lie to a customer for the sake of a sale.

Big store with many sales & marketing people but zero technical experts. So the only option is the less than useful virtual assistant or live chat through the Etisalat app. Try to use the kiosk.

To whom it may concern,I upgraded my plan to the new freedom 600 plan and also applied for an additional SIM card (multi sim). The plan worked for a few days and everything was fine. Suddenly, three days ago, my SIM card stopped working and for the past three days I haven’t been able to make or receive calls or use my data. I went to Etisalat and was asked to try the new multi sim in my phone, which still didn’t work. They then said that all the SIM cards needed to be replaced even thought 3 of them worked fine. After issuing 5 new SIM cards, and deactivating all the previous SIM cards, now, none of the SIM cards are working! In the last three days I have spent more than 15 hours in Etisalat and the problem is ongoing! Instead of assisting me and rectifying the issue, they asked me to leave and call Customer Care to lodge a complaint over the phone, which means spending more hours explaining what’s happening over and over again. Then they will try to call me on the same number the issue is raised on and obviously won’t be able to reach me (since the SIM card is not working) and then they will close the case saying that they were unable to reach me. It just seems that no one cares enough. My time is valuable and I don’t want to spend the next few days on the phone with Etisalat or at any of the Etisalat branches. This issue is causing me considerable losses. There was a reason why I upgraded, so that I can make unlimited flexible calls and what has happened is defeating the whole purpose. I need to use my phone ASAP and need someone to assist me in rectifying this issue urgently.

Horrible service, staff are not helpful at all, they avoid even eye contact so you dont ask them, that shows lack of skills and they are not competent enough to face issues they create with customers, one of the staff charged me twice 750 aed stating that the connection was bad and the payment wasnt going through, and I kept explaining to him that the amount was deducted, but he refused to let go of me until I paid again, and voila another 750 was charged, asked for a cash refund but he refused, asking me to contact the finance department of itisalat, seriously this not my mistake dude, until now I didnt get my money back حسبي الله و نعم الوكيل

In my place... There is no internet facility.I applied In for eLife as my neighbor villa has already in August and I was informed very fast I will get service and its October... Still the waiting is going on.Its with planning dept since August or maybe more... I am very disappointed.

Etisalat is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. High prices, they know you have no option apart from using their services, they don’t care about anything called customer service or customer support especially for customers who used their services even for many years, the call centre team are untrained and very poor problem solving, 2 days back i waited more that 30mim on hold to tell me restart your connection again!!!very frustrating experience and I would never recommend using this company if you have another choice

Poor customer service. Uncaring attendants. Even if youre the first person in the store, they give priority to new subscribers; its a mission to cancel their services. The attendants would rather stand and chat saying that cancelations are not priority

Unprofessional manager : I was there in t evening time , duty manager and am quoting: do whatever you want: since Etisalat closed my number saying I didn’t pay my bill and even though I did show him the receipt that I still he didn’t care thinking he has all the authority and when I asked him to speak to someone else he told me do whatever you want there is no one higher than me here and not my job to connect you to Etisalat employees I’ve never experienced something like this before truly unprofessional as worst costumer service from his side what a shame employees in a big company like Etisalat act and speak with customers in this way !! Such a poor service!Visited 3 times to transfer mobile number from my company to another sister company but the staff kept asking for different things/doc each time and had to come back.First, had to wait for our turn which is absolutely fine later the customer service officer issued another token to told to wait for another customer service officer.Secondly, when its our turn the 2nd customer service officer asked us who gave us this token (Who transferred this to him-did not seem to help us), took documents and went to managers office.They denied to do the transfer job by asking to bring a brighter copy of est. card while we had a clear colour copy (stamped) of it.Just waste of time for a business.Disappointed.

Quick service machines to pay your bills. The staff are ok but 1 member of staff ignored me when I called him but the rest of staff are ok. They have 2 machines to pay bills or top up, good service to avoid queues. Its located on first floor at entrance A in mirdif city centre mall. Easy to find as its close to main entrance A.
