-Mobile Application wasnt working- Self service machine wasnt working and 2nd one wasnt responding- Server and system for first staff didnt workBasically its waste of time, when you consider how big theyre and still they dont have proper online application for their services

Am shifting to DU immediately after this very poor guest experience i just received from the duty manager, didnt feel welcomed, the duty manager didnt listen to my issue, request or suggestion.. i actually welcomed him and said good morning 😂 first thing he told me was (ok we can do it BUT YOU HAVE TO WAIT.) wanted to take our conversation to a healthier level by saying a joke and he surprisingly said ( you can send your suggestion to our customer experience department) i cant believe what just happened from the most senior representative in DFC branch 🤔.. the only reason i gave this branch 2 stars is because of the design and location of the outlet.. Information provided by customer service not sufficient and may lead to buy a device that you regretted later on because no clear information by customer service ( E-SIM card) . Also, technician only work certain hours agternoon !! and not evening morning so not helpful. Only thing nice facility look nice .

Worst customer service I have ever encountered. I came to that branch yesterday 4 th June to buy a sim card, I was sent to counter 2 that was around 14:20hrs. I sat she started processing my card when it came for payment she told me she doesnt have change for 100Aed that I should go and look for change if I want the sim card after wasting my break time siting and waiting for 30 minutes, imagine! A customer to go and look for change or I pay the balance for my WiFi for next month as advance, I asked her if she was serious she said yes she doesnt have change, I cant believe this.

Im a expat who wanted to get Internet broadband (e-life) with no Emirates ID. After visiting another 5 different stores numerous times Ive finally managed to get it from this store and with the best customer service too. I recommend you go and see Ahmed Mohammad Ghonim. He is exceptional at what he does. Many others gave up on me and blamed my passport and some blamed the system and some the regulations but Ahmed went all the way tried and tried called head office and diagnosed the fault and finally came up with the goods. UAE usually slacks in service But this guy is awesome. One of a kind. So thank you again Mohammad Ghonim.

Very slow and bad customer service, they taking very long time with each customer. 2 service desks out of 4 has no staff!They have a sign at the shop entrance stating Gold Center, it is not correct!

I went to the branch to retrieve my balance that was withdrawn from me (full and zero) under the pretext of downloading playweez games, although I had not subscribed to this game at all, and I confirmed to the branch this matter..but this was ignored and I did not recover the amount permanently ...
