The contact person whose number is on the website is very responsive. I ordered a One plus device and I should say Im impressed by the looks and performance of it. It looks brand new(Despite being a 2018)and performs amazingly well. However, the reason it looks brand new is because the display has been changed and its not original which spoils the complete feel while using the phone and that would be the only reason I wouldnt give a 5star. Its refurbished End of the day so considering overall I am happy and will buy my next product from here.

Samsung s9 seems good, will know more in a few weeks. Only issue I had was with delivery timings. Shipping service said morning and they arrived afternoon, cant get in touch with delivery to arrange times. Otherwise good

The IPHONE-5C which I brought from these guys were faulty, having blinking screen. I call them and they rectified, send back to me which is already DEAD.As per them, I killed the phone by removing a small sticker that was labelled on the display.The customer care executive who attended me is too arrogant and doesnt know how to deal a customer.
