Prolonged service. Nobody is bothered about the customers. I waited for around 1 hour and had to go back without fulfilling my task with Etisalat. Inferior service. Do not go to this branch ever.

The behavior of staff from manager to counter staff is excellent. Their knowledge about the products was very helpful and it was very easy to make my choice. Overall the whole experience was very pleasant. Please keep the same behavior, it gave me a good feel and coming back on the next day to complete the process was not at all a hassle for me.👍

I had to update our companies Trade license and Establishment card details.. for that simple procedure it took more than 4 hours and there is only 1 person to attend to Business customers. There is no seating arrangement and the overall experience is so inhumane and pathetic.. 3 to 4 of Etisalat staff were simply roaming and they practically didnt care if we were standing for 4 hours or more.. I really cant believe the customer service quality of this centre..

To transfer a account to another location it takes 2 weeks for them to do, costumer servise are all liars, dont know how to take the right information of there customers, this company should close if they dont know how to take care of there customers properly. You are just paying for useless connection that yoy cannot even use, half of the month is to transfer your unit to another room only but they will take full month payment plus 150 dhms transfer fee but they will consume you in terms of time. and energy to argue with them and at the end instead of providing a priority service they will they put you at the last on priority.

Etisalat’s new system trying to emulate Apple Store is very bad. They have removed seating and to complete business tasks they have only one person working on it. Been waiting for 45 minutes with my number on the called but not yet served. Etisalat’s service was good before they changed the interior.

Poor customer service. Big office but no washroom for the costumer. I have a kidney discease and I need to go washroom prequently. I need to argue with the security to use the hidden washroom. Etisalat, please do something that can accomodate to your costumer.

One of the worst Etisalat customer centers in Dubai, I had to spend 3 hours just for line ownership transfer because they are using very slow systems… between each click and the next one we have to wait 5 minutes… one employee just left me and went inside and closed the ticket before we even finish talking… very bad behavior, no chairs, employees and customers should stay standing up , I had to stay on feet for 3 hours, some employees without masks…Only one Employee was perfect and friendly and helped me to finish everything called Babu.

Terrible service being the main Business Centre..They have just one counter for so many customers and impolite staff. Also we were told inspite of giving the token number they do not follow it.. we have been waiting for 2 hours on a working day!Please choose another branch or service center to get your work done.

Very Slow and mixed up services. On this day I had wait 2-3 hours just for a establishment details updating. Even the token is called and Etisalat’s customer servicers were busy with something and previous customersNo systematic services. High prices, they know you have no option apart from using their services, they don’t care about anything called customer service or customer support especially for customers who used their services even for many years, the call centre team are untrained and very poor problem solving, 2 days back i waited more that 30mim on hold to tell me restart your connection again!!!very frustrating experience and I would never recommend using this company if you have another choice

It’s so hard to reach any person of any inquiries. The auto response machine asks for the Etisalat number and if you don’t know what that means then no way to pass through. I went to the MOE estisalat center and they told me that I should go to another office and the other office passed me to another one. It was night mare process just to change my work sim-card to e-chip.

DONT GO THERE! The WORST service ever..!At first we werent able to buy the internet package separately. Secondly we ordered TWO routers and got only one installed, thereby we didnt have any internet in the master bedroom.NOW we have returned to our home country, and now its IMPOSSIBLE to terminate our subscription. We have tried to unsubscribe since the 26th of April, and we are still getting the monthly charge... We have paid (also for this month), and send you documentation of the payment!Please, let us talk to a human being instead of your uintelligent chat-robot...

Very poor customer servicetroubleshooting request placed recently. issue have still not resolved. register a complaint and told me to expect a technician visit within 24 hours from now. You do not need to follow up. You will be contacted by our Technical team before the visit. An amount of 150 dirhams exclusive of VAT might be charged for technician visit incase issue is beyond Etisalat Responsibility.I have agreed everything but no technicians visited in last 4 daysVery worst service.

