The worst of the worst.... Dont even think of doing business with them ... Regretting having Du connection from them....

Totally not acceptable and not trusted Company!They never care and never pick their phones while a corporate clients trying to get any support!!!Even the guy who has given us the mobile plans has not finished his job properly - the manager of this guy mr.Ubaid is avoiding our calls while hearing our name!Du service has send us the bill of the month which we have not even used because of this company negligence services! Just a waste of time and un acceptable service. Just give a try to reach their office number and when you said need to speak with management - they close the phone on your face.Reception people never transfer the call, and the Manager Ubaid never reply calls and emails!!I hope any other manager will look on this issue and Im expecting a call back!Gulf Environmment
