I cancelled my account with T- Mobile 2 months ago because the service was terrible. My husband with Canadian phone was getting better reception in US than me!!!However, after 2 months of cancellation they are still charging my credit card. When I called them to solve the issue they asked for a password on the account, but I never had a password!!!! So they said they cant get to my account and they cant give my money back.
