I visited this place so many times but the employes are working v rudly and if the manager is there or not but the Phillipines ladies were not the best choice and their behavior shows that they didnt worked firms like etisalat or voda phone they beahave wt u as u r not their client they r ur bosses any way etisalat should habe a complain box and they should review their cams and look at their employees are workng good or they r missbehaving wt the clients any way ibdidnt like this branch bcoz of behavior of the etisalt employee
There was one person at front desk was very good . He explains everything nicely.

Where can I start?The customer care call center is designed to waste your time and energy so you wont complain or get any service done. The branch in Mirdif took my request to move my internet connection from one building to a new one and no one called even after calling and following up for a month.After all they charged me the whole month bill and no one showed up to set up my connection. I ended up installing DU to get my work done.When I called to complain about the bill they told me they cant take such complains. When I threatened to go to the TRA they called me back and tried to waive the bill.Would give no stars if possible
