The branch is well managed, well situated and convenient. I had gone there because I had an issue with E-Sim, and the way in which Ms Jean, the customer service executive managed it is worth mentioning.Ms Jean, is very polite, and knows the processes and procedures and is well versed in the field.She helped me to get the issue sorted out in-spite of the fact that I did not have any documents or references, she found it all out from the system.The branch is a definite 10/10
Today visited etisalat pavilion mall center in International city regarding shifting of home Internet to a new building, the lady was extremely not supportive and didnt provide any assistance for continuing same service, instead was asking to subscribe a higher package at the new place!! I think she needs to attend some customer service course on resolving customer issues and how to speak politely to them.Had visited same centre for another issue few backs and there was a gentleman who provided excellent service and was extremely good, I think this lady need some class from him.
Visited today at etisalat international city pavilion, the staff is really no lt cooperative, and very un professional, harsh and rude, i had encountered a verbal argument where the representative name Mr.Abdallah almehdy was really rude and not helping at all, in top of that he was literaly throwing me out of the branch, really un professional and rude.

I have never come across such a pathetic services ever in my life. I had visited their business center located inside pavilion in international city and requested my business post-paid plan to be converted into prepaid. They had advised me to get this service done online by calling 101 as this service is only available online. When I called 101, they advised me to get this done offline through business center.Due to all this, I visited Alkafaf business center located opposite Jafilya Metro Station and explained them my concern where I got to know that this could have also been through the business center located inside pavilion in Intl City.In short, due to lack of their customer support, I had to pay the additional months charges as well because they could not helped me in time and I had to inquire about this my own which took couple of days.I would say, they have all the access through Etisalat why they rout walk in customers to get the assistance online where you would not be able to connect to customer service due to automated services.I had a very bad experience with them overall. I would recommend everyone if this specific business center refuse you for anything, better to move to the next business center and I am sure you will get the things done quite easily which they have refused to do so for you. Etisalat is one of the worst companies that I have ever worked with. High prices, they know you have no option apart from using their services, they don’t care about anything called customer service or customer support especially for customers who used their services even for many years, the call centre team are untrained and very poor problem solving, 2 days back i waited more that 30mim on hold to tell me restart your connection again!!!very frustrating experience and I would never recommend using this company if you have another choice