Well, what is the reason for an opportunity to leave a feedback or review on a platform like Google?Of course to calm down your angry customer or to thank your happy customer.And another reason is that you improve your service based on the negative comments.I looked at all comments, lots of unhappy people left alone with their comments. No response, no reaction, no interest of taking care. I understand it, when you have the monopole position together with DU, but is this really how Etisalat wants to appear on the market?Why did I give a 1 star? Actually I had a company mobile number and went to this branch of Etisalat because only this branch can disconnect the company mobile numbers. At least this is what I was told. Hence I drove all the way from Dubai Internet City to this branch to disconnect and to pay my outstanding bill. The lady took care of my concern and I told her that we are leaving Dubai for good.She cleared the outstanding balance and we left. I have given the proof of payment to my employer and by end of 2018 we have left Dubai for good.However I still receive emails with an extract of outstanding balance from Etisalat. This is the moment where I must say, guys your process is broken or your staff is not trained well enough and is causing unnecessary headache. Why do I have to go to a specific branch if at the end of the day my issue is not solved? Why do I still get invoices if I paid the last bill?I do not expect a reaction because nobody has received a reaction but I only want other people to know what to expect when they leave the country for good.

A great big well-lit room equipped with comfortable couches and a on-site cafeteria. These are the pros. The only con is that no one is there to help you. The staff members have no clue of Etisalat policies and they ready to tell you anything just to get rid of you ASAP. The sole purpose the branch is to sell not to help. But that can actually apply not only to this branch, but to Etisalat in general

I’m setting up my wifi and landline through Etisalat, so i have received a message saying“Dear customer, Reference to eLife subscription **, the technician will visit you on 13/01/2020 at 1:00 PM. kindly make sure to be available on the mentioned date and time. Etisalat Appointment Center.”I left my office to be available for the technicians to visit but they didn’t show up for so long. I called to raise a complaint and all they had to say was “our technician will be late today, but they will for sure come today” and they had no valid reason for being late.EXCUSE ME? l left my office and took a cab to my house in the middle of the day and they’re not showing up on time!!Do i have to make myself available for one full day at home just waiting for their majesty to arrive??TAKE APPOINTMENTS SERIOUSLY BEFORE SENDING TEXTS TO YOUR CUSTOMERS.Very disappointing service.

After having a very bad experience at the Etisalat Business center at Mall of the emirates, i visited this place, on my first visit i was given a list of all the documents required, I got back with the documents and they were processed within 10 mins, i was told the issue will be sorted in an Hour, but to my surprise things were sorted within Half an hour, good staff, had a clear understanding of what i needed .

I shifted on the 20th Oct 2019 paid for a fast track service and thought everything was sorted. After completing everything by the 21st someone calls on the 24th and tries to arrange a tech guy to come and do my shifting. After explaining everything instead of closing the request they cancel it. Since then till now I have no wifi no telephone no elife. And everyday the service guys give me a story this happened now we will resolve it. No one can sort the problem and even after making a complaint im still having to write this review.

Really fedup from Etisalat customer service. They dont provide full information and when you visit, more documents are asked. Call their customer service and repeat the whole story again. Dail 8005800 and number get connected to 800101 and their own customer service agent dont know that call get diverted. Was asked to choose option 4, 2 times when i called where as there is no option 4. Customer center will give different info and call center will give different info and they blame eachother as if its a different company and we customers suffer! Pathetic service overall.

Filipino girl 13 counter, bad service, unprofessional.The first time, let me add my ID in the letter, need copy of passport ID of the manager. The second time, need the original copy of the ID, because the establishment card does no have original any more. The third time, to say my letter date is too old. Every time I went to the counter, she saw my letter, why not tell me once. Let me go for the fourth time. Headache for such services.

They are not that friendly or efficient. You get different variations of information each time you speak to a member of staff. If you are at the store they will advise you to call 101 then when you call 101 they will advise you to go to the store. So it’s very time consuming and frustrating as there’s always conflicting information. When you raise a complaint I find them rude and unhelpful and you never hear back from them.
