Wanted some Emirates Airlines linked offers and the gentleman on 1st floor was so very helpful with previse information.

Place is good and so are the people. But they need to add more business counters. This place only got 2 business counters. Sometimes I wait nearly 1 hours for my turn. I only needed to update my Establishment card; which took hardly 10 minutes.

A conveniently located with easy access and plenty of parking. Excellent service and very friendly staff. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely incompetent staff with no regard to people’s time.. sat there for 1 hour with 8 people inline all listening to the staff chatting with customer about their country issues and politics.. and an absolutely useless manager with same atitude!!Wish i could give negative rating

This is a etisalat busines center. All products of etisalat are available here.... there is a help desk here,there is a weelchair parking here.there is a fully customer care center andmany representitives are avialable all the day.it will remail open from 8.30am to 8pm.
