One of the worst customer service experience i had in my life, had to go 3 times with no use at all. Everytime their is a new problem and even the branch manager couldnt find a solution to a very simple process, and he didnt mind me leaving unhappy about the experience.

I like coming here as staff are friendly and helpful and it is not as busy in the mornings. There is also parking nearby.

A true Ambassador of the Emirates, Khalid went above and beyond with guest pacification and resolution during an Etisalat issue. His support and ability to source a solution was outstanding and his genuine care for the customers well being first class.The Senior Management need to recognise and reward this quality driven beacon of root cause identification and ownership...thank you Khalid.In addition..technician Ray another Grade A example of excellence...They altered myperception however the VirtualAssistant is both frustrating & not at all user friendly when faced with a serious issue

Wrong location

This is a small service centre, but suitable for new connections & general customer service.Even though we knew exactly what we wanted the staff kept trying everything possible to get us to upgrade, to the point of it being annoying & a waste of time.Its also very disappointing that you are still forced to take phone handsets & routers that you dont want or need, this is not sustainable practise!

Ive had a couple of queries and the call centre could not help me, so I decided to drop by at the Etisalat Kharbash Branch.Initially, I was told by an adamant customer service agent, that they would not be able to support my request either, and I should call the call centre (which is a total nightmare these days because you need know when to dial 9 to actually speak to a human being, and clearly they had just told me otherwise)... This would have easily led to a 1-2 star rating...But, hero of the day was Islam Mohamed Ali. By the time he volunteered to at least try to help me I was already a bit irritated - and well, you dont want to deal with that. However, he did - first he showed me the overview of his dashboard, declaring that he was not able to assist, and then we called the call centre together. They confirmed that it would take a business center to solve my request - and after some digging, Islam actually managed to figure it out.It still took a while (as the IT guys are obviously not able to either put the United Arab Emirates as a first choice - and even the order of countries is not alphabetical - hallelujah, why is CX/UI in this country so bad?!). Nonetheless, I was very pleased that someone took my concern seriously and tried a couple of options. Thank you, Islam!

I went to this Store for a simply mobile app problem and this was a really bad mistake .salesman (Ali) will rip you off. dont sign anything without reviewing it . I got roped into a 2 year contract and was never told about the length of the contract or the exit charges .Etisalat complain department only believes that their employees are truthful not their long time customers. and refused to help me come to a resolutionThey completely took advantage of me by not disclosing important information in the contract.How can a company like etisalat keep a good reputation in the market by using deceptive methods....disgusting !! I will NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN.
